A
MUST
READ
ALL!!!
This
review
is
for
the
Dundalk
location.
Women
at
front
desk
are
professional
and
kind.
The
Physician
āAssistantā-
Kevin
Bedwell
gets
the
1
āļø!
My
injuries
are
2
herniated
lower
back
disc.
My
spine
specialist
from
Mercy
decided
to
try
pain
management
along
with
aqua
therapy
due
to
my
opinion
to
try
every
non
invasive
treatment.
Instead
of
taking
his
advice
and
using
Mercyās,
I
chose
this
establishment
due
to
a
neighbor
of
mine.
I
brought
my
X-rays
and
MRI
in
on
a
disk.
Once
finally
filing
out
30
minutes
of
paperwork,
I
was
in
the
back
with
Kevin
who
is
not
a
doctor.
His
exact
words
were
āstart
from
the
beginning
as
to
what
brought
you
hereā.
I
started
and
was
continually
being
interrupted
with
sharp
fast
questions.
While
answering
his
questions
I
would
continue
with
my
injury
process.
He
questioned
me
āwith
I
thought
you
saidā.
I
then
said
you
arenāt
letting
me
finish
because
youāre
interrupting
me
with
other
questions.
The
entire
time
whiling
explaining
to
him,
he
is
on
a
laptop
focused
and
typing
with
his
2
index
fingers
slowly.
He
proceeds
to
tell
me
he
canāt
look
at
the
disc
I
brought
in
and
wanted
a
written
report
from
a
doctor
of
the
imaging.
He
also
said
he
has
no
way
to
access
Mercy
or
Hopkins
MyChart
which
would
have
the
X-ray
and
MRI
in
the
system
along
with
the
report
and
findings.
Two
things
came
to
mind.
(A)
he
doesnāt
know
how
to
read
an
X-ray/MRI
or
(B)
this
establishment
does
have
the
technology
to
access
MyChart
system
and
technology
to
use
the
disc
I
brought.
Then
I
hand
him
a
letter
from
my
spine
specialist
from
Mercy
that
states
I
have
off
work
until
I
see
pain
management
and
they
would
determine
the
need
amount
of
time
off.
He
hands
it
back
after
quickly
reading
it
and
states
āoh
I
donāt
give
notes
off
for
workā.
He
then
tells
me
we
can
give
you
shot
treatments
in
your
spine.
Soā¦ā¦.this
person
is
not
a
doctor
but
wants
to
put
needles
in
my
spine.
Also
I
told
him
from
the
start
that
I
wanted
to
try
every
option
thatās
non
invasive
first.
He
sends
a
script
for
a
muscle
relaxer
to
my
pharmacy
(which
I
wonāt
be
picking
up)
and
says
Iāll
see
you
in
2
weeks.
NO
THANKS!
Last
I
knew
a
disc
is
not
a
muscle.
Sure
thereās
muscles
around
the
spine
but
thatās
not
what
hurts.
Imagine
the
constant
pain,
the
ability
not
to
walk
properly,
sitting/standing,
having
passion
with
my
wife,
and
sleeping
with
this
pain.
Maybe
management
should
look
into
Kevin
Bedwell
and
make
a
change
as
to
what
he
does
and
who
he
sees.
Almost
missed
another
statement
Kevin
Bedwell
said
āI
canāt
find
you
anywhere
in
the
system
that
searches
Concentraās
and
Urgent
caresā.
I
asked
him
would
he
go
to
a
Concentra
when
I
was
paralyzed
for
a
week
or
would
you
go
to
an
emergency
room?
He
said
well
your
job
should
have
sent
you
to
one.
I
again
explain
to
him
that
I
couldnāt
even
stand
for
five
days.
Then
once
I
was
some
what
mobile
I
went
to
Bayview
Emergency
room.
Side
note
here
for
all.
Urgent
care
doctors
are
doctors
that
have
finished
school
but
are
having
problems
passing
their
exam
to
be
considered
an
actual
doctor.
This
is
why
itās
always
a
revolving
door
as
to
the
doctors.
This
is
why
I
donāt
go
there
Pros-
Front
desk
women
are
pleasant
Cons-
Youāre
seeing
a
physician
assistant
not
a
doctor.
The
establishment
doesnāt
have
the
technology
to
see
your
medical
history
in
any
of
the
MyCharts.
The
establishment
either
doesnāt
have
the
experience/knowledge
or
the
technology
to
review
the
imaging
for
X-ray/MRI.
(Possibly
itās
both)
Kevin
Bedwell
is
rushed
(there
was
only
me
and
another
patient
there),
rude,
abrupt,
sharp
with
his
questioning,
distracted,
non
caring
or
non
sympathetic,
seemed
inexperienced
with
imaging(would
rather
read
a
DOTORS
report)
My
advice
would
be
stick
to
a
major
name
facility.
Also
try
and
google
reviews
on
the
Kevin
Bedwellā¦ā¦.zero!
If
you
have
a
major
injury
I
would
say
definitely
donāt
go
to
Choice
Pain
and
Rehabilitation
Centers.
Itās
like
the
old
clichƩ
āyou
get
what
you
pay
forā
although
Iām
not
paying
due
to
it
being
a
work
injury.
They
seem
like
a
lower
level
Concentra/Urgent
Care.
