Bagels-4-U needs someone who has operated a successful small restaurant to show them how to properly run their store. maybe we can pool our money together and hire a big-time consulting firm. whatever it takes at this point because it's a dumpster fire of inefficiency. always has been. 1. just have one or two people take orders 2. have them politely acknowledge the order and read it back 3. have them relay it to—this is the key—someone else 4. now, have that person (the same one at the register) charge for the order 5. take the next order there. i saved you a few $$$$.

Why i frequent this place is beyond me. Their service is slow every time I go there and to add to it, they misheard an order and argued that because they didn’t hear it that I was in the wrong and that I’d have to take it untoasted. Imagine telling a customer they’re wrong over whether a $1.29 bagel was toasted or not!!! Throw out the bagel and start over ! Unbelievable.

This place is going downhill so fast. The bagels are still good, but they totally skimp on the cream cheese to the point where it's comedic. They are not fooling anyone. And the young ladies working, especially the counter person, have become increasingly rude. We witnessed a young man just cancel his order and walk out. I hope the owner reads this review and fixes this once great bagel shop.

Staff was very nice and quick to put together our order. They have a great variety of bagels. Love the jalapeño and garlic bagels! Wish I could give like 3.5 but the reason for the 3 stars is just that their breakfast sandwiches are smothered in butter. Delicious but also really messy and kind of felt like we were drinking in unhealthy amounts of butter. If there was little to none of that, then it’d be the perfect breakfast sandwich!

I was shocked at the negative attitude of the woman taking my order. Plus she completely dismissed my request for a light colored bagel. She just grabbed any one and it turned out it was a hard, dark burnt one 🥲

Bagels are delicious but that’s the only thing this place has going for themselves. The price is never consistent and today it was .75 cents more. There was no sign anywhere that their prices went up. You have to repeat yourself multiple times to get your order across. Everyone handling your bagels is wearing gloves except the gentleman making the bagels in the oven. When he is transferring the bagels from the oven to the wired bin he uses his bare hands. I will decrease the times I go here as I don’t like being overcharged.

Went here today to pick up a chicken salad blt on a bagel. Had to repeat the order very slowly two times to the lady at the counter. Sandwich with chips cost $14 and change. Get to my office and it’s just chicken salad on a bagel. They charged me for the blt part. Be sure to check your order before you walk out the door; this place is a rip-off.

Stopped in and ordered a whole wheat everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. when I received it, asked the guy if it was toasted and he said yes. I leave with it, get to opening the bag and wrapper. It not only wasn't toasted, but it was just whole wheat plain bagel, not the everything I asked for. think the guy was too distracted with all the pick up orders

They charged extra to slice bagels. We did a large order for a birthday party. Not sliced. Edit: they charged my husband AGAIN (2x now) for slicing. And 3 flavors we ordered were not included at all, and replaced ALL with raisin (which we didn’t order at all). I understand if replacement needed…WHY wouldn’t they replace with more of the flavors we did order rather than something we clearly never wanted?

It was my first time trying this place and my Bagel was cold even though I had it toasted and there was more jelly than cream cheese which made meal messy. Also, my hash brown was soaked in oil it made me nauseous. I personally wouldn’t go back.

Refused to toast my bagel. Horrible attitude and acted like my simple requests were the end of the world. It’s christmas eve can’t you at least smile? Even say thank you? Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 10 minutes to obagel so you don’t have to support this business.

Best bagels in area IMO. Line can be long and service can be disorganized when it gets busy but this is still my go-to bagel place.

Stumbled upon this place by mistake while trying to go to the Dunkin next door. Excellent fresh hot bagels made on site with a variety of cream cheese! That being said, I am pretty sure that they overcharged me for the coffee. The large is 2.85 on the sign but I saw her enter in $3 something and you don’t get a detailed receipt, only credit card receipt.

As a New Yorker I was skeptical while visiting friends in the area. These bagels were delicious and definitely good enough to come from New York! I highly recommend. Loves the jalapeno bagel also

I’ve never dealt with a more incompetent set of employees anywhere. It shouldn’t take 5 minutes to take an order, it is beyond rude how the employee will talk to one another and not service anyone for minutes when the store is empty.

It’s okay- the sizes of bagels are small and expensive and they surprisingly don’t have basic things (like Turkey bacon) go somewhere else’s and they will give you more food for less money…

Delicious, fresh bagels... and super nice owners/staff . We were well taken care of

Nice variety, but I swear the bagels aren’t as fresh as they advertise. Every time I’ve gone, my bagel is really tough and they overload the cream cheese like mad making it really difficult to eat. Not to mention the lines out the door on the weekends that could be solved with a more efficient ordering system. I’ve waited 45 minutes for a plain bagel with cream cheese before. And that was after calling the order in ahead of time. I don’t understand the hype that this place gets.

Feels like employees are annoyed that you're there with the exception of 1 who apologized to a customer for the wait. There were more employees than customers but they still couldn't get orders correct. Waited in line for 15 minutes with the same 2 people in front of me the whole time before even getting my order taken. Bagels are fine but small.

Consistently get orders wrong and always give customers attitude. If you want to start your day off with a negative interaction, go here.

Quickly becoming my "go-to" place for bagels since I don't travel into the city anymore. The bagels are made fresh and can be served with eggs and your choice of meat. Bagel flavors include raspberry, everything, pumpernickel, jalapeño, French toast, cinnamon, plain and more. The staff is friendly, welcoming and the prices are reasonable.

I used to love this place but for the past 3 time after today my order was messed up even when I would confirm it with the worker. They even wrote down everything. Because I usually order a sandwich and eat it at home I don't check until I get home and find out two of the toppings I asked for are missing even when I am charged for them.

Food is okay. Bagels are fresh and have array of options. Pork Roll was very greasy and taste was fine. Wouldn't go out of way (12 mins from home) again to get breakfast here. Was really upset with iced coffee I received. Did not taste good despite asking for more milk and French vanilla creamer.

I would love to give this restaurant a higher rating because the bagels are great, and the bagel sandwiches are good, but no one here speaks English and communicating anything but the most basic order is frustrating. As a result, my coworker's order, which I placed and delivered, was all wrong. I'm not looking for an English professor to take my order, but a basic functional grasp of the language is simply necessary, especially in the town of Warren.

The bagel itself was harder than fresh bagels but the breakfast sandwich as a whole was delicious. I like the idea of rainbow bagels but it is more of the look because there is no special flavors.

They have good breakfast and lunch available here. Fast and friendly service with a smile! The kids love their rainbow bagel!

Delicious food here, including a wide variety of bagels, cream cheeses, sandwich options (eggs, cheese, meat, egg salad, etc.), Coffee, and other drinks

Great bagels and service- all the reviews that state they spoke slowly to convey their order and or their order was messed up.. shame on you. They're servicing many people & are trying their best, some of which are pretty annoying to deal with. ❤️
