We'd been shopping for some healthy meal preps and were referred to Ideal Nutrition by a friend of my husband's. I've tried other meal preps and never loved any, but everything on Ideal's site looked so good, we decided to give it a try. We're now on our third week of lunch and dinners, so it's safe to say we're fans. We've enjoyed just about every meal we've had and I'm down 6 lbs. I am super picky and can attest that everything always tastes fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I recommend 100%. Even got some friends and family to try it, so I look forward to some future loyalty perks! ;)

First time using a meal prep service. I usually do it myself but don’t have the time anymore to be cooking all day. I’ve got to say I’m impressed. The flavor of the food is actually really good. I get to try different things I normally wouldn’t cook myself and it’s convenient. Pop the meal prep in the microwave for 2 mins and it’s perfect every time lol. Also im lactose intolerant. I’ve been without dairy for several years and I love that they have so many non dairy options yet it’s not vegan. I still get my meat but I don’t have to worry about any milk and I love that. They do have vegan options though if you are. Also paleo, keto, gluten free. I’ll definitely keep using this service though. Can’t beat $7.70 a meal lol. Super grateful! Thank you Ideal Nutrition🙌🏽

A great business model very poorly executed. Advertising is so heavy, to the point of being annoying, but when you attempt to place your order, you are struck with the reality that 75 to 85% of the ADVERTISED ITEMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE for purchase. Their advertisement budget is obviously larger than their production budget, which may explain their need to demand that you TIP during online purchases for store pickup. The Nerve!!! UPDATE 06/17/23: Ideal Nutrition website is soooo annoying! It's been 5 weeks since Ive been trying to place an order. At first, 75 to 85% of products were not available for sale. Today, items I wanted seemed to be available, so I figure I'd give Ideal Nutrition one more chance. I spent 20 minutes making all my selections, but when I finished scheduling pick up, ALL MY CHOSEN ITEMS JUST DISAPPEARED! No explanation, just an empty cart.

I recently moved to the west palm area and struggled to find a routine to meal prep/gym/work. This has been a godsend, the food is great and the team is even better. I visited the WPB storefront this afternoon and wow. Georgina helped me find exactly what I needed while enduring my dad jokes. Thank you very much!

The team is super friendly super helpful. The food is perfect. I have changed my diet plan ever since I started a deal and it is perfect quick and easy and it sees me trip from going to fast food.

I visited the West Palm store around lunchtime today as a one off and I was so pleased I did. I was greeted so beautifully by a young woman with an accent, I can't remember her name, but both her and another young lady where excellent the whole way through. After finishing my first meal from Ideal Nutrition, this weeks number 14 ( suggested by the store assistant ) I will be heading back over for the rest of my meals this week, so tasty! NO MORE COOKING!!!! If you want to lose weight, not shop, no cooking, no dishes, eat healthy THIS IS YOUR PLACE. I’ve been going to this location since they’ve opened. NOT ONLY GREAT HEALTHY FOOD, but also have Keith their prices the same since day one. Do yourself a favor and get the melas delivered via subscription ordering. Pick off menu and delivered to your door once a week. Oh that they are constantly changing the menu.

Today was my first day ordering for my office of 14-16 people…. Every single person loved their meal. The skirt steak was some of the most tender steak I’ve had, would put it up against eating at a steakhouse that’s how impressed I was…. Looks like we may be ordering our meals from here 5 days a week now…. Very very impressed… looks small but don’t be deceived it turns out to be the perfect portion. 11 out of 10…. Boca Location bravo !

