    Together with my partner, we are very happy with our new home, the truth is that it fulfills everything we one day dreamed of. The house is beautiful, cozy and very large, which keeps us very happy. The neighborhood is also very quiet and good. We have everything close by so it is very easy for us to get around. We would happily remain here for many more years.

    I'm so excited about my experience with a young man by the name of Abdiel I can't remember his last name; but I remember his personality, It was GREAT, Awesome, it was just what I wanted in my life at this time. He made me feel so special because of his kindness. My husband was in a very bad car wreck and he received lots of injuries, even head injuries. So things were not going well at all. But because of the manager at this location Mr Abdiel personality he made me smile again. I forgot all about what I was going through because of his kindness. This is where my husband and I live, and we love it. Each time that I spoke was the office it was a great experience. It's great because Mr. Abdiel will always make you feel at home. Thank you so much Lilac Point for Mr. Abdiel . I'm so happy that we have him. Thank you Mr. Abdiel Pena Sergio and Nikki Sanchez! ,

    This place is amazing, the staff atención is amazing, the Manager Leslie is the best and professional person I meet in my live, they do all possible to resolve your situation and you get your new home, she speaks Spanish too. So we got all that what we looking for, the deal is the best deal for rent you can get in all Davenport, if you need to rent a house come and stop by soon

    Our move was exhausting for sure.lol community is wonderful so far, house is beautiful over all just beautiful. Although we wish there was a community pool/gym but who knows maybe in the future 😉 this is the best Christmas gift ever to be in a safe environment with lovely neighbors . Management is extremely helpful and kind. They totally straightforward with us to make this move happen. So grateful words cannot describe. The husband is now calling this house the Mojo Dojo Casa House 😒 um HELP! Not happening. Lol

    This is a review exclusively about the move-in process. The application process and setting a move-in date was straightforward. However, the day before move-in, I received an email asking me if I would be interested in switching unit since they found water damage in the unit I had selected. (Water damage is no joke, the fact that staying in the same unit was offered as an alternative is confusing. The damage was severe enough to submit a warranty claim.) I don’t think an email is appropriate for these type of issues. This warrants a phone call at the minimum. This required me to call internet, water and electric services and cancel all the orders previously put into place and fixing the address. I get it, these things happen, but I don’t think management realized the urgency to contact me as we had 1 day to set everything up again (they expect water and electric services to be set up prior to move-in). It was definitely a frustrating situation. Once we settled into the new unit, we noticed the AC wasn’t working adequately (it was shutting down completely). Our first night was not very comfortable. This required inspection by maintenance team and AC company to eventually fix the issue (3 separate inspections). That being said, moving in was essentially easy. They provided us with a code to enter our home, and we had privacy to set everything up. The next day they gave us a welcome packet and an inspection checklist so that we could report damages. The checklist was incomplete (missing pages, should’ve been noticed) so we had to make our own list. Other than some shortcomings in the communication and move-in process, so far it’s been nice living here. You just would expect a bit more attention for the amount of rent that is paid to live here.

    Jackie was very informative, courteous and inviting. I will gladly go back to see the homes available with my family so they can help choose the right one for us. Homes are spacious, all new appliances included and plenty of storage. Nice outdoor patio and fenced in yard. Nice neighborhood close to everyday needs (stores, hospitals, restaurants, etc). Easy access off HWY 27 in Davenport/Haines City area.
