Ordered through Doordash, very nicely and carefully packaged. Even better, the order was correct and not missing anything! They are also very fairly priced and all the ingredients were fresh. The queso was hands down the best I've ever eaten! Make sure to order a couple different sauces or salsas for tacos/quesadillas, all the flavor comes from the sauce. The only thing that would make it better is if the sauces were labeled. I tried a greenish creamy sauce that was amazing but not sure which sauce it was.

Why settle for any other Mexican Restaurant located in Cuyahoga County? Cilantro Taqueria has kissed my taste-buds with luxury flavors and also great sized portions for their pricing will tickle your wallets fantasy; having yoy feel like you're on a throne when you sit down in their chairs. You're treated like a valued customer as every business should do so. 20/10 highly recommend and this was my 3rd time here. I love seeing the New Patio & Newly Improved Indoor Dining Space. Keep it up! I'm looking forward to serving Small Businesses in any way I can. Check out my profile to see what I will be able to help you with. 🥂🤝

Amazing service and even better food. It’s reasonably priced and tasted absolutely amazing, I got a shrimp bowl, chicken bowl, and a side of esquites. The serving portions were large enough to feed me AND my friends while we all had an appetite. Definitely going back, must try.

Want something like Chipotle on steroids? Come here. At first glance, it’s busy busy on Sunday. Toppings in the heat and cold table are all over the place. I was worried. I ordered the biria tacos (they take a few extra minutes in the back kitchen), chips with queso, and elote. Bf had a chicken bowl. They also have beers and some drinks. So better than Chipotle haha. The cheese is basic white cheese dip, but it’s pretty decent, the chips are actually fresh! The corn. Omg the corn. Smothered in the spiced mayo with all that cotija. I look like a maniac who has never eaten in her life. A fast typewriter (old school) if you will. Mess all over my face, I couldn’t get enough. This is legit elote corn street style. Grabbed the birria in crunchy fresh shells and came with a dipping jus. These here alone give this place beyond five stars. The meat is already juicy, but then that jus. They give you way too much (I could drink this). For a little more moolah than the basic b Chipolte, I’m already ready to go back.

This places blows any of the QSR style tex Mex places out the water. So many choices in protein offerings, even the beans were really flavorful.

This is nice place! I order bowl with chorizo and peach margarita. Food was delicious, all products was fresh! Margarita wasn’t good, it had a lot of ice, was to sweet and almost didn’t have alcohol (maybe you will like it, but it’s just not my style of alcohol drinks). Prices were good and matched the quality of the food. I paid near 22 $ with tip. Amazed by the service were spoiled by one employee who behaved very strangely. The design of the restaurant is very simple, but for me it is more important that it was clean. I can recommend this restaurant! This is very good alternative to chipotle!

This place is the real deal. Everything we tried was great but the Al pastor tacos were our favorite. Will definitely be coming back on a regular basis.

Excellent burrito bowl. So much better than Chipotle. They really load up the toppings and meat. I had chicken and my husband had steak and both were great. Go hungry because it's a large portion of food. If you like cilantro, I recommend the garlic cilantro topping. My husband had the hot sauce and it was super spicy but he liked it.

This place was amazing! This was probably the best authentic Mexican food I’ve had. Highly recommend the tilapia and tinga chicken tacos and quesadillas!

This place never disappoints! The staff are all like old school employees used to be back in the 90s. They actually care and do their jobs really well and the food is amazing.

We asked around for the best place in town to eat. Two people suggested Cilantro Taqueria. They have a many different ingredients that you can choose to have in a bowl. We both chose chorizo and mexican rice, and a variety of other ingredients. There was so much food that we did not need chips and salsa. The second photo is my bowl stirred together.

Very similar style as chipotle in the sense of the layout but wait the most important thing is cilantro has way more options and better food quality. I will never go back after trying cilantro tequila, amazing flavor profile truly an authentic Mexican style eatery. Top five list of favorite eateries locally. Phenomenal!!!

Edit: owner responded with no feedback to address issues occurred during visit. Just know they do not care about the cleanliness of restaurant. The food is half decent. My problem is the cleanliness of the restaurant. I was absolutely offended when asking for water it was given out of a hand-sink with no filter! The restroom smells like sewage is coming up the pipes and has since they opened. They mask the smell with 50 million different air fresheners so all you smell is basically poop mixed with air fresheners. The smell is so powerful it lingers into the dining area. There is no way a health inspection is passing this place with the food handling practices you see. Seriously water from the hand sink you wash your hands? What happened to the water dispenser on the fountain? You removed it for no reason- your reasoning so people will purchase soda instead. Not everybody drinks soda!! Will not be returning any longer.

