From the many jewelries at the area, this one really impressed me because of it's fine catalog and detailed customer service. Representative Maura really stand out by her professionalism and patience. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I plan to keep coming here for my recurrent shopping.

The owner Jay promised to have my cuban link ready by 2pm on New Year’s Eve, and it was ready by 11am that day, not only my cuban link came out better than I can imagine , but he also added weight to the chain to top it off. He also gave me a great deal on my wedding band. I will definitely be returning to shop there. Best prices in town, top quality jewelry and great customer service.

I called the store to get a few questions answered, the first call the representative hung up on me. I called back and the representative let me speak, once done she didn’t answer any of my questions and told me to call back in 5 minutes. I don’t understand why that wouldn’t be the first thing she told me. Then I call back in 10 minutes and ask my questions again and the same girl tells me to call back in a week. Huge waste of time!!! Nobody should ever waste someone else’s time like that. This place is extremely unprofessional.

A friend told me of this place and I have to say it’s amazing (I have to say I’m not a super fan of buying jewelry). But they have fine pieces and good prices. And Maura, the seller is super nice! She helped me pick a set of earring and necklace for my mom’s birthday and she loved them. I’m coming back for sure!
