Our server was Kelsey. She wore a filthy mask. I ordered a cobb salad with ceasar, she brought ranch. Kelsey never brought my Pepsi which came with my meal. I had to ask for blue cheese dressing for my wings. Kelsey was very disinterested in being helpful. The fries and wings I ordered looked like they were fried, frozen and then refried. Or maybe recycled from other diners. I honestly thought they may have ran out and bought some at the gas station. I have dined at the Brooklyn location and it was excellent quality. I was hungry and ate half of my meal, took the other half to go. I did not want to make a scene so I called to speak to the manager. I was on hold for almost twenty minutes. I called again and spoke to Tony the manager. He said there was nothing he could do since I left and did not complain while I was there. My stomach has been cramping since dining here. I noticed that their 5 star reviews are neck and neck with one star reviews, for obvious reasons. This place is never going to make it. I will never dine here again. I fed the five leftover wings to some feral cats. They had more sense than me. They did not eat them. If Tony had offered compensation I would not be writing this review. Do yourself a favor. Eat somewhere else!

Overall was a great dining experience! The waiter we had was super nice and fun unfortunately forget her name. Our waiter made sure we took advantage of the free nachos while we were there as well. Good til apr 5 2022 I believe. I personally love coming to bdubs for buy one get one bone in wings on Tuesday and buy one get one boneless wings on Thursday. I would definitely go back to this place.

My husband and I ordered take out on Sunday 10/23/22. ($60 worth of wings) Our order was supposed to be ready at 7:40pm. We got their a few minutes early and I was completely fine waiting. The girl at the counter asked for mine and about 4 other peoples names so she could see how our orders were coming along. Slowly she brought orders out to the waiting guests. It’s now after 8:00 and she finally comes out and says she can’t find our order so she prints out a new receipt and goes in the back. Mind you she went back their multiple times getting other peoples orders. At 8:10 she comes out and tells me that someone must have given our food away to someone else and it will be 15 to 20 more minutes while they make it again. I told them I would just like a refund so she called a manager at least I think that’s who he was but the guy didn’t know how to do a refund … The WORST part of all this was that their was ZERO apology from either the manager or the girl at the counter. I sat in their for over 35 minutes total for NOTHING…

It was my second time ordering carry out and this experience was worse than the first time. I will never go to this location again. Ordered food off their app. It has "tracking" of your order. I was told my food was ready for pick up at 12:30 so I stop to pick up my order. When I arrived, I was told my order wasn't ready yet. I asked why the app told me it was done if it wasn't. The girl said she had no idea but it would be done in 5 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes before my order was done. I had ordered fountain beverages to go and she handed me 4 cups. I asked if they had a drink carrier and she said no....... I live 7 minutes away. I got home with my order and it was COLD... like it had been sitting for the 30 minutes that I sat there waiting!! I tried calling the store 10 times to complain and ask for a refund and no one answered the phone. The order wasn't right either. Paid for fries with bacon and cheese and got plain fries. Asked for ranch dressing and got blue cheese. Never again. One last thing, they have a "take out" door that requires you ring a door bell. I stood there forever waiting after I rang the bell and then decided to go inside. The lady behind the bar says oh yea, they aren't using that door at the moment, I guess they should put a sign up............

Good place. Has wings and beer. What more do you need?? Staff is friendly. Place is clean and big.

We’ve been at this location a couple of times especially at the beginning of opening. The food was great, awesome atmosphere, and excellent service. Sadly our last experience was not up to standard. We ordered mozzarella sticks which was cold and looked like it barley hit the fryer. Our waitress was nice but she was very fast and basically was tossing our plates and drinks on our table. My husband ordered his favorite meal which is the grilled chicken sandwich with his choice of toppings. First, there was a hair on it we sent it back and received a new one but with some of the condiments missing. We were still charged for it as well as a drink that was a mistake and it was still added to our bill. This saddens us because this used be our favorite spot to have a quick date night. We were in on 03/04/23 I’m not sure how to add a picture to this. But, if there are any questions on proof I’d be happy to provide that.

Very good food and service was also a plus. Clean and a good atmosphere. The burgers are very good for a wing spot. And the shrimp tacos are amazing! Will be back soon!

My friend and I asked to be seated outside on the patio and we were. We go there at 5pm and decide to get up and leave without any service at 5:40pm. I tried flagging down the young male server and he quickly looked away and avoided our table. 4 people walked bact and forth for over 30 minutes and never said anything. We had no waters, no food, and no acknowledgement.

What a surprise. Nicest bw-3 we've ever been in. Patio was perfect. Love the open floor plan. Clean.

Very comfortable environment loved the food and the desert..... or waitress Brittany was absolutely fantastic serving multiple tables and we never felt put on hold! Very diligent and fast!

U can tell the managers literally do nothing. Zero leadership or leading at all. Pure embarrassment, while the front of house staff tries to keep the place together and are constantly apologizing. I think my favorite part of the dining experience was guests food taking 20+ minutes on a Monday at 230pm while 2 off duty managers come in and receive their food in less than 10min. Such a bummer- I feel bad for the owners watching money go down the drain.

I visit a BW3 location on a nearly weekly basis, and I get the same thing every single time; wings and wedges. The food itself is always pretty good. The sauce on the wings is either hit or miss. They're either soaked or barely more than bone-dry. The customer service from the takeout area is horrendous every time. I typically deal with the absence of service pretty easily, but not today. My wife went in to get the order, and the girl working the counter had her back to her and never acknowledged her. She completely walked away into the back, never looking towards the counter. Upon returning, she started greeting other customers who walked in after my wife, and they had to explain the order. The girl still didn't get it and was trying to serve other customers. Finally, my wife had to speak up and point out the takeout order on the board. All the girl had to do was open a door and hand her the food. It took 30 seconds, but she couldn't do it without guidance. Please let these people work for you for life because they're not going to make it anywhere else. I'm just going to go to Strongsville every time now. I only visit this location out of convenience, and honestly, I'd rather drive a few extra minutes for some level of decent service.

