I came in to queen of pawns on 1700 W Vine Street and was Immediately met with great customer service from Natalie and kitty amazing employees. I also Dealt with Papo the owner great humble guy I pawned my 41 millimeter Rolex Presidential watch and he made me feel comfortable I just new I was in good hands I was worried about taking my high end watch to a Sketchy place. But after I met papo i Immediately felt comfortable he is very professional and me feel like my Rolex was in safe hands so if you any high end watches this is the place to go

The short Spanish dark skin guy needs to get fired. Cursing at me and giving me attitude while all I was trying to do was give them business .... I've purchased many things from this branch but will never return now. That guy needs to get fired immediately how dare you speak to customers the way you did. Absolutely horrible person to work there. I ended up leaving as he was yelling through the window.
