So I joined the club when there was a 5 weeks special trial was going on. Joining date was 17/Jan/2023. On May 2023 I finished up. I notified the staff that I am leaving. I went to overseas on long vacation ( 3 months ) and then moved to over east. Six months later today I received a call from the store saying that my payments are over due and have to pay like $400. I finished up in May 2023 but still have to pay ? Also the person who referred me never received his reference bonus and has already written a review for the same. If your staff didn’t did their job properly then it’s not my fault. Why should I pay for something which wasn’t my fault. It feels like extortion tbh. People please be very careful with what you sign up for.

I have been a member of this gym for a few months and with the encouragement of fletcher and the best PT Nikita I am starting to see the results I have always hoped for would recommend this particular snap fitness to anyone.

Love the hot 100 disco music that the manager Jordan belts out on a Thursday nights.

Terrible customer service.

No problem with a gym I was there last Thursday after 2 pm … but my rating is to the manager how was lying about the policy that’s boots (clean boots)not allowed at the gym and he ask my to leave!!

My experience with Fletcher has been amazing has really pushed me to reach my goals would highly recommend

It's the wild wild "WEST" LOL🤣 I Love coming here🥰 We have the Best Trainer's & Teamwork here at Our "Redcliffe" gym. Perfect place to get great results & meet great people!!!! Great to see everyone practising Covid-19 rule's put in place 4 now too.

Hands down the best gym environment for new people getting Into the workout grind. Helpful staff, great personal trainers, plenty of equipment and is always clean. Always an amazing vibe and everyone is just so helpful and happy. I've never felt intimidated, creeped out or shy in this gym and I'm antisocial at the best of times. Always a subscription deal at the end of the year, start of the year and black friday so there is no excuse for it being to expensive.

Since joining snap Redcliffe not only have I started achieving my goals, it’s a very welcoming and a good environment to be in. My personal trainer fletcher has also helped me a lot with my progress and just having someone to talk to when needed

A great club to train at, and the manager, Rob, is a great easy going guy that takes good care of the place. What's also good is that they have some group classes including an abs workout led by Nikita that is awesome. Rarely see equipment out of order.

Great gym with awesome facilities. The team make you feel extremely comfortable and motivated with room for any level of fitness. With the added help from my PT Josh I am achieving my goals. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff and great atmosphere

Rip off. On top of fees they charge $59 for an access card when you sign up but only refund 29 when you return it on cancelling membership. So when you sign up for a special $4 Per week, you actually have to pay 2 months minimum, sign up fee, card fee. Asked if I might reconsider cancelling - no way, just on principle

One of the tidiest gyms I've visited, plenty of cardio equipment and enough weighted/free weight machines to achieve a proper workout.

What a Great Gym and the Best friendly staff and Personal trainers who get results for you and always go above and beyond, the gym is clean and has everything you could want, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent gym with awesome staff and members you won’t feel embarrassed or judged everyone supports everyone, Fletcher the all mighty assistant manager should be a reason alone to join the gym.

The PT and the admin were rude. Went for a trial to see if I like the gym as I was new to the area. The website advertised for 3 trials, but the staffs basically implied that I shouldn’t join the gym because I didn’t want to sign up for the “limited time discount” at the end of my first session. I’d suggest management give some customer service & sales training to the staffs. Especially the PT that looks like he needs a PT himself.

The new Snap Fitness Redcliffe 2.0 is exactly what I was hoping for as a member of the gym. A better layout with more equipment but also a significant upgrade in terms of equipment quality. Much more room for stretching and functional exercise. Aesthetically the gym is one of the best I've seen. The bathrooms especially look amazing and everything feels very clean. Declan is a big upgrade over the previous manager. It's nice to have someone who isn't jumping off everything all the time. The trainers are awesome as well! Great work with the renos guys!!

The gym reno has been amazing - 2 deadlift platforms, deadlift bars, plus great staff who always provide good banter. Nikita is a motivating PT and is always on top of program adjustments, making my training pregnancy-friendly.

I didn’t get benefit for referring a friend but that’s alright otherwise love this gym for New equipments and cleanliness

Occasional user from out of town. They have done a great job of modernising the gym and it has a good friendly atmosphere. Just watch out for the Redcliffe crackheads wandering around outside.

Smaller than some of the other snaps but what it lacks in size it makes up for with lots of new equipment and a great atmosphere.

Snap Redcliffe is a great place to train, being older I felt welcome from the first time I signed up, special thanks to Josh who’s rehab on by back issue now has me back to full time training and a pain free life I can highly recomend this family gym if you are looking for a new community to get you back to fitness for the next phase of your life

Loving the vibe I get every morning session from the staff and memebers of Snap Readcliffe. I’ve been having 1:1 PT sessions for 3.5 months with Josh and I can say I love the results. The sessions are always fun, exciting, grulling resulting in loads of sweat. I would defiantly recommend Snap Redcliffe and Josh for great PT sessions!
