I can't say enough good things about this place. The front staff is excellent, they are friendly, kind and helpful. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. It gets you in the right head space for your massage. I've used Chris each time. He is very attentive, making sure you are getting the massage that fits you. The worst part of everything is having to get up when the massage is over. 😉

Overall my experience here was great, I was happy with the massage and atmosphere, and most of all everyone was super pleasant and friendly. However I booked for a 1 hour massage and was only treated for 45 min. I know I was the last appointment of the evening and it was late but I paid for an entire hour. I assume the therapist (who again was very good) was just ready to go home as again it was the last appointment of the evening, but I was surprised that when I looked at the time it had not even reached the full hour by the time I got re-dressed. I still paid and tipped well, as I do plan on coming back in the future, but all appointments should be fulfilled to the time requested, as obviously non member pricing has increased.

I suffer from daily back pain. I went to get a one hour full body massage. The massage was amazing done by a true professional Kyia highly recommend this location.

Alicia at massage envy in Lake Worth is the best. I always feel great after my massage and she listens to me on what I need more work on for each session. I was falsely advised on their membership benefits, every time I call for an appointment they never have availability for deep tissue massage for the time that I need. I schedule an appointment and they call and cancel with no consideration 25 minutes before my appointment. I would not recommend any friends and family to this location at all. I regret paying a full year of membership with them. Especially when I have to pay to go somewhere else to get massages when I paid a full year there. None of their good Therapist ever stay. I regret ever signing up with them.

Don’t waste your money with this company. They have massage therapist that don’t give you what you book for and have rude managers like Tiffany that try to play on your intelligence and they charge cards that they don’t have permission to charge and then try to give you an ultimatum. Naw go somewhere else because this place is a joke. They also lie. They had no permission to charge my bank card. I specifically told one of their receptionist not to use one of my debit card use a credit card and they charged that very card I instructed her not to use. I hung up in her face because Tiffany was trying to give me a ultimatum. Don’t be fooled by this location. You should have helped me when I called to cancel by sending me the appropriate documents months ago.

This was my first time here using a gift card that my sister gave to me for my birthday in July. Everyone was friendly, and Pamela did a great job with my facial. I will recommend it to anyone that would like to take some time to relax.

I went for peeling facial treatment, first time. Honestly I think it was a waist of money, don't get me wrong the place is very inviting and clean, people are very nice but my treatment was no different that something I could done myself at home. They cleaned my face, no a big deal and then I guess the magic happens when apply some kind of product that burns a little the skin, then a little cream and finish. Supposedly my skin will start to peel at home a little bit while the days pass but nothing happened and they give a kit with creams to follow the treatment at home. I just feel like I had a deep cleaning and not word the money or maybe my skin didn't need a peeling at all, I don't know, all I know is that I am not coming back.

This is the best massage envy location in all the land! Their cookie sandwich deserts at the end are insane and my therapist is my mainstay. GO HERE!!
