Robert
purchased
an
apple
watch
cover
case
on
7/16/18.
The
price
tag
in
store
said
$20.
He
wanted
that
price.
The
manager
said
unfortunately
we
don't
do
that.
FIRST
OF
ALL
THAT
IS
RIDICULOUS.
If
there
is
a
price
you
must
honor
it,
it
is
not
the
customer's
problem
that
someone
who
works
there
put
the
wrong
sign
next
to
the
wrong
item.
Robert
purchased
the
item
at
$50,
got
home
that
day
noticed
the
case
was
scratched,
broken,
and
tattered/.torn.
He
was
upset
over
this
and
called
the
store.
They
said
they
couldn't
help
him.
RIDICULOUS.
He
then
called
customer
service.
They
told
him
while
the
store
was
right
in
not
changing
the
price
to
the
sale
price
on
the
sticker,
they
would
honor
it.
They
said
we
will
ship
you
a
new
case
for
free
that
day
and
give
you
the
partial
refund
for
the
sales
price
of
$23
back
on
your
debit
card.
He
received
that
case
and
it
worked
fine.
This
was
all
done
the
week
of
7/16/18.
By
7/30/18
Robert
had
called
asking
where
the
refund
was
and
that
day
discovered
the
company
and
attempted
and
succeeded
in
FRAUD!
They
charged
the
debit
card
an
ADDITIONAL
$30.
WHICH
WAS
NOT
AUTHORIZED
BY
THE
CUSTOMER.
Rob
then
called
the
company
was
on
phone
with
them
for
over
an
hour
and
was
disputing
this.
They
could
not
get
to
the
bottom
of
it
and
said
they
would
call
back.
He
then
called
his
bank
to
dispute
both
the
$50
charge
and
the
unauthorized
$30
charge.
We
will
never
ever
buy
anything
from
this
most
unprofessional
company
ever
again!!!!
They
should
be
charged
with
fraud
and
stupidity!
