I really liked going here to take a break every once in a while. Unfortunately, the older lady at the front desk is extremely rude and condescending and all the surprise fees (20 buck key deposit, remote control deposit etc) will definitely make u rethink staying her. The cleaning lady was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She should switch with the lady at the front desk.

Paid 80 for room 20 for deposit no remote to tv room was humid and shower needed pliers to turn on leaked on bathroom floor all night. Honestly, what can you expect. The best thing about the place was the pretty n sweet white haired lady at the front desk

The lady in the lobby is racist! She was very mad with us jus because I give her my Mexican passport!

Rooms -100 , Cleanliness-1000 DONT WASTE UR MONEY...I have to give this nasty place at least one star to make a review but they don’t deserve one star. The rooms BED BUGS...The staff is belligerent and rude. No help at all. N the service they get -10 on that.This place is horrible. Don’t ever go there unless u want to catch BED BUGS. I found two bed bugs in my room last night. I tried to get a refund because I wasn’t even there for an hour. N I of course wasn’t going to stay there or in another room. The staff is so rude. They act like they don’t know they have bed bugs N don’t know anything about it. Once they figure out u actually know what ur talking about they get even more mad. Told the lady I wanted to speak to the owner n she wouldn’t let me wouldn’t even tell me her name n if she was even a supervisor.

Was in room 109, and the room was RIDDLED with bed bugs. So bad that they HAD to have known about it. Front desk lady basically said it was our fault (the AUDACITY) and refused to refund any money at all. Absolutely horrendous experience, spare yourself.

Horrible, cash only and they act like it is a 5 star hotel. All the staff are rude and they come in even when you put the do not disturb. Don’t waste your money.

Stayed in 222 and my nephew and I were able to bring an extra bed up there. Brian Cannolis knows his places!

For the price it needs a update great space but very out dated and dirty rugs

I tried booking a room for 50 dollars for 1 hour with my nephew and they immediately started swearing at me and accusing me of being "Brian Canollis" I felt very discrimized as a black bicurious man and will continue to call this establishment on the phone.

The charm of the decor keeps my friends and me coming back. It’s a clean and cute retro motel that harkens back to the old days of motor travel. Absolutely my favorite motel in the area and beyond!!

The bathroom was quite dirty with zero hand soap and the shower ceiling was molding. The room itself was spacious but the air was very stagnant. The mini fridge door was broken on it's hinges.However the woman in the office was very kind

HORRIBLE!! Had to constantly ask for towels and trash bags. They come in your room EVERYDAY to "clean" but just touch your stuff and change a sheet. You have to pay to use the phone. Make sure they write down the right amount you give them. Then I was charged $16 for a towel that had grape jelly on it.

finest motel, I only found 5 used needles and 3 bedbugs. the lady only threatned to shoot me once

The rooms are like any other motel... you get what you pay for. In this case, we got a non-smoking room which has a sign in it saying you'd be held responsible for any burned linen, and yet there were multiple burn marks on the covers. When informed, I was told they would make a note of it and that we couldn't get a different room. There was also an issue of safety and possible lawsuit due to a plank of wood with a piece of sharp metal sticking out the side of the bed. When I showed the front desk the pictures, I was told someone would be informed and I still couldn't get a new room. Say I get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and forget that piece is sticking out and seriously injure my leg on the walk. That's a huge lawsuit and they don't care. I do not recommend it at all.

I STAYED IN ROOM 207. IT WAS FREEZING COLD. BED SHEETS WERE DIRTY. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERYYYYYYYY RUDE AND NASTY. SHE DIDN'T GIVE ME A REMOTE CONTROL AND I PAID $90 WITH A $25 KEY DEPOSIT. THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE ON EARTH!!!!
