So far my experience with this Storage facility has been nothing but amazing! I didn't call before just did a walk in hoping they were open and they are! I would first like to say the staff was great answered every question I had and happy to help! The waiting area with beverages and packing items for purchase is friendly and inviting. They offer different sizes units at good prices. In a good location in town where the old toy's R us was!

Very happy with how easy the process was to get the storage space. Sandra in the office was so helpful and explained everything to me and made the whole experience very pleasant. She is a star and deserves recognition for her professionalism and kindness towards her customers.

Crystal was fantastic! I got the hours wrong but she still let me see a unit and I rented it that night. Completely painless and easy process. The facility is fantastic as well!

Amazing customer service from the two young ladies helping me get set up with my new storage unit. Could not be happier, the price was half of what I was paying from Cubesmart and its the same exact unit. Nicer even, as this place has metal walls in your unit instead of cheap insulation and spikes sticking through the wall. Happy to give this place my business with their great rates.

The costumer service is super helpful and respectful. Crystal took the time and showed me the difference between the sizes of units available. She also helped me figure out the unit that best suited my belongings. The indoor facility is very clean and secure which is always good. The only down fall about this storage facility is that they rob you from air space! (Airspace meaning they put chicken wire over the top so you can’t stack high for the price they charge you.

If you need a storage space, look no further. You won't find a better place than this. It looks more like a hotel than a storage facility. The staff is great and very helpful, the place is spotless . I have never seen a storage facility this nice. Highly recommend

I cannot say enough good things about Space Shop Self Storage and the exceptional service I received from Sandra and Crystal. As someone who lives out of state and was only in town for a limited time, I needed to find a storage unit quickly and efficiently. They  went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to secure the perfect storage unit for my needs, all while keeping things light and fun. Dealing with real people instead of an automated system made all the difference, and I felt heard and well taken care of throughout the process. The facility itself is clean, in a good location, and a great value for the price. They even have free coffee! I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a reliable and personable storage experience.

The entire experience was perfect. From speaking to Krystal and setting up my appointment and being given the details and quote to Sandra getting us set up. First off the price is amazing. The office was spotless and very inviting. Sandra was the best she took her time with us and explained everything we needed to know plus answered any of our questions. Amazing experience! Sandra was very friendly, polite, and informative. She took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The gentleman showed me my unit after making sure it was the right size for my needs, also explained that I was able to transition to a larger or smaller size unit if needed. The building, halls, unit and entrance were very clean and well maintained. He took the time to show me the closest entrance and keypad, and went back to put my lock on the unit and brought me the keys while I was finalizing paperwork! I was offered coffee and water, and was given helpful tips which created a wonderful experience! Thank you!

If you need a storage unit you can get them anywhere, but you won’t get Sandra and Crystal. The North Olmsted location run by these two is top notch. They listened to our concerns and provided above and beyond service. The people are who make an experience worthwhile.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Sondra has always been more than just an landlord; she has ben a true friend and advisor. Crystal feeds me homemade food!!!! Those two employees are much more than just work beings: they are people who go out of their to help their tenants: they are great citizens.

This is my first google review, so please forgive my monologue but I need everyone to know my experience because it was actually life changing. No question whatsoever - this is the best storage unit in the country / probably the world. No hidden fees; units are clean, building is inviting, the lobby is beautiful and spacious, and best of all - When you walk in, you will be greeted by Sandra and a Crystal. They are the most welcoming, genuine, upbeat, positive, just living examples of what it means to be an exceptional human being. They’re angels. No doubt. My only complaint is that I didn’t find this place sooner. So, I leave you with this, even if you don’t need a storage unit, if anything, I urge you to stop by this storage unit just to meet these two amazing women.

This is the cleanest and best smelling place I have ever been. Crystal and Sandra are so nice and help in every way they can. They are always cleaning and making sure everything is done the right way. I would never recommend any other place to get your storage unit.

Facility is clean and appears well maintained. The units are reasonably priced. Mostly impressed with the service. Asst. Manager Andy Vanek was a pleasure to work with: he fully answered all questions, was knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He even worked beyond closing time to finalize my rental. I had a good experience with this storage place recently and would recommend it to others. I found their monthly rental price to be reasonable and consistent with other places in the area. It is brand new and very clean and modern. The manager Sandra was very pleasant and professional to work with. I only had stuff stored there for 6 weeks and was only there twice - the day I established the account and moved stuff in and the day we vacated the unit.

Manager very nice and accommodating, offered me water and coffee upon my 1st visit. Showed me several sizes and potential tradeoffs between climate controlled indoor vs. 24 hour outdoor access. Thumbs up!

This entire facility is beautiful. Very new and clean. If you rent a storage space here, rest assured your belongings will be secure and safe. The customer service is un-matched. Sandra made me feel comfortable and was accommodating through the entire process. Very happy customer :)

My mother and I are helping my grandparents move and we rented an inside unit. It is located right near the back door which is super convenient and is spacious and clean! And at a great price too. The staff here are so helpful, especially Sandra! She has made this process super easy and less stressful than it would have been for us. I would highly recommend anyone in need of extra storage, to visit this location! It’s a new location with awesome staff!

Very easy process. Friendly, helpful staff. I do recommend going for a tour so you can really see the different sizes they offer and pick your spot. Sandra was great- I left with the perfect sized unit- even purchased the lock from there. Highly recommend this facility (North Olmsted location)
