Honestly they were better when it was Linda Berlin’s office since they took over it feels like a bunch of robots. And not only that but they FORCE YOU to put your credit card info on file, and it’s all done online now… honestly I much rather have a bill sent to my house so I can send a payment like that… I don’t like anyone having unnecessary information on me.

Run, run for your life. Was a patient here for 5 years and have seen 3 different doctors in that time. My current psychiatrist left the practice and they did not inform me. When I called to make my appointment 4 weeks in advance of being out of medication the receptionist told me there likely wasn’t a doctor in the practice comfortable taking over my care because of the “type and quantity” of meds I was on. The staff here will stigmatize you for your illness, are devoid of empathy for their patients, do not call you or email back (including the practice manager), and obviously follow unethical practices regarding continuation of patient care. They legitimately risked my life rather than figure out scheduling to get me an appointment after being a patient here for 5 years. They then had the nerve to charge me a $15 copay 6 month after the fact — LOL. For your sake please do not trust this unethical practice.

Dr.Chitiva is great! Best doctor ever!! The office is not! It's all about $$ and not the clients who have been with them for years. I get told the wrong date for an appointment, I miss it, and then get told I have to wait another 3 months because they sent a text. The text went out late the night before so I missed the 9am appointment (6 years and ive missed 1 appointment). Then I call in for help with a prescription and no one cares. They have an attitude regardless of what you call in for and will hang up on you. Normally when I call in, a prescription refill takes an hour or 2. Now it's 48 hours. No notice of a change. And no, they can't rush it this one time even tho they've changed things recently. So I've been without my meds for 2 days and the lady I spoke with couldn't of cared less. She didn't even say sorry or sound apologetic. I've sent a few friends to Linda Berlin but after all this, I won't anymore. They have their hands full already with not enough doctors and horrible staff.

Today was my second appointment at Mindpath Health. On both occasions, I was warmly greeted by Angie at the reception area.. She is a lovely, accommodating woman. What a wonderful asset she is to Mindpath Health. I feel like I’ve know her all of my life. She is professional, kind and knowledgeable. She has a heart ❤️ of gold which is immediately apparent. Loved my therapist - which is why I stayed so long. Got double billed for EVERY session - one from Mindpath Heath and one from an office I don't even know - which was auto debited - Advanced MD - a doctor names Brenda or something like that I never met. This is a crime to do to people who are mentally devistated. I had some many loose ends to tie up with my father's death I didn't have the time or energy to sort this scam out. Shame on you.

I don’t normally write reviews but This place is a freaking joke and should seriously be shut down. My dads doctor left and they said to wait for a new doctor to contact him to transfer care. After over a week of not hearing from anyone we called back to follow up on getting in with a new doctor and the response was no one wanted him because he was too old (my dad is 68). We thought maybe there was some miscommunication so my mom called and confirmed no one wanted to take him on because he was indeed too old. I was in shock.He had been going here for YEARSSSSSS. You try to find a new psych office immediately most places don’t have an opening for months leaving him without his meds for weeks that put him into a depressive /suicidal state. Clearly this office has no consideration for peoples mental health. Don’t trust them with your life.

Had an initial meeting with my therapist yesterday, and found it to be a worthwhile and satisfying interview. The counselor with whom I was paired appeared to be sincere and genuinely interested in my situation. I look forward to my next appointment and believe that our sessions will lead to greater incite and resolution to the issues confronting me at this time. I feel comfortable recommending Mindpath Health to anyone who feels a need for help in a difficult situation.

Very easy to make appt. Dr was very polite. I felt he answered all the right questions. My husband is his patient. I was going I could be a week but he doesn't take my insurance.

Can't contact anyone directly. They don't set you up with a new medicine manager when the old one leaves because they overhired. And i've already gone several days to a week Without my medicine prior due to lack of knowledge and accountability. They're exactly what you would expect from a callcenter/any Tele provider.

Kirit Saigal is excellent, he’s always asking me the right questions! Always makes sure I getting the perfect medication!! He is knowledgeable and respectful and kind! The office staff is always helpful! Appointments on times never have to wait! Highly recommend!!!

The psychiatrist was late and I actually requested a cognitive therapist. Never will use again. Was on the appointment for 20 minutes, ten minutes of which I waited . Now I'm charged for an appointment I did not use.

