    The theater is really remarkable! I’ve never been in such as an establishment like this! You purchase luxury movie tickets and then you go to your seat and you have somebody wait on you the entire film! They can refill your drinks or bring you new treats but basically you open a tab with them and they take care of you the rest of the evening! It was really awesome. The reason I’m giving four stars instead of five it’s because the website is absolute garbage. I tried to buy luxury seats because we knew that’s the type of experience we wanted but the website only allows you to buy normal seats. That was really disappointing when we got to the theater and realized that our seats were not the luxury seats but rather the normal seats. We had to upgrade our seats and move our tickets to another movie time which was inconvenient but we made it work. With about 40 minutes left to go of your movie, your waiter will bring your check to you and you close it out! I really hope they get their website figured out because I feel like they would have more sales if they did this. It’s OK to invest in marketing and technology for a better customer experience 😁

    Fun experience. Definitely a little pricy expect to pay more than average prices for tickets and then the cost of going to a decent restaurant for food. Quickly adds up if you have multiple people in your party. That being said you get nice reclining seats, a waiter that takes your order and brings you your food, and access to a full bar. It's very comfortable and definitely a nice way to enjoy a movie. The theaters aren't cramped and the seats have decent enough space between everyone.

    AMAZING theater! Beautiful decor, bar at the entrance, and you can oder food/drinks with the push of a button at your seat. Definitely recommend! Clean bathrooms as well, always a plus!

    Overall a really good movie theater. We saw the Nutcracker on the luxury side. I had to take a star away because the movie screen was a bit small and oddly blurry. The seats are really nice and recline almost too far, which isn't really a bad thing. Having food delivered to your seat is super convenient. Only downside is that food is delivered while the movie is playing, so if someone next to you or in front of you orders, be ready to be distracted. But, totally worth it in my opinion. The good was very tasty and reasonably priced (for a movie theater that is). Overall the price for the movies (2 tickets) at $20 each was very reasonable. I look forward to visiting again soon

    The staff members from: Hadley, to our bar server Brian, and let's not leave out food server Lisa which brought out our food to our seats (which was a treat). So when you're in the Southeast area of Florida, check out Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas" for a "dinner and dine" experience like no other. Tell them that: Tom the "King crown wearing shirt"guy (A Google Maps Reviewer) recommended to coming to the "Cinépolis"

    I'm one of those people that got caught up into online streaming so I haven't been to a theater in a long time. Let me say that I was thoroughly impressed with everything in this place. The highlight to me was the massive seats and I'm a big guy that went with 5 other very large men and we comfortably sat next to each other , had extra leg room and enough table area to place our snacks. Next best thing to your own personal theater.

    Absolutely loved it. The box office employee (I think his name was Luke), was the most professional young employee I have ever seen. Everyone else was fantastic as well. I didn’t do the luxury side, but the seats were still very comfy. I will 100% be coming back.

    First, be aware that if you book through Google it may not be obvious that you’re purchasing a STANDARD theater experience versus a full service finding theater experience. Also the screen size of fairly small compared to regular theaters. Second, when we realized we accidentally booked standard seats, we noticed some pretty ripped/dirty seats. Lastly, the entrance is beautiful, but any carpeted areas are stained ripped and looks pretty horrible. We won’t be coming back

    Went there on a Friday around 2:30 in the afternoon. They were short handed as I was told several people quit. One guy was taking tickets and working the snack bar. He did good. The hallway carpet to the left or north end is in bad shape however I heard a manger maybe saying it needs replacing. Theatre was not super clean but again they were short handed. Movie was great visually and sound. Work on staffing and you can make 5 stars.

    My experience did not coincide with previous reviews. The movie we saw was not available on the “luxury “ side of the theater. Chairs did not recline, the theater was extremely understaffed (no one to even take tickets), restrooms were mainly unusable, and the place was filthy as soon as you left the entrance/concession area. People did not seem to understand to sit in the seats they purchased ( that worked itself out but still annoying and no staff to handle it anyways). The place truly needs cleaning , updating, and staff.

