Spacious - The place is quite big. I have visited other Decathlon stores but this one is huge. Variety - They have wide range of products but for every product they don't have a lot of options. When it comes to apparels they have good options. Quality - Their products in general are of great quality. Prices - They are expensive in apparels and other sports products compared to other sources but at the same time their quality matches their prices. They have all sort of camping gear at good prices. Decathlon staff are highly professional in handling customers, at their behavior, and at their respective products expertise. This center is having ample amount of 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers parking space. Also there is a training court for multipurpose sports like skating, football, tennis, cricket. But now because of covid 19 the training court is closed. Overall a very good place if you are looking for sports and fitness related products.

I had purchased for 25k plus for almost most of the products that are used in in the winter for the UK but to be very frank - the quality expected from gloves to Jacket was so poor - didn't last even a year - Guys who travel the UK - people would say you get cheaper product here - but it's not fact - if you have the plan to travel abroad - you will get cheaper products here with better quality. Please think before you spend there. I wouldn't have posted this review - but I had been getting so many emails which are so annoying from these people. Finally, when I gave feedback - they replied saying it couldn't be posted online for obvious reasons. so my advice to people who travel abroad - I would say buy only basis - major stuff - buy Aboard. Just adding a pic of socks, so that you know the quality of their product and how long you could use it also that it’s a genuine review

Small ground available for differnt sports activity - like skaiting etc. Large collection of almost all sports related activities available in a single floor. Good cusotmer support/ assisatnce. Decathlon is a place for purchasing sports ( boots,spikes,skipping,shoes,etc...)items,games items ( football,cricket bat,batminton,and other sorts of things), fitness items( dumbells,threadmill,cycling,pull up bars etc...). They also provide sports wears like joggers,swinsuits,tshirts,etc .. Travelling items like backpacks,bottles,boots,gloves,jackets,thermal wears etc.. are available. All products are reliable also the prices are a little high. Instore purchases and usages are available. There is enough space for parking cars and bikes. Store is not too crowded. Overall it is a good place for purchasing and trialing items.

Today I went for purchasing a Raincoat at the decathlon kalamassery store. My whole experience with decathlon was good until this one. Customer experience is one of the most important pillar of a business to succeed. Decathlon succeeded in that but unfortunately now it is not seen. Customer focus is very much important for a successful business to move forward. I hope the officials would look into the matter and give proper training to staff and make them understand the importance of customer experience. Coming to my experience at the store. I called two times an executive to assist me for my purchase and the person who came to me was not at all interested in explaining the queries which I have asked and he in turn disappeared few minutes later. I have spent a good amount of money at decathlon for the past several years which was because of their service and quality. Today both have disappeared. I hope some positive training would be delivered to the store team with regard to the customer service and experience.
