The customer service is excellent! The restaurant was clean and inviting. There were several people waiting on their food were who seemed to be very nice and not loud. The food is delicious. The burger wasn’t dry or over cooked, it was well seasoned and the sesame bun was soft. The fries where not too greasy and tasted like organic potatoes. The sprite, well, it tasted like sprite but I like the fact the machine gives you an abundance of choices to choose from. Over all, I had a great experience and I would recommend Five Guys to my friends and family members.

Overpriced, mediocre customer service. Burgers were greasy. Cheap buns, literally falls apart from being too soggy. Fries are either limp or over cooked. And everything gets tossed in the bag without any love and care for the product they are selling. They are simply better burger and fries or there that even costs less.

The 5 guys was on point. We went for the fries, I thought they were a tiny bit stingy on the large fries--the whole idea was to go there and split the fries. They were great any way. Forgot to get the Cajun seasoning-they had some on the side for us. Ended up getting a burger and a dog. Bacon on each. Messy as hell but this place in the only place that gives you enough napkins. I was happy and satisfied after having lunch there.

They drop fries on The bottom of your bag like it is some sort of trash. Why they even bother to put cups in the bag.

I love burgers and for me, this is the best burger in Florida! 🫢

UPDATE: Not happy with my purchase. Where's my fries? And no, they aren't under the burgers. I checked. Burger orders had toppings that weren't requested. My favorite place to grab a burger. There's always an overflow of fries. The young lady at the register was really nice.

Fire! Went there for lunch and was a great experience even coming through the door. There's a guy cooking I believe if I'm not mistaken was Alex. He had to help take our order because they were tied up. Took my order and made my food so quick, awesome customer service! I been to a few 5guys but this one was different much more clean too. Recommended!

We prefer our burgers not to be overcooked, but with the toppings added, the Five Guys. burgers tasted all right. Mighty expensive, though, for a quarter inch thick burger!

$7+ for a reg. fries?!!! I literally got a small cup up fries (not even filled) Soggy, thin buns!!! They skimped on the burger toppings!!! Slapped together without care. And why only vanilla shakes offered?!!!

One of my favorite burger places. It was a little slow with service this time around but that’s alright. I will say that there was a hair in my burger and I did notice that the cooks were not wearing hair nets. Definitely would recommend to prevent that in the future.

I like this five guys, they do a good job here. Take your order fast, make the food fast. It's pretty clean too. I've been here a ton of times and can't really think of any bad experiences I've ever had over here. I like the little cheeseburger, it's still big. The smallest size fry is always more than enough for 2. For both of us, 2 little burgers a fry and 2 drinks it was $30. I recommend the milkshakes but I can't ever eat a burger AND the milkshake lol

The French Fries are very good. They remind me of Thrashers Fries in Ocean City MD. Not as good but close. The burger was good too. In the future l will just purchase their Fries.

Not the cheapest and the French fries do not overflow as they used to but still a tasty burger.

Best five guys location I’ve ever been too! I’m a clean freak, and I was blow away by how clean they kept this store. Not only behind the counter but as soon as a customer was done eating they cleaned up right away. Also huge huge shout out to the staff, Deondre and Zach! They were so friendly and helpful, and it’s staff members like them that make the experience! Would give this location 10 stars if I could!

Good help is hard to find, maybe because they’re all working at this five guys lol. Shout out to the cashier Alan, this guy defines great hospitality. Positive, enthusiastic attitude that makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. Obviously the food as great, five guys has perfected the smash style burger. This place is always really clean when I come in also. But the customer service is what makes the location stand out!

I have been going out of my way to drive to this location in Boynton Beach for months. The burgers are so much better at this location, its worth it. It doesn't matter what time of day either. The food/service there is so consistently good/better, that I felt compelled to walk up to the manager and ask for his name (Alex), and commend and thank him.

Still the very best burger I have had in years. You pay for a very good freshly made hamburger and you get all the toppings you want for free. The fries are freshly cut from real potatoes and the serving is very generous. I've been to some of the other new ones, but the only thing that is better than five guys is the fact that their prices are higher if you want to call that better but I guess it is for them.

Don’t use this place with DoorDash! It took the driver 30 minutes to deliver. I refused the order after tasting the fries and they were cold. I called the stores and after a long wait, the guy said he couldn’t do anything. Won’t go back.

Lovely place it was very clean there and me and my mother had burgers and shared a malted milk milk shake first the milk shake was THE BEST milk shake I have every had in my life and I am not exaggerating and the burgers were just so good very juicy they were almost perfect the only thing that was wrong was that the cup seemed a little dirty? It had a little chocolate on it idk how but other than that it was very pleasant

I purchased 3 burgers for my family, and fries. All the burgers were sloppy and the buns were so wet with grease, lettuce was old, the burgers were just poorly made. We have eaten here so many times and this was one of the worst experiences. My daughter and I were vomiting the entire night and my wife was sick from the food too. These kids need to stop playing around with the food and try to be more serious. People aren’t paying to get sick.

I didn't go to get pizza, I was at wing stop! It's next door. They were so busy so I'll order ahead next time. I love their potatoes, they're not like French fries, they have the skins and stay soft like a baked potato! I was a little disappointed that I got 4 drums and only 2 wings, my bad for going during their busiest time on Friday! 😁✌

Very good service. The cashier was very friendly and was very helpful, told us everything we needed to know. Large fries fed our family of 4 and could feed bigger families! Go here you won’t regret it. Great place will come here next vacation.