Dr Rempfer has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with my mental well being. I suffered a TREMENDOUS loss in 2020 and honestly, without Dr Rempfer, i dont know what life would look like today. Lynn in the office is a ROCKSTAR! Patient, kibd just all around an AMAZING human. Thanks all, you saved me!

I had an amazing first visit with Susan Jacobson. She gave me some tips on grieving my situation and made me feel secure in the feelings I was having. She also provided me another appointment pretty quickly to continue to work on my healing.

I'd been with Mindpath for about 10 months. The first counselor was excellent. However, she left the practice. I called to continue but the doctor was not able to help and referred me somewhere else. I just wanted someone to talk to.

I have been under psychiatric care since young adulthood ( I am now in my 50's). This practice is by far the most comprehensive I've experienced. From the very first phone call through my appointment with the doctor, the staff was, and remains, compassionate and smart. Mental health care professionals should stand and take notes.

My doctor Hans billiard was fantastic he took time out to look listen to me and was very patient I will continue to have him as my psychiatrist he does a wonderful job thank you so much for being there for me. P.S everyone in that office was kind, and considerate. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Dr Rempfer is amazing. You can tell he knows his field and loves what he does. He was able to help me with effectively within the first few visits and he’s extremely friendly. The staff, as well, are very knowledgeable and friendly too.

Dr. Harvey Chitiva is a true angel. I’ve been seeing him since 2016, when he genuinely helped save my life. He is so kind, gentle, and patient and extremely well educated in his field. His level of expertise in psychiatry is unmatched, and pair that with an amazing ‘bedside manner’, he is a LEGEND! He is accepting of all humans and truly takes the time to listen to you and understand what you’re going through. I genuinely don’t know where I’d be without him today, and I am endlessly grateful. I can’t begin to describe in words how much I appreciate Dr. Chitiva and how much of an impact he has had on my life.

After learning about MindPath from a friend, I decided to give it a try. The option to have video chats proved immensely beneficial for my work. It allows me to connect with my therapist for 45 minutes from anywhere I am! Susan possesses extensive knowledge and shows exceptional care. Her assistance has made a significant impact on my well-being, and I will always be grateful.

Dr. Chitiva is a wonderful Doctor. He has a very calming personality that makes it easy to speak with him. I appreciate how much he understands my medical issues and takes the time to go over the changes and help with my medication. I’ve been seeing him for years and I feel he’s done his best to help me.

For me in-person works and my therapist is great. At my location there are soon to be no in person therapists which is a negative. Even in the surrounding area there are no in-persons available. But the therapist I have currently is extremely caring and excellent.

Let me start by saying Dr. Chitiva is excellent. He is kind, patient and very knowledgeable. It is a major problem though when he would like to make an appointment in a month but the first appointment is 2-3 months away. That’s a problem for any medical issues but particularly for mental health. If a patient is in crisis, telling them the next appointment is 3 months away is unacceptable.

My doctor is amazing! Dr Chativa, he’s always timely for appointments and attentive to my needs and concerns! I love the convenience of the appointment setting and follow up with medication review! Very happy highly recommend!

Various members of my family have seen the therapists and/or doctors at this practice since 2013. When the practice was owned by Linda Berlin, there were very few issues. Any issue was brought to the attention of Linda Berlin and handled promptly and with respect. Since Mindpath took over, the “office staff” has been an absolute horror. Even though we receive links for a tele-visit the links don’t always work. Office staff then will insist we don’t have an appointment. Yesterday it took 90 minutes and 8 calls to straighten out an appointment that someone in my family had.

Very professional personnel and very accommodating. My doctor fits my needs and I feel very comfortable addressing my issues with him. Dr. Barnea.

Mindpath has been professional, caring and proficient. I don’t have to jump through hoops to get an appointment or receive support from the staff.

I had to get a new doc since mine left the practice. I saw Neri Barnea and it was enough to make me change practices. He showed no compassion, focused on my weight (which was not mentioned by me as an area of concern), suggested a sleep apnea test when I have no symptoms other than waking in the middle of the night (I suffer from anxiety), asked me why I think I can't get over my Bells Palsy because it is what it is and referred to it as a disfigurement as I was already crying about it. He's entirely too old to be practicing at least for people 30 years younger than him. He was the least compassionate doctor I've ever seen in any specialty.
