Always willing to try a new food place once, Ok so we walk in the atmosphere was nice, the service was great, and the food was good, U got to basically order ur food, then cook it urself. U start off with a broth base, then u get a choice of 3 meats, 3 starches (white rice, ramen noodles, rice noodles etc), and 6 vegetables (spinach, carrots, potatoes etc),cook it & enjoy. The broth was a little bland (making the food taste bland as well), but Thx God for the sauce bar to the rescue. Overall by the time we left the place was packed (which is always a good sign)... Y'all should go check it out...

To be honest, we won't be returning. Both my boyfriend and I believe that the 4.4 rating is undeserved. The fresh food and service were lacking – we sat there for a while without any utensils to eat with. They served a minuscule portion of food, but the silver lining is that they didn't offer refills or allow us to request more. I won’t come back again.

One of the best AYCE hot pot in the area! Food is always fresh and delicious with a wide variety of options. As well as the service, very attentive and kind staff. My sever Evelyn was amazing and the sweetest! And don’t forget the sauce bar that has a huge selection, you don’t see that often here in hot pot places. Overall very good!

Very cute hot pot place! The food was all very good. The individual hot pot bowls are great and the veggie broth is gluten free. They also have a sauce bar where the gluten free options are marked so you can spice up the broth if you want. The brisket meat was delicious and the service was excellent. The music was a bit too loud, hard to talk over. If you’re hard of hearing I wouldn’t recommend it.

What a fun experience with the family. We were a bit out of her element, but our server Kim held our hand and walked us through everything. Rafael, the manager came out and he is definitely a keeper. Made sure our experience was great and engaged in conversation. Well done team!

We really enjoy hot pot and have tried several in the area. Hot Spot had great broth, the best we’ve tried in northern VA - we tried the herbal chicken and the mala (spicy), which was our personal favorite. There is a wide selection of options for both meat and veggies to try. They have tables for individual or family style as well. The vibe was cool and our server was awesome and attentive. Price point is good, great value for the AYCE! Definitely will be back and would recommend to anyone.

Good atmosphere, good food. Love the innovative cook your own food in a soup concept. Very big menu. Our server Sasha was incredible. Highly recommend you ask for her when you come in to eat

My first time having hot pot. The food was great but I’m really here to brag about the guy at the front door who was extremely kind to me and my boyfriend he even came to check on us during the meal, saw we didn’t have sauces and offered to bring us his personal favorites. We were happy bc we would have missed out on that part of the experience hadn’t he said anything. I wish I would have gotten his name but I want to say I wish more people were like him ! Great service ! Thank you !