    I went to see a movie on Tuesday to much of my surprise I was not able to order food inside the theater as I’m always able to , the young man explained I got the Tuesday special tickets but they couldn’t upgraded me to the luxury because the movie was not playing there, but what it was frustrating to me I had to order the happy hour specials from the bar and my drinks from the popcorn stand, I was furious my movie was about to start in 10 min and I had to go to two different stands to order, plus pick the food 15 min after I order as I was told. I asked for the manager no one came to talk to me if someone reads this make the necessary changes to make a simple movie enjoyable not a hassle to buy your food thank you

    This place is great! Food was very good, comfy seats and great atmosphere. It feels like you are in an airport when you walk in! Very nice clean bathrooms as well. Great experience, will be back! Loved the happy hour deals!

    Movie was great! Service was outstanding, including at the bar! But theatre 6 has multiple recliners that are broken. Online it looked like the theatre was completely booked online but it was actually due to all of the broken recliner chairs. Yet the chair that I was in was clearly broken too (it looked like someone kicked it to death). I hope they fix the chairs soon because I love this place.

    If expecting to purchase a souvenir cup or popcorn bucket, make sure to confirm first before attendant charges u for souvenir package then ends up saying, "We may have some in the back but I'm not sure." She wasn't willing to check in the supposed back. Then didn't know how to void the transaction and supposedly no manager was there on Thanksgiving Day. I didn't want to make a big deal to ruin mine or my kids' day so stayed with high charge of transaction even though we never got the two souvenir cups we were charged. I'll be avoiding this theater and considering this a lesson learned.

    Saw Maverick there the other day. The food and drinks were great. The service was friendly and attentive. The audio/video experience was poor. I had great seats... Dead center in those luxury recliner chairs. The audio was all messed up. They had the center and right channels behind the screen flip-flopped which totally ruined the immersion experience for me. All the voice was coming from the top right of the screen. Bass was weak. The picture was very grainy and colors seemed muted. I do smart homes and home theaters for a living, and I would have preferred to see this movie at a number of the ones I've installed over this "luxury theater" or at my own house even (which isn't even anything that special). Really doubt I'll ever go back there.

    How this overpriced movie theater has a 4 star review is crazy. First the theater is freezing next the price is $22 for a new movie. The worst is there is no service at the concessions. We go to get popcorn and a coke and we’re told they were closed GO ToTHE Bar After waiting for 5 minutes we were told no go to the closed concession stand . Really The manager was a total waste of time Twenty minutes later we stand in line at the now open concession stand and get to enjoy our movie in the fridge

    Maybe I went on an off night but.. Maybe more staff are needed on Tuesday nights. The best part of the night was a young lady who assisted guest with tickets and also helped behind the food counter. (I wish Id gotten her name, her hair was pulled back in an afro poof) When we got to our theater, it hadnt been cleaned from the showtime prior. (We saw the Equalizer at 8:30) and popcorn bowls and drinks were everywhere. Then, a couple came into the show an hour later and proceeded to talk through how the whole movie. Maybe we will just choose other showtimes or other days but this was a horrible experience

    Website is very unclear and difficult to navigate. Gives the impression all shows offer food service in theater. No clarification is given when booking as to the type of seat being booked. No answer when calling for assistance. Online assistance is poor. Would not recommend.

    Very nice spacious. I have been to both sides of the theatre one side you get you own food and drinks, costs less. The luxury side the seating is better and you order all of your food and drinks including alcohol. We couldn't finish 1 bowl of popcorn, it was unlimited. This is the only way to go.

    I brought my date to Cinepolis, arrived early so we could get good seats. We picked our seats and paid for the movie. We got set up in our seats, ordered food and had it served. Just before the movie started a couple said we were in their seats. The concierge found we were sold our tickets for the wrong day so they kicked us out of our seats. This was in no way our fault yet they embarrassed my date and I in front of all who were there and said we could sit in the front row. It ruined the date so I got a refund.

    As long as you don't go to the movies 7-14, 6 and down is the good side. However, we didn't realize that when we went, so we ended up in movie 7 which does not have the recliner and the entire side, carpet and bathrooms were disgusting. We wouldn't ever make that mistake again. I personally wanted to leave, but I didn't want to ruin the whole night.We will give the movies 7 and up a chance since my daughter went with a friend and loved it, but be warned do not go to the bad side. You'll pay more than any other theater around and regret it.
