First
impressions
can
make
or
break
an
experience.
My
husband
and
I
visited
for
the
first
time
for
a
weekend
getaway
for
Veteran’s
day.
When
we
arrived
for
check-in,
we
were
not
greeted
at
the
front
desk.
How
much
effort
does
it
take
to
say
good
afternoon,
how
can
I
help
you?
We
felt
very
unwelcome.
The
condo
that
we
stayed
in
was
quite
spacious
and
the
bed
was
comfortable.
The
bathroom
was
fully
stocked
for
the
weekend
which
was
appreciated.
However,
the
shower
could
use
a
deep
cleaning
to
get
rid
of
mole
that
was
present.
We
did
get
a
quick
bite
at
Eagles.
The
bartender
was
friendly
and
attentive.
Checking
out
was
easy
but,
yet
again,
front
desk
staff
could
use
additional
customer
service
training.
Overall,
nice
resort
but
probably
will
not
return.
