Food was good, drive through was slow. The shut down royal farms right next door gives this Wendy's a really bad look. Lots of drunks & homeless hanging around that building. It's gotten worse over the months, trash everywhere

My order was wrong, i bought the baconator fries, there was barely any cheese, part of my fries were cold and soaked in oil, you can tell they haven’t changed the oil in the fryer, my strawberry lemonade taste like dish soap. I even asked if they could put sour cream on my fries they told me no. All in all the food was horrible. I will never eat from them again. Definitely not work the money!!!

This store is not as clean as one would expect. Service was good, and 50 nuggets for $14.99 is a great deal. The nuggets came out fresh and hot, but the fries and burger were just average.

Service is horrible my brother didn’t want salt on the fries for our mother but she refused his refund and throw the food out and called the police she won’t tell us her name or give us corporate number very rude and nasty towards customers and employees how she talk to them like slaves she also threatened if they tell her name they’ll be written up… General Manager was called from home to come do the refund and she gave us the food as well… Courtney is a liar very miserable why is she a manager customer service is horrible very poor attitude…

People in front and in back of store cleaning and sweeping. Took a while for some to come help me and ask what I'd like after just standing there for 4 minutes... I asked for 2 large chili , to which they replied "We are out" Mmmm thank for the poor customer service and wasting my time ⏲️. I just went on to Royal farms and got gas and Chicken tender and Western fries .

How does a restaurant NOT have any lettuce at noon on a Monday? I went to get an apple pecan salad and was told they didn't have ANY types of salads because they didn't have any lettuce. I'm guessing they also didnt have lettuce to top their burgers either. After all the time this place was down for upgrades, it's STILL a dump.

Extremely slow service in the drive through lane. I only get 30 minutes for lunch and I've been here for 35 minutes without even getting my "small" food order. It's noon they should be better staffed

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Never go to drive thru after 8pm nothing works, fryer or grill is down and you have to pay with exact change(cash only). Never go to this Wendy’s your better off going to McDonald’s at least you know the ice cream/ milkshake machine is always down.