I've raved about Cilantro's in Lakewood and they've finally brought it to the west, west side! This is the best Mexican street food around. The birria tacos are amazing. The pastor is authentic and the asada has flavor. This is actually what Mexican street food should taste like. It is a bit spendy but you can go to the other chip place and get bland dried out meat for a dollar less or you can get really good food. If you've never had pastor I recommend giving it a try. Go Tijuana style with only cilantro, onions, and a squeeze of lime. Or go big and get the works. Did I mention the elote?? Its the yummiest corn. Ask for it traditional with the works. Don't ask what's on it, just enjoy it. Step out of the ordinary and give the extraordinary a try.

Tasty food. This food hits close to home for me. I am Hispanic and my mom didn't teach me her secret recipes so this is an amazing replacement for me when I am craving that yummy yummy food (home food feeling). This food is good Every. Single. Time. I got extra Mexican rice to take home and pulled pork burrito. The burrito is massive, so you get a good amount of food for your money's worth! My food was to go. But I have eaten in before. It's set up like a chipotle, better selection though and their food is healthier. They have nice tables and bench seats and some chairs. They also had patio seating and they kept the fireplace when the old Star Bucks was there. You should definitely check them out. Very good food. Won't be disappointed!

Delicious food! Best burrito I’ve had and I grew up in California. Staff is always nice and attentive and restaurant is always clean. I love the salsa bar, the guacamole sauce is amazing. I will come back often.

Every time I step in I am greeted by pleasant employees and atmosphere. I absolutely go here over chipotle and or any other “Mexican” restaurants. I’ve been to Mexico a few times myself and going here really brings back those beautiful rich memories I made there. Will forever be a customer! - A.Ritchie

Do yourself a favor and Go right now! Moved to the Cleveland area and all my coworkers ate here three or more times a week so I decided to try it... I went 4 times my first week! Rewards points add up and are beautiful. A little goes a long way I often end up with more food than I can eat in one setting. GOOD luck and happy eating!

This was my first time visiting this establishment. I ordered catering to pick up. The food was ready when I arrived , packaged ready to serve and plentiful. The staff were efficient and friendly. The food was absolutely amazing! You can tell it's freshly prepared with good quality ingredients. My guest all raved about it. And honestly the price cannot be beat! This is my new go to place when I go out for dinner, and anytime that I need Mexican catering this will be where I go. You really need to try it!

Pleasantly surprised:) I had tried the Cilantro Taqueria in Cleveland Heights a few years ago when they first opened and was really disappointed. However, our experience tonight was wonderful! The staff was so friendly too. It felt good to be there :) plus my boyfriend was REALLY happy they had Horchata

Absolutely delicious 😋 I can't believe I found this gem. This reminds me of California. Finger licking, authentic flavors, fresh. I think I gained 5 lbs. Definitely stop by, bring the family or to go. Highly recommended

Food was great and quick. The line is long but they turn things really fast. Price isn’t expensive. Definitely will come again.

I was a little bummed at 1st I thought this was a "sit down" mexican restaurant instead it was a Chipotle like vibe, that being said I can say tho the motto is Chipotle"ish" it was way better. Everything was fresh and delicious. The portions were above expectations. Well worth the 61-mile trip from Madison,OH. I highly recommend the street corn. The chicken was hot and fresh. And I love that they have cilantro as an option. A solid 8.5 outta 10. Will return.

Amazing street taco/burrito/bowl place, everything made to order. Good selection, fresh product and enjoyable atmosphere.

Pros- Friendly staff and the food was great. Better than Chipotle IMO, and more selection, too. Cons- Staff seems to have a high % of non-fluent English speaking people so I could see that turning some people off just due to the communication difficulty. The building does not seem finished and/or it feels amateurish. I think the small/family business vibe should be embraced and used to set themselves apart but it just feels like I am sitting in an old Starbucks as no updates have been done on the inside. For more assistance, I am available for Kitchen Consulting.

Honestly I thought going into a place that the building was many years old and worn down I didn’t think it would be all that. It was amazing though. I was left speechless walking in seeing the variety and the amazing remodel of the old building. The food was absolutely amazing, while it sounds odd to get a salmon burrito at a place like this it was just delicious. Service was also amazing and after going here I have not even one complaint. Only downside is I didn’t eat here sooner, despite how new it is. 11/10 place for sure if I could rate six stars I would.

Delicious! Wide variety. Kinda like Chipotle where you can see and pick out what you want, but more authentic. Has the same kind of homey, "local dive" vibe our fam's watering hole in Chicago has. Check out their menu. They also serve alcohol, but today's Sunday, so... I wasn't able to sample. 😅 If I know any mex-latin food fans, I would definitely bring them here on my next visit. 🌮🌯🫔🥙 Soccer or "fütbòl" on tv in Spanish and fireplace indoors. Good vibe. Parking lot was nearly full. Good signs! 🤞