Popped in for lunch today, I’ve got to Say it was beautiful. The food was lovely and fresh and tasted amazing. The staff, a young woman named Georgie and a lovely guy I think his name was Eros, were extremely friendly and helpful and suggested what they’d recommend for my dietary requirements. The chicken delicious and moist. Would 100% recommend and we will be back for sure! Top service all round

After trying MANY meal prep delivery services, I had begun to think getting tasty healthy food that I wouldn't have to prep at all was impossible. And then I found Ideal Nutrition! I'm picky and not used to eating healthy, but I wanted a lifestyle change. I knew I needed fully prepared, ready to go meals otherwise I would end up eating fast food per usual. I was very skeptical that these meals would taste good. But they are delicious!! There was only one out of 12 meals that I didn't care for. And at $7 a meal, I'm saving money over fast food! The new store in Wellington, it's very small where the food is and gets crowded quickly when there's more then 4 people shopping in the showcase. I've been a customer for over a month now and buy weekly. My big problem is that there is not enough sauce. Why don't they put a little extra sauce in a tiny container with it. I know they do on some, but not on most. I asked a worker in the store and she agreed, but said she adds her own at home. Well I don't have the sauce they use. Otherwise I'm very pleased with there foods.

Every meal I’ve tried so far has been delicious! So convenient for me to drop in and shop when I can. The store in Wellington is so clean and organized. Everyone is super helpful and kind every time I’ve gone in there. Thank you!

I had the firecracker meatballs last night. This is the first time I have tried ideal nutrition. I thought the meat and the rice was absolutely delicious. However, the string beans were raw and an edible. I hope this was a fluke will definitely try again.

Every meal I’ve tried is delicious and reasonably priced. I spoke to a wellness coach today about the meals and he looked at them online and said that he is comfortable with me choosing any of the selections on my wellness journey. I find them convenient when tracking calories and macros. I would highly recommend them for anyone on a wellness journey or anyone who enjoys the freedom of popping a delicious meal in the microwave. I am saving so much time that I would spend on grocery shopping, food prepping, cooking, doing dishes and not to mention feeling guilty for throwing out food that I didn’t eat, especially in this economy. Try it, you won’t regret it!

I just want to say I've been with Ideal Nutrition for a very long time. I had my meals delivered Sunday and a meal was missing. So, I called to speak with a manager. Not only did I speak with the nicest, sweetest person Luna who took care of everything, but she went to the next level and actually brought me my food to my home after she got off work. Now, that is customer service. I will always be grateful for Luna at Ideal Nutrition. She literally made my day and experience a much better one.

Ideal nutrition is amazing! Love how convenient it is. I have saved so much time and money by not buying groceries to prepare meals that I don’t end up cooking! The grilled chicken and sweet potatoes is our fav! I hope it never gets taken off the menu. My 1 year old even loves it!

I had the best experience with ideal nutrition at PBG. Their website made made ordering so easy. Food is delivered properly in beautiful insulated bag. Each meal came in its own microwavable Tupperware with their instructions on it.. Every meal was delicious and nutritious. The meals are extremely affordable and very well worth it. And the cherry on top is that their customer service is incredible. I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could. You have to try it to believe how good it really is.

Ideal nutrition is a blessing to our family. It is fantastic to have meals prepared by professional chefs and delivered to our home. The meals are delicious and large portions. The price and quality are hard to beat. I have tried many meal shipment companies; however the food still had to be prepared. This company does all the work and we only have positive things to say about this service and the products they deliver.

After trying Clean Eatz, and not enjoying it ( food taste blah ) limited, plus limited options for vegetarians. I said I try Ideal Nutrition. The food is delicious, right amount of calories, and worth every penny. It’s really affordable. Do come here if you want good food, and not have to worry about cooking healthy meals all the time.

I love this place. I've been with them since they first opened and it's been so nice not to have to cook, especially since I'm not very good at it. They have a solid verity of meals so I don't usually get too bored with the menu. I only wish they'd leave my favorite meal on rotation every week, which is the mahi mahi with coconut rice! The best part is that this is THE most affordable meal plan I've ever seen and it's healthy. Couldn't be happier.

This is my go to spot for picking up lunches for the week. At $7 a meal you can’t beat the price for the high quality of food. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable healthy meal at a good price. The sweet potato crusted chicken with coconut rice is by far my favorite. The flavor is always on point.
