This already good hotpot place has been revamped slightly, for the better. The service had been slipping but I was satisfied with my most recent experience. Their ingredient quality is quite good, from the broth to meats and vegetables. The sauce bar is great too, although they say there is a $3 charge for using it they never tried to charge us. Not sure what that is about. Your order and pay for food via QR code here, but don't be afraid to flag down the staff for water refills, napkins, etc. That's just how it works here. The spiciness here is the real deal. Level 1 or 2 (out of 5) is fine for experienced hot potters. A friend tried level 4 and he said it was too much for him. You can always make it spicier by asking for another spicy oil infusion. They also stock several imported beers which adds to the experience.

First time trying a Hot Pot and it was a good experience. I love the All You Can Eat. The food and broth was good. Something that was hard to manage at first but got a little easier with time is placing the order through the website. I think that’s pretty cool, but if it was hard for me as a young adult.. how about for an elderly person? Also, the chairs were a bit stiff and uncomfortable to sit in. Parking was easy to find. Interior design looks great!

Having craved Mala for weeks, a friend recommended this spot to me. Honestly, I didn't expect much since I hadn't heard of it before. However, my experience turned out to be incredibly satisfying. The Szechuan Hot n Spicy broth was exactly what I was hoping for. Surprisingly, the mushroom broth was simple but packed with umami flavor. Our order of Angus beef, New Zealand lamb shoulder, and pork belly was of good quality and cut. The only small issue was cleanliness; the tables needed better cleaning, and the sauce bottles were still greasy. If they address these concerns, I'm confident the business will thrive. However, we're definitely planning to return. Lastly, I can't forget to mention the excellent service—friendly and helpful!

The food was good. I gave it 5 stars for the food, but services is 3 stars. It would be better if the waiters could walk around more and refill the drinks or the base soup. The price was as we expected. It's Washington DC's price.

This was probably some of the most spicy food I have ever had with immense amount of flavor. There was something lacking though. Let’s find out what that was… Now why didn’t I know that this place did not exist in the first place? I know my fault! I get here with my friend. Super excited to try this place. Walked around for a bit before someone approached me and seated me. Then we got the menu and ordered our stuff. The food tasted out of this world. The spicy broth for me was everything. From the beef to the spicy lamb to the veggies to the tofu. I had probable one of the best food experiences of my life. Why is this still not a 5? Because of the service. There were not enough people dining here but it still felt like we were not properly attended. Still tipped the way I do because I am coming from service industry myself. Banking mainly where customers are abusive as if it is their birth right. So I understand the struggle and the hustle. A solid 4.2/5 Will definitely come again!

Our first hot pot experience. I read these reviews before going and it sounded like they would help us figure it out..Nope! We had no clue what we were doing and asked and barely got any response. We definitely didn't do things correct but we made it work. The food was good though and would definitely go again now that we have a better idea. Google hot pot before you go so you don't have to during dinner! We got the all you can eat option. You had to order each food on their website. The beef meatballs were disturbingly gross.

Best hot pot I’ve had in VA and it’s AYCE. Id recommend if you’re looking for a group hot pot place. If you have no spice tolerance definitely avoid things listed as spicy. If you have picky eaters or are in a group with different tastes you may have difficulty agreeing on bases and ingredients as the pot is shared by the group but I think it’s a great family style cooking arrangement but just be aware of it if before you go with picky eaters or those with dietary restrictions.

Everything is yummy. You can feel that they used quality ingredients. We tried mushroom and bone marrow broths and both are amazing. The shrimp hand made is a must try. The service is great( Jason , Jerry and all staffs were very helpful) I would recommend this hotpot and I will come back again.

I got the spicy broth with lamb and saki. For my first time it was great! Service was so amazing! There was a slight language barrier however everyone was so patient. My date had a shell fish allergy and I opted out of any beef... and everything tasted great! Basically you GOTTA do it if for nothing else the experience.

It’s an AYCE hotpot. Price is comparable to other hotpot places but not if you dine alone as they will charge you an extra $6.99 which baffles me. Is it hard to serve a single person than a group of 2 or more people? I am just saying that charging more a single person to eat is ridiculous. The portions are decent and selection for both the meat, vegetables, and other food variations are not a lot as compared to other hotpot places in DMV. The broth: I had 2 broths, one spicy and house special are a bit disappointing as i can taste the MSG which is too much that i had to drink 2 sprites and a tub of ice cream to neutralize that awful taste. The service is good and the staff are nice and friendly. Ambiance wise is ok. Parking, they have a garage parking were they can validate your ticket.

I had a nice experience in Supreme Hot Pot. This is my first time ordered congee soup base, which is perfect combination with seafood, especially clams. Clams were very fresh. I highly recommended it. After finishing hotpot, I mixed the congee and chopped spinach with salt, green onion, and cilantro. It tastes so good.