I don't think I have ever had an actual quality meal from this restaurant. Food is consistently served cold and old, and not made correctly. I ordered tenders and fries. Tenders delivered hot, fries stone cold. Looked and tasted as though they had sat up under a heat lamp for at least an hour. Meaning I was served nasty, old fries. The tenders were also not sauced as ordered, nor was sauce included. My partner ordered a burger without tomato, and it arrived with 2 slices of tomato. You would think the food quality and preparation would match the high price tag, but it doesn't measure up at all. Based on my experiences, there is clearly no quality control or commitment to serving edible, let alone decent food at this location.

There was no sauce on the wings. They were very small and cold. It looks like they prepared it hours in advance. Not fresh at all.

Server did not ask for refills, server never came to table, waited 2 hours for food. Food that was supposed to be hot was served cold, ask for fresh hot food. The second order was never brought to us. Meal was comped I left hungry after 3 hours of horrible service.

Waitress and her trainee were very attentive. Order took a bit longer to be delivered to the table. Table next to us ordered later and had food on the table before us. Good prices on Happy Hour items but everything else was pricey.

Overall, this location is just OK. This is a newer location so physically the location is nice. The food is always just ok. Most recently, we went here to try the new wing flavors advertised. Once we ordered, we found out they were out of them. Not blaming the establishment as I know this is an issue almost everywhere but didn't help the overall rating I would give this place.

I was very pleased with the first time i ordered a month ago. This time unfortunately was really bad. I ordered online/ take out. Fries were definitely reheated and not fresh at all ( fries tasted like yesterday ). They forgot to put the sauces for the wings and fried pickles . By the way the fried pickles looked like they just wiped the bar floor with them and obviously tasted mediocre. This review is not intended to make people think is the worst place where you can eat since i had good experience with the previous orders. I hope my next order will taste and look decent and with that i will update this post.

I was very disappointed at this location and it wasn't the first time. Only went back because I was meeting people who wanted to go. All I order was a chicken salad which cost 13.99. I guess I expected the salad to be larger then it was for the price. Only had 2 small chicken tenders on lettuce that was put in a large bowl to make it look like it was more then it actually was. The waiter was good, although the food took awhile and they weren't even busy. This seems to be the norm because this happened last time also. I wouldn't recommend this location...I don't think I will be returning any time soon.

I will say that if you like sports bars, this is your place. I don't, so the problem was me. I asked our server if the garlic parmesean sauce was spicy, and she said no, it was just tangy. Well, when I got it, it was spicy, and I really couldn't enjoy it. It had a good flavor, but the heat was too much for me, as someone who just doesn't enjoy heat at all. As a server, I felt she should've been more sensitive to that. If someone is asking you if something is spicy, they probably can't handle any heat at all. Other than that, the food was good and the prices were more than reasonable. There were quite a few televisions in there and they were each on something different. Most on sports, one, inexplicably, on a televangelist. It was like having a picnic on Times Square. I would get take out from there in a heartbeat, though. Our server never checked on us at any point during our meal.

So disappointed with this location. We've been here many times since they opened, and on almost every occasion there has been something wrong with our order - things missing, items made incorrectly, or simply poor quality. This time, the Bird Dawgs that we ordered were literally half the size of the buns. All of them were like that. It was like having a boneless wing on a bun. Also, they were missing the standard toppings that are supposed to be included. We also ordered the Loaded Ice Cream for dessert, and of course they forgot to give us the cinnamon tortilla chips that were supposed to be included. When they get the food right, Buffalo Wild Wings is delicious. However, for the prices that they charge, they should be ashamed of themselves for the quality that they put out. Everyone makes mistakes, but when the errors far outweigh the accuracy, there is a problem. So sad. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

We were seated outside for our meal and we had an incompetent bar tender wait on us. Never made eye contact with us and his idea of a cocktail was all water. Couldn't even make a drink. Waited 20 minutes for our meal. No one in the restaurant and he stated we're busy that's why the meal was late. They must be desperate for help. Train your new hires a little better and your reviews would improve. And how to mix a drink. They were out of onion rings too on a Saturday!

My boyfriend and I have been here a few times since it opened. As much as we love this chain, we were not very impressed with the service/food here. Our server today definitely made an impression. Bridget was wonderful. Hopefully this new store is getting all the kinks worked out. Today was a great experience.

we needed somewhere to eat on new years eve. we showed up roughly 35 minutes before they closed and they were more then happy to seat us and just as polite and professional as they always are. The food was warm and amazing as always even with having gotten there so late. they allowed us to sit and eat until we were done and ready to go without any rush. We ended up staying 15-20 minutes past close and everyone was amazing. I will continue going here!

Had a great end to our evening of shopping at the mall and other locations. Was seated quickly at a comfortable booth per our request. Stephen was excellent and very tentative. Everything was delicious. We did have a to go order that was not as good as our meal. It was not fully cooked and the wigs were not the flavors we ordered. All and all it was a great dinner.

A good addition to the BWW chain. My family visited on a busy night yet we found everything was as we'd expect at a lighter time, only that there was lively conversation throughout. We were greeted by a friendly host who found had a seat immediately available. Server knew the products and gave a relevant suggestion that ended up tasting great. I purchased two adult beverages which felt strong and was mixed well. The takeout was via a dedicated door which helps keep the entrance clear. A very enjoyable place to visit.
