Great, friendly folks, and work with your needs in mind. Most important your budget, and particular items are a great concern, to both sides win the day, at La Familia Pawn and Jewelry Stores. Definitely, professionally firm, and ethical. Like the young man that went out of his way to help me. Because he found it ut , that everything I buy there is for helping people in need. Especially, orphans children in the Caribbean, central America, n Africa, too. The Manager was also pleasant and professional, too.

Very slow customer service, little communication and offers low on designer items. One example is offering me $100 for a $3880 Bottega Veneta Clutch. Meanwhile, another woman comes in with a $500 Tory Burch purse and they offer her $80. Not a place to go for designer items. I spent 2 days waiting on authentication. I’ve been to other pawn shops and they provide quotes within minutes. I did sell two items tho them that were a resale value, not retail, $1600 and they gave me $400. (Retail value $3200). I gave 2 stars because a couple of the people that were there were nice and kind. Not saying they are bad people, just not the right place to sell luxury items like this. They do need to pick up on speed tho, there are too many people standing around being lackadaisical when they could be processing transactions instead of having one man doing three transactions at the same time. I shouldn’t have been there for as long as I was.

I had Nelly Estrada sell me some jewelry. I had gotten a couple rings and 2 bracelets. I went to sell them at 4 different pawn shops including the La Familia in West Palm, and the all told me the jewelry was fake. If you're going to buy anything from this store or from Nelly, have her/them prove to you it's real before you pay for it.
