What a breath of fresh air! This shop screams responsible marketing and sourcing. Far from some shifty head shop that gives these natural herbal products a bad name, the store uses the correct names for strains and does not use slick packaging with misleading product names that have cast these herbal god-made products in a bad light. The owner is a pleasure to talk to and is in it for precisely the right reasons. If you are looking for a place to buy responsibility sourced and marketed products of this nature while supporting local, this is your place!

The owner is amazingly awesome!! SUCH a sweetheart! A bit pricey compared to other places but also good quality. Would much rather spend a few more dollars per ounce for kratom without nasty, unknown fillers and support and small local business!!!

Best kratom in town! So I moved to the west side of Cleveland from the east side. Couldn’t find my go to kratom spot so I’ve been buying online. Which I hate bc you really don’t know what you’re getting and the usps takes forever. So i finally found my new spot!:) seriously the owner is sooo knowledgeable in kratom and the quality is top notch all organic but not too pricey and not to cheap. The inside of the shop is also very inviting. Overall great experience. And it’s nice to support our local businesses during this time. Try it, you won’t be disappointed:)

The lady who helped me was so helpful and kind. My experience there was top notch all the way around, from the phone call I made, to my visit in the store. I was in a rush, and she was extremely accommodating. Because I was in such a hurry, I was unable to speak with her more while I was there, but she answered all of my questions on the phone and it was a very pleasant interaction. Generally, I order online, but it is invaluable to have a local shop to go to for high quality kratom when the desire arises as opposed to low quality gas station kratom. The location is convenient and the shop itself is very nice. The fact that the customer service is so excellent and the staff (it may have been the owner) is so personable is just icing on the cake. I definitely recommend going here!

So glad to have found this place. Quality product, fair prices, friendly owner, all in a welcoming comfortable space. I hope to see more places like this opening up around the country as more people there are alternatives to alcohol and pharmaceuticals. But Memie’s has the west side Cleveland suburbs covered.

I’ve had chronic back pain from an injury over 30 years ago. I periodically use kratom as a pain reliever and it works. I’ve tried countless brands over the last few years and have not found “the one”…..until now……Karen at Memie’s Green Room is not only a fantastic young lady with a great store, she HANDS DOWN, has the absolute best kratom I have ever had.
