Great store and have everything I need in a quick stop but have a poor customer service , always serious . You greet and they look at you like if you would of said something wrong . Today I stopped in after work and when I came in the Hispanic light skin cashier gave me a disrespectful look and when giving me the change she did it in a unprofessional way . The same way I gave the cashier the money nicely , I should expect the same as well.

It was so nice to go yesterday at Eds in harverhill and see that the girl who always attends me does so with a very good personality and friendliness, luckily she only taked a week of vacations. I went 3 times and I didn't get the same service, it wasn't bad, but I particularly like their style of customer service. I work at Nissan and I know what it means to give good service. I congratulate you for having people like this girl.

Today would be my 3rd time I stepped into this store and every time I do, I remind myself as to why I don't. ALL not some, ALL the females staff look mad, miserable, dead inside like it hurts them to be pleasant; almost like they gave up on life!!! HORRIBLE customer service not just to me but to some friends and family that have stopped here before. Guess it's cheaper to keep miserable working labor than pay for generous people 😂

I love this store! I have been coming to this store for about a year and have bonded quite well with the entire staff. The store always have what I need. They have introduced me to a variety of foods they have prepared. They have helped me sharpen my Spanish 😆. I always come back to this store for quick buys and a bit of Spanish lesson then I'm on my way. I thank them every time for an awesome shopping experience.

This was an old circle k, transformed to a deli. With that in mind, the food is delicious and the Cuban coffee is amazing. The Service is sub par, not always the friendliest. Especially if you don't speak Spanish, because some of the staff doesn't speak English. But very convenient for a quick, bite, or to pay Bill's,

Place my order online what year was ready to be picked up at 12:54 I got there at 12:55 and I had to wait for them to do my order as the lady told me that they just received my order online and I told her no you receive that at 12:34 you're just looking at it now the food was okay it could have been better as it was too dry and I was missing my croquetas the coffee was good

Great chocolate but pricey, unlimited selection of chocolate items. Great local businesses. They offer work shops. Sign up for your birthday and receive a post card in the mail for a free small sunday. Yearly Hoffman's offers a free Christmas display and Santa for the kids at the rear of their property while they have a small ice skating rink (skates supplied) at the front of the property ( for a small fee) during the Christmas holiday.

Store has a bad oder in there, to the point, if you go in & come right back out, you can smell the place on your clothing. It smells like old burned cooking grease. Continues to get worse.

Like I've seen others say... It is a bit small of a store but what it doesn't have in size it most definitely makes up for in selection and customer service. They have a little bit of everything... I was just there looking for some cat food, which I really didn't think they would have due to the store's size but yea they sure enough did have it. They have both crunchy and soft food. For both cats and dogs, granted they don't have a huge selection but they do have one or two brands of each. Only bit of a down side is that of course the products are over priced. For example a $0.45 can of cat food is about $1.50 but I think we all know that kinda comes with the territory of buying those types of things at a quick stop type of store. But it's nothing too serious if you just need something real quick to get you out of a bind meantime you make it to where you do your actual grocery shopping. Other then that the staff is really nice and very polite to their customers. Another thing I will say is that at the center of the store they have a stand where they have a selection of Spanish style fresh baked bread. There's several different types of bread but regardless of which one you choose they're going to be really good! The pricing is really fair on the bread selection I'll add. Soo yea hope you enjoy your visit there, as I did and have been for a while now. 👍😀

I have always went to this store eds for my needs and my money orders instead of going to other stores because of how fast and good and respectful the service was. Unfortunately, I will NOT be coming back again. Some very young lady that works there has a disgusted and unprofessional attitude. It felt like I was being a bother for coming in as a customer and I wouldnt wanna feel like that after a long day at work. Hope you guys find better workers and ones that arent rude teenagers.

This is not a report against Eds employees who are at Haverhill, it is with human resources. this week I went through the store twice and saw new faces, but yesterday it was truly unheard of to see that they leave responsibility to a person without charge. to words when I asked (it is difficult to train several people at the same time and she answered yes a little but my colleagues are effective in what they are doing and the next question was as manager of the store, are you happy? and she only answered Sir, I do my job, I'm not in charge, I'm only in charge of customer service. I realized that it's an abuse to leave a person in charge when they don't have a status or title in this store. This very kind person commented how important it is that you are satisfied with our service, which I am extremely satisfied since, as always, they gave me the best attention. Human resources are aware of giving respect to their employees. I offer my respects to the store manager, a person who always works as a team with his collaborators.
