Was a little fearful to leave a review for a while because of stories I’ve heard of retribution. Dirtiness of the building aside. Once you sign your lease, Karen is a straight up very mean person, in my opinion. In my experience, she went out of her way to be abrasive to residents. Especially when moving out. They will charge you for every piece of furniture you leave but Karen won’t let you use the elevator until 30 minutes after you were supposed to be able to. She sees you have people to help and she takes the elevator away early. I can not recommend this place for anything other than convenience of location.

It’s Infested with Cockroaches. Fire Alarm Constantly goes off. The Office Receptionist (KAREN) Swears at Tenants and is Extremely Rude. Everytime it Rains the Basement Carpet Gets Soaked and Stinks. Also Says No Dogs but People have Pitbulls in the Building. Elevators Continuously have Dog feces. Pieces from Side of the Building Also Falling on Vehicles in the Parking lot. Maintenance takes Forever to Fix Things!

My wife and I have not moved in yet but seeing how helpful the management is makes me believe our time there is going to be great. I already want to stay there for years to come and we haven't even moved in yet!! For the price and location, you can't beat it. Clean and spacious. So excited to move there in 2 weeks. 1509 Rudkowski Edit: After living here a year we moved out. This place always had issues. Our storage locker was broken into. The elevators broke all the time. I have seen people passed out drunk in the lobby on the floor. Elevators were gross, people would leave garbage and dirty laundry in there. Someone threw up in am elevator and it was there all weekend. No one ever picked up their dog poop. Kids would pull the fire alarm at 2 am and wake up everyone in the building, that happened at least five times. My upstairs neighbors threw up on my balcony and Management didn't so anything about it. Residents had bedbugs. They have these big heaters that they use to kill them. You can see the generator outside and the electrical cables going up though the balcony window. They try to keep it hush hush but it's very obvious. The basement door was never locked or closed, hence how the storage locker was broken into. This place was a pain. So glad we left.

I lived there for 3 years. Staff is nice and the location is excellent. I liked the gym too and the price was decent. BUT, I give it two stars for a reason. The elevators went down CONSTANTLY and living on the 14th floor, that was a huge deal, esp when you had to wait 10min just to get upstairs/downstairs just to have the elevator door open with 10 other people in it. Which btw is awful if you own a dog. The other tenants were another problem. There were nice people, but then there weren't. Elevators would be trashed, hallways would have wrappers, food, etc all over. On my floor there was a couple who would argue and scream so loud the cops were called on multiple occasions. And the neighbors to the other side of me would scream at their little kids ALL. DAY. LONG. In the summer you better have some good earplugs because the sound of the drilling on the concrete building due to construction is absolutely deafening. I feel bad for whoever works third shift. You won't sleep, trust me. The basement ALWAYS floods and the washer and dryers are extremely outdated and expensive to use. When moving in, we had to request a new vanity in the bathroom because the one that was in there had mold on it. We also had to request a new toilet because the bottom of ours was cracked. And the tiles in the dining room and kitchen were coming apart. Most dog owners on the property would NEVER pick up after their dogs, making walking around that area at night a ticking time bomb because people can't take responsibility for their animals. I'm glad I moved, esp when I saw a giant roach on the basement wall while loading my things into the moving van.

I just signed my 3rd renewal lease. This is the first place where I feel at home. The location is perfect as I do not drive. I believe the prices to be fair considering the location. I’ve never had a problem here that can’t be fixed. The maintenance guys are very friendly and get the job done. The leasing management team is wonderful, helpful, and very friendly as well. When I moved here, I had hoped that I wouldn’t be moving any time soon. Considering this this going into my 4th year living here, I don’t plan on leaving any time soon. The apartments themselves are spacious, and very quiet. I hardly ever hear hallway noise, and I live right off the elevator.

This is my first place. I love the staff. They work hard and are friendly. I feel like only people complain when writing a review. The location is great, the view is immaculate. Sure, I'll unfortunately be leaving after 2 years because of rent raises but it is what it is! I'm not a perfect tenant but I keep to myself and any problems I've had have always been fixed right away. The elevators have been up and running for a month now and from what I've seen.. they've been running smoothly! If you're reading this then you're looking for a place to move to. I recommend the westbury. I don't have any strong reasons not to!

