I
was
sent
to
this
labcorp
location
for
the
purpose
that
I
would
be
able
to
receive
a
discount
or
payment
plan
due
to
me
being
a
self
pay
patient.
Making
an
appointment
was
convenient
and
so
was
checking
in.
However
when
I
went
in
I
was
very
displeased.
The
location
wasn’t
the
best
and
their
facility
didn’t
feel
the
cleanest.
I
went
in
with
my
mom
because
I
tend
to
pass
out
during
blood
work
and
was
nervous.
When
I
walked
up
to
the
window
I
was
met
with
2
employees
that
were
frantically
looking
for
something
and
yelling
at
a
patient.
I
asked
the
woman
at
the
front
desk
if
there
was
anyway
she
could
tell
me
the
price
of
the
blood
work
and
she
gave
me
an
attitude
and
told
me
to
give
her
a
minute.
When
she
gave
me
the
order
with
the
price
of
the
bloodwork
I
asked
if
that
was
with
or
without
the
discount
and
again
was
met
with
an
attitude
saying
that
she
didn’t
know
who
told
me
that
but
that
they
don’t
offer
that.
So
I
told
her
that
my
doctor
told
me
and
that’s
why
I
was
there.
She
then
told
me
that
my
doctor
doesn’t
know
anything
about
them
because
she
doesn’t
work
there
and
shouldn’t
be
authorized
to
tell
me
about
their
deals.
My
mom
and
I
were
talking
amongst
ourselves
on
whether
we
should
check
a
different
lab.
So
then
a
different
employee
said
that
she
used
to
work
at
the
lab
I
wanted
to
check
out
and
said
that
it
would
be
more
expensive
to
go
there.
So
I
was
too
uncomfortable
to
stay
there
so
I
just
walked
out
and
went
to
a
different
lab.
Sort
of
felt
like
I
was
at
a
Dunkin’
Donuts
drive
thru.
