Absolutely love this place perfect for a kid's party my daughter has so much fun there.

The customer service is not what it use to be. There area lot of teens who are employed here. Most of them lack basic customer service, critical thinking and communication skills. They’re very impatient and and immature. The facility is a great place for kids and teens to relax, have fun and birthday parties. The food selection is beyond horrible. They only have chips, soda, water and juice. Their rules don’t apply to all especially in regards to having food and drinks on the floor. I saw several people eating and drinking. The location is great and there’s plenty of parking.

I love this place. The kids love this place but it NEVER fails. 2 days after coming here and my kid is ALWAYS sick. We go to other gyms and museums and he’s ok. This place needs to work on their sanitizing. The foam blocks are a blast but probably the mega carrier of germs. The kids can play for hours. We love their 6 and under special during the week from 10-1pm it’s only $12 for 1 kid and an adult. Even my 3 year old loves it. There is a smaller area for smaller kids. I really just wish my kid wouldn’t get sick every time we come to this place.

Just some tips! If you are planning a birthday party be prepared for a restricted 2 hours table access. They don’t have a public tables where you can rest and have a meal after your table time is over. This is why don’t bring too much food and desserts!Anyway 2-3 hours is enough for kids to be exhausted 😜 We had a great time and personal service was friendly and polite. Thank you guys!

I personally don't care bout this place cos I'm not a jumper but my child loves it and it's all about the kids .they will literally stay here all day if you let them. They have a snack spot the pizza served to us was cold and greasy the price is decent other places charge a Arm and a leg.birthday parties can be throwing here.

Love taking my 4 year old son here. He is very high energy and this is the perfect place for him to let loose. We also had his last bday party here which worked great. Good for kids of all sorts of ages.

Really fun here. A good place to bring friends and children. And it’s lowkey a workout when at a trampoline park lol. This place is quite big and a lot of different activities with trampolines like dodge ball, rock climbing, and pits with foam cubes(for jumping). Party reservations are available here and they have the option for purchases of snacks and drinks(non-alcoholic). There’s a place to put your shoes and lockers (though they have no locks on them). They’re quite affordable and require a waiver signed before playing by a parent/guardian. And grip socks are Mandatory!!! If you don’t bring your own, you will be required to purchase the ones they sell. A colored wrist band is then given after the paying process, and a timer is set. They call your color over the intercom when your time is up:).

Great place! Huge with lots of space, all the trampolines is an awesome way for your kids to burn off some energy. My kids absolutely love it and come home worn out every time.

My grandson had his birthday party here and it was amazing! The staff was very helpful and kind. The staff who kept an eye on the participants out on the trampolines were very vigilant. The surface was easy to maneuver. The space around the trampolines was clean and open. Overall a very good experience.

Came here for a birthday party with my 7yo son. He had a great time. Unlike most indoor bounce house places, this place is pretty much wide open so you can stand in one spot and see the entire layout.

My kiddos first time at a trampoline park and it was top notch, we have been there for birthday partys before and the staff is always great, and the place is clean and fun

Great facility. Really clean and plenty of helpful staff. The park area itself has lots of different areas and even sections for all ages. And the table areas are open rather than enclosed rooms…. Big difference!

This is a fun for kids with minor design issues. Children enjoyed the many phases like climbing and ball pits. However, there should be signs stating which wrist bands can access the more challenging activities. So that we don’t waste time in line and let children down. Also, the design is too much of a maze, children are easily lost. Lastly, there should be foam stairs/ hand rails for children to easily help themselves out of the ball pit. Update this review is for urban air located near by.

Had my son’s birthday here today and it was great. The staff member assigned to us was very helpful and the kids had fun. I was especially appreciative that the manager didn’t make us pay for for the 4 siblings that one parent brought without asking (invitation said no siblings). She was very understanding of our frustration.

What a BLAST!!! The spacing, the friendly staff and more will definitely have us back again, the crowd was great! Our kids loved it!!! My son has never slept so good afterwards. Thank you all so much for the excellent service and more. We love this place and we will be back!!!

Took my son for a bday party for one of his preschool friends and let me say from what I observed my son won’t be having any parties here Food choices are horrible It surprised me that they don’t offer basic meals for kids like Pizza maybe?? Just sugary junk like candy and chips which doesn’t hold them off for long The place itself is tacky paint chipping off the walls items listed that they don’t sell like slime pizza nachos etc but wasn’t a dealbreaker The dealbreaker was the fact that It was very chaotic from kids throwing up to staff leaving the throw up unattended for 30 mins+ Staff lack time management and are overall just a bunch of teens who are left to attend to 100+ kids They were not in the slightest bit attentive to the throw up & horseplay occurring around them I didn’t see a manager present not once You’d think in a place where pretty much the entire staff looks under 18 there’d be an actual ADULT to keep them on track but no We were excited to try this new Jump center after not liking Defy too much but now we are definitely sticking to Defy and Urban Air I wouldn’t invest my time or money here Management should do better

I love the concept of indoor parks like this one. My kids go out there, run around, and jump to their hearts' content. They really have a blast and love it when we go here. The only cons are that the foam cubes are falling apart and create lint everywhere. The black foam floor is covered in the foam lint, my kids' clothes, the safety socks get covered it in, and it sticks to my kids' hair. Also, it's not that the place can be cleaned/ disinfected between sessions as the sessions all overlap. One more thing, I tried to get concessions and was unable to. No one came to the counter after 15 minutes. I ended up running to the Publix in the same plaza for juice boxes and popcorn chicken. All in all, I will still take my kids here as the environment properly wears them out, leading to early bed times! 🙌🏾

Much nicer facility than other trampoline parks I've been to! I can sit and watch my 5 year old from every angle, which is great. Clean although the kids under 6 hours was not enforced. My kiddo was knocked over by big kids, but it happens.