I moved into The Westbury six weeks ago. So far it has turned out to be a wise choice. My apartment is 901 which has a great South view. Although small, my two bedroom, one bathroom suits me perfectly. The maintenance crew and the office staff are friendly and helpful. There are three new elevators which are fast and quite. The lobby is always neat and good looking. The location is perfect for me – five minutes from the North Olmsted Rec Ctr, two minutes to get on Rt 480, two minutes from North Gate Mall and I can walk to Walmart. What amazes me is when I read all the negative reviews I wonder what plant these people are coming from. What ax do they have to grind? They certainly do not reflect my experience since I have been there.

I have lived at Westbury for the last three years and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. It is competitive with other rentals in the surrounding area. The location is perfect. You are a quarter-mile from 480 and within walking distance of numerous stores and shopping centers, the mall, and various restaurants. Staff is nice as can be, and Karen is always on top of things. Anytime I needed something fixed maintenance is there the same day or the following day and is friendly and trustworthy. Tenants are friendly to each other and tend to hold doors and wish each other a good day when getting on / off the elevator. The updated elevator system is the best because you rarely have to wait more than several minutes for an elevator to come. I would highly recommend, great place to live.

Lovely staff . professionalism at its finest .The apartments flooring(carpet,laminate,etc) is actually done properly which out of all apts I've lived I can say most are not, there's are, so that is an insight into how they don't cut corners . in my opinion. They are very clean and well presented and have many amenities. Helpful kind professional a+.

So for our experience has been amazing, the main lady at the office has been nothing but sweet and kind, i alway stop in for any questions I have and she has answered them all! Move in was very easy, there was slight cosmetic issues and they were going to fix them but told them not to worry about it! Brand new carpet in our unit, very very spacious apartment! I’ve seen a few reviews about bugs, me being a clean freak I have checked everything and even left out sticky traps, NOTHING! I’ve seen a few dogs but haven't actually heard any. Neighbors are quiet, and over all this experience has been nothing but wonderful. Also we walk around with our kids, haven’t seen anything drug related mentioned in a previous comment, but there are some cigarette buds outside the back door even though a ash gray is provided.

Lived at this building for 2,5 years, had to move due to my job. Excellent Service especially from Karen!!! Karen is absolutely amazing, She goes above and beyond and She does it with a smile on her face. I will miss living here and would recommend this place to Everyone !!!

Crystol was so helpful with our entire process! We love our new luxury apartment right next to the mall, and tons of restaurants walking distance. Couldn't be more satisfied!

I don’t know the maintenance workers name who worked on our sliding door handle today but we have spoken when seeing each other since I’ve moved in. He was very friendly and nice and fixed our door handle quickly.

Maintenance personnel are friendly, and go out of their way to complete resident maintenance requests. The requests submitted are attended to promptly and the resident is kept in the loop through the process.

Currently 53° outside and 60° inside, NO HEAT?!? Had to grab a space heater to warm up the apartment for my 2 MONTH OLD CHILD This has to be illegal or just spiteful from the complex to shut heat off when it's less then 50° to those with newborns DONT LOOK HERE

I spent a year looking for an apartment that suited the needs of my son and I. This is what I chose. This is my second year at The Westbury and I hope to spend many more here. The office staff is fantastic (though there was a bad period some months back, it was short lived) and the maintenance crew are considerate and trustworthy. Apartments on the upper floors have an amazing view, especially those on those the North side. Pet friendly and the laundry room was totally remodeled recently. I enjoy living here and my son doesn't ever want to leave.

Management provided us with a lot of information about the property and the unit. Although the type of unit we were interested in was not available for viewing, thst did jot take away from the overall experience

The management, especially Karen are superb. Maintenance is also done on a regular basis and they respond to any specific apartment issue on a timely basis. This is a great place to live.

Westbury Apartments let us have a kids birthday party and helped us every step of the way for a resident that lives there. The pool and the great room were both very nice. Karen was very accommodating. The inside of the apartment building was very clean and the we were wowed with how well everyone worked together. Seems like a great place to live!

Ann and Karen are so cooperative, the only apartment that took us in and gave us a high quality room
