The place was lovely. The staff was very friendly and I'd love to go back. They have a huge sale and clearance section. There was an array of handbags, a beautiful selection. They have everything. Definitely worth the trip.

"This store stinks and so does the customer service" Let my review be a cautionary tale to NEVER do business with Duckpin! First the store smells like the local goodwill. For a consignment shop to sell such high value items you would think they would purchase oil plug ins and or candles. This speaks to their lack regard for customers shopping experience. I digress... I consigned a Louis Vuitton Piano tote with them. My bag sold for less than the amount I agreed to sell the bag for. I was not alerted that my bag sold during their mothers day sale. Per their flawed policy the onus is one the consigner (Me) to check to see if DuckPin is running a sale. However, I was not informed of their mailing list when I initially brought my bag to consign. I was informed today about the mailing list and that it is how they communicate with their customers regarding sales. I explained to the young women that I was not aware of the mailing list and she told me "I should've followed them on Instagram and or Facebook for updates." The "owner" I suppose white male came from the back to reiterate their flawed policy. To make matters worse he attempted to minimize my concern by stating "you only are not receiving X amount back." In the "owners" ignorance he willfully missed the point of principal and not about money. Last, I will say adhere to negative reviews they are correct. What a wonderful treasure trove on York RoadI have both consigned and purchased designer handbags, shoes, and dresses here and have found the selection enticing and the owners and staff beyond attentive and honest about fit and style. A wonderful place to shop and sell. I will definitely be back!

Duckpin is my GO-TO for all gifts and girl-fun shopping days! Andrea is a FANTASTIC merchant: Everything is curated by her and is in impeccable condition and very competitively priced. I have never not found some fantastic treasure in there. It's all unique and perfectly organized. Downstairs is 50% off and upstairs has party gowns! My friends from out of town now travel to her store! There are fantastic restaurants nearby too so shopping and lunch are a perfect little treat. Andrea is a sweetie and her staff are so kind - all very professional. This store is right on York Road near it all! Treat yourself to some retail therapy! The products are new every week! Bought my first pair of Louboutins from them! They came in great shape with minimal wear and tear from the previous owner (just means they’re broken in and a bit more comfortable😁) Customer service was awesome. I find myself checking their site almost daily for new deals!

I was looking for a unique gift for my wife and somebody recommended this gem of a shop! I was so glad I stopped in. Andrea helped me find a really awesome designer bag at a very reasonable price. She was super helpful and friendly. This store has great items and everything is very well laid out.

This place is GREAT! One of the owners (Andrea) is well educated in the field of Haute Couture and it shows throughout the shop. You’re not going to find anything on their shelves/racks that are beat up or worn out. It’s comforting to see that level of pride in ANY consignment shop. Great job Duckpin! We’ll keep coming back!

I NEVER write reviews, I never care enough too. But this place deserves one. If i could give this place 10 stars, i would. I purchased a Gucci bag on Friday and it arrived that Monday. QUICK shipping, and the bag, for its age, is in beautiful shape. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and i will DEFINITELY be purchasing again soon! This was my first (expensive) designer bag and i had seen Duckpin pop up on my facebook multiple times, and when i saw the price of this bag, i had too. The price was right on point. So fair and honest & they’re honest if the bags have any damage or ware. I couldn’t be happier and i couldn’t recommend this place enough☺️Thank you Duckpin!!!
