Kalmal Makes the best paella, but what tops it off is his chili oil, it is so flavorful and adds so much depth to the dish. I highly recommend Kamal for any event! Great personality, very friendly :) ! Thank you

Kamal’s Quarter catered for our engagement party over the weekend and I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Everything from prompt communication, to the time of arrival to our venue, the efficiency of setting up and cooking the meal, to shutting down, the clean up. Everything was just absolutely prompt and efficient. We had the lovely Peter cook for us and the meal was just to die for. It was beautiful to look at, cooked to perfection and the flavours were so playful. The left overs was promptly accepted by our guests and enjoyed again, which I got so many great comments from again. Seriously this company is just brilliant and my guests are still talking about it. You guys made a great impression on all of us and will be using you guys for future events. Thank you so very much again.

Kamal’s Quarter Paella was the highlight of my birthday Tea party. The whole set up was neat and clean, I loved the fact that Kamal was a man in a uniform. The Chicken Chorizo Paella was true to its taste right consistency and large portions. Thank you very much.

We had Kamal Quarter Paella catering at our home 60th party and they did not disappoint! Our chef Javier was wonderful and the guests loved watching the process. Paella was delicious and plenty of food, plus they do the clean up as well.

Impressive! They catered for my daughters engagement party and the food was nothing short of amazing. Love that they set it all up and cooked the food where we could watch. The cook was so friendly and the portions sizes were pretty amazing. 10/10. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Kamal was really easy to communicate with and was able to be flexible for our end of year celebration for ~60 people at Mount Lawley bowls club. He was very approachable and friendly, and happy to answer the many questions people had about the food he was preparing for us. The paella was very tasty - and it’s nice to see it (and smell it!) cooking in the large pans. We got the traditional with chicken and chorizo as well as a vegan paella. We had also ordered some sides and there were still plenty of these left at the end - Kamal said we could keep the platters and arrange to get them back or for him to pick them up later. We also managed to get Kamal to join us for a quick bowl before he left!

Kamal & Javier did an amazing job catering Paella for our NRW Melbourne Cup lunch today! We had chicken chorizo, seafood and vegetarian options and all were delish and cooked perfectly. Moist as and so tasty. Desserts were tops too 👅 Thank you from NRW and we will definitely be back for more ❤️
