Worst dominos ever manager is a complete idiot and as well as his wife that answers the phone. Does not help customers then puts the “district manager” on the phone and threatens to call the cops for harassment .. this establishment is a joke… it’s not even real pizza they need to do better.. also if you talk to “bob warren “ the “ district manager “he’s just as useless lies and say there’s nothing he can do because you “cursed” about an inconvenience Lol

I ordered pizza over the phone..and told them to not cut.. The 1st pizza they put the wrong toppings..and I explained that to the lady..they’re manager was there..respectfully I ask them can I have my pizza with using clean cutter..she refused me.also the manager.. And the lady said do not order fast food if you want everything clean…that make me so hurt.. Even the manager did not wearing the hat when he take care the cut tables…. I have 4 years dominos experience I know how to serve the food with best behavior… I’ve never seen peoples like him…they’re so rude.and unhygienic.. Worst manager in Long Island..😐

I called because I made a order for the first time on the app and I called to see if I can cancel it but the staff was so rude when I said if I can cancel it I didn’t even noticed there was a number attached to the website so I called 5 mins towards the order I apologize but you ppl need better staff period.

We ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas, 2 8pc stuffed cheesy breads, 8pc bone in wings & a 2L soda and we only received 2 Marinara sauce, 1 for each 8pc cheesy bread & 1 blue cheese for the 8 traditional wings. When i requested extra Marinara sauce i was told it was $0.79 each. Like seriously! Then to add insult to injury, we ordered BBQ wings only to get home & find we were given mild Buffalo wings instead. The taste of which left alot to be desired!😕 They definitely needed to be cooked some more. When i called to complain abt getting the wrong flavor wings i was told that "he, the order taker HAD HEARD when i said BBQ wings but that my husband had said mild 3 times at pointed at our daughter. So he went with mild because my husband was the one ordering"😒. Needless to say my husband wasn't saying he wanted mild Buffalo wings. He was just saying get a mild flavor for the wings so our 5yo could eat some. And for the record we were both ordering. In fact i was doing the majority of the ordering as my husband always defers to me for such things. All in all not the best experience..

I really wish I didn't give them one star. I ordered pizza today from there n when I got it ..... it was burnt n salty 🧂 and this is my 2nd they did this 👎🏾

I just tried Dominos for the first time and the food is delicious and reasonable and I had the pleasure of meeting the regional manager Bob last Monday, what a Great Guy, be well and ALWAYS stay safe Joey 😉 I'll be back very soon:)

Excellent customer service ! The driver forgot my soda last time, we're all humans and we all make mistakes! I was able to call back this time and the manager rectified the situation. Very happy. Delicious food and speedy delivery !
