Yet another order without the complete order. Were up to about 30 bucks! I think it is time to punt. I am so tired of giving away money. The last 4 orders have been missing. Shame on me. Good luck to ya. Still check your bag even if they say it is all the order cause chances are it is not. Extremely long line still do it.

There have been terribly long waits recently during peak times. We are talking 20-30 minutes for drive through or curbside. This seems to be an employment issue as they have hiring signs up and temporarily reduced their hours. Restaurant is clean and updated. For the most part, employees are pleasant and provide good customer service.

The quick service is blowing my mind and they have the cutest sweaters ever! They are the nicest people I’ve ever met in a McDonald’s and they are the quickest for how many people come here a day!

I had breakfast with my kids and ordered our food and a coffee all at the same time. I didn't get my coffee until I went up and asked for it after our meal was done. I love using the app.

Absolutely the worst Mc Donald’s! Filthy tables and floors, not to mention the drink station with ketchup everywhere! 20 minutes to get two single hamburgers!! Very unfriendly kid at the register! Not a good impression for tourists traveling across Nebraska!! Never ever again! Too many other options!!

Fast food is not in their vocabulary. People were waiting 20 minutes inside for simply orders. I backed out of the drive thru because it wasn't moving. Went inside and had a full conversation with a gentleman who was waiting for 25 minutes for a hamburger. Four people are just standing there waiting for food. Skip this location at all costs. Try the one by the interstate, maybe a little quicker.. the place needs a deep cleaning. I'm sure they don't have enough help for the business they are getting. Sad.

What a cluster duck. The two car drive thru did NOT work well. Went in after watching people merge poorly and cause delays. Even inside, after ordering on the kiosk, seemed a mess. The food was meh, but it is MehDonalds after all.

Great newer McDonald’s only 4 stars because our mobile order took about 20 minutes to get. Workers were very nice and friendly. Clean bathrooms and tables

I should have looked at all of these horrible reviews.... ordered the big breakfast and by the time I put my credit card back in my wallet and my receipt in my pocket they handed me my food I should have just thrown it away and left because now you don't want to get into arguments with people and end up on the Internet well this McDonald's is disgusting everything was cold and still even the hash brown was cold and gross aftertaste never again especially at this location I usually go to McDonald's maybe once a month I space it out very far but this was disgusting I need to go brush my teeth and mouthwash get this taste of oil everything was cold and stale I'm disgusting

the Egg McMuffin was perfect - nicely wrapped and toasted well. did a mobile order. it was quick service. very convenient location! came right over from the local inn out on our way to colorado.

I picked up a late supper for my grandson. The sandwich and fries were fresh and warm. The drive thru was as efficient as could be when people ahead don't know what to order.

Do not use the app this is why so we made a 40 dollar order and they closed before we got there as it was 6 min to midnight where I live it's 24 hr I never thought of it anyway so we lose money because the app says to contact the store for.a refund the store won't refund the money to me and tells me to find the number for corporate?? Maybe you should give it to me instead of being too worried about getting home. None the less it would be nice if someone did their job and figured out where my money went way to rob some people good going McDonald's!

The location is OK close to the motels. However, the line was long they were getting people through there pretty fast. Unfortunately, my Egg McMuffin was somewhat burned and the egg just didn’t seem quite right For the price of things they need to step up their game a little bit

Went in and ordered to iced lattes and a large fry took almost 20 minutes to get my order. The workers were rude about it and when I finally got my order there was no apology for the wait or anything.

Absolutely ridiculous! Only ordered a number 1 and a number 3 and the screwed up both meals, both cold and one meal wasn't even what we ordered. The lady at the window was rude and hardly said one word while we waited for our food. Will never go back to that McDonald's.

I went and got me a Big Mac and when I was about to start eating, noticed that someone took a bite of the meat before me 😒😒😒

This McDonalds was clean and in a normal way efficient. You can use the McDonald’s App to order ahead. Also in store they have the big iPad looking thing that allows you to get your order in quickly and not to have to wait in line and order in person (but you can if you want).

Inconsistent with their food quality. It’s either good or horrible. No in between. Fries are pretty good consistently though

Haven't been having good experiences here lately so wanted to post about the wonderful service we received last night. Food was fresh, hot, made well and not just thrown at the box!!! Was like it used to be. Delicious! Friendly employees and competent.

Just stopped here 5 minutes ago, still in the parking lot typing this. We ordered a burger 2 fish sandwiches 2 fries & nuggets and everything came out extremely quick, fresh & piping hot! The gentleman who assisted us through the drive thru was beyond friendly & helpful. The west has the nicest fast food workers! Thank yall

Worst service of any fast food in town. Hands down. Waited in line for 34 minutes because I got stuck between the curbs and couldn't leave. All for a McFlurry. Never going back. Too bad it's come to that.

The food is good and cheap, and the staff are always super friendly... But the curbside wait is absurd. I routinely have to wait 20 minutes to get my order. Way too understaffed.

We stop by this McDonald's almost every time we travel thru here. Breakfast is always hot and fresh. On this trip, we ended up staying at the hotel next door and walked over for dinner. Sandwiches and fries were hot and fresh.

Like their fish sandwich unfortunately who ever made it I only got the starter sauce on one side! I did go in to order my food and the people who worked there weren't very professional and the place was not clean. The floors where the public stand was not very clean and where they cook the food was nasty! Food all over the floor and the employees sure don't care about their appearance.

Ordered some chicken nuggets and fries. Waited. Told to pull around to another spot. Waited. Went inside to ask about my order after 20 minutes. Said the holdup was on fries which several orders ahead of me had been served. Confusion with the fry guy. Waited another 5 minutes. Finally got order.
