Had a wonderful evening having dinner at Outback with my husband celebrating 35 years together today Waitress Brittany was the best she made out evening the greatest. If you haven’t had there Onion Soup you’re gotta try it. It’s the best I ever had. The wings, Macaroni Balls are delicious too. We had Ribs dinners to go for tomorrow dinner to celebrate my birthday. Brittany met all of our expectation. Before leaving she served us Cake and Ice Cream on the house. Thanks Brittany for showing us a wonderful evening. Take Care! 🤗🥰🙏🏽👏👍🥂😋

We came for dinner and the whole time from start to finish was great! We were greeted so friendly and personally that they even remembered our names from last time! We were seated and given our drinks and appetizers so quickly! Everything came out pretty quick and delicious that I was amazed with the service! I am thankful to John our waiter, Tayja the young lady up front which I believe is the hostess, and the chef Alice who even greeted us coming in and remembered the special order that my daughter gets because she is autistic. The service and attention to our needs was above and beyond that I had to make sure an give them recognition! Thank you for this wonderful night and dinner!

Great service and the food is extremely good. The environment is very clean and the staff have a lot of respect. There is this one lady who seemed to be impatient but I won't take that away from the place itself. Update: I also got Covid from here.

Lauren (Bartender), here @ Outback Steakhouse (Boston Street) just received my 5star Rating with service far beyond. Cleaning the the bar, barstools & floors around the bar. Never saught help from those who are responsible for cleaning. Lauren went beyond the extra mile before & during our orders & service. Set the t.v. volume (O's game) to our pleasure ! Ask for Lauren's service @ bar when you stop by !

Worst Outback. Seated quickly. Food came out quickly. Only positives. Took 15 mins to get silverware. I told the guy who brought out the food we didn't have any. No one brought anything. Waitress didn't check on us until 15 mins later. Steak was not hot anymore at that point. Butter wouldn't even melt. Ordered medium, steak came out rare. Not even a good sear on the steak. They didn't even cut the bottoms off of the asparagus. The absolute worst. I didn't complain while I was there was no point. Took ages to get the check. Didn't even get one water refill.

First, our server was nice! The wings were super good. Everything else was just okay.. Aside from the food, the reason the rating is so low is the cleanliness of the restaurant itself. We requested swapped tables twice. The one area of the restaurant smelled of urine. The tables were sticky, overall it just seemed as if it needed a deep cleaning.

I love Outback. I’m a frequent diners club member and go 2x/month to locations all over the country during my travels. They’re generally very consistent. This location should not wear the Outback branding. My buddy and I arrived at about 4:30 PM on a Monday. There was not many people inside but the hostess told us it was about 15 to 25 minute wait for two people to sit. We offered to sit in the bar area and she told us that if we sat in the bar area that was fine but we had to sit at the actual bar because there were no servers for the bar table tops. I am definitely sensitive to staffing issues right now so I’m totally understanding. We picked two seats at the bar and there were dirty drinks in front of us that we had to push out of our way. No one ever wiped the bar for us between seatings (or after we arrived for that matter) so it was pretty disgusting. In fact, everything about the restaurant’s cleanliness absolutely sucked. It felt and looked dirty. On top of that, the air conditioner didn’t work so it was blazing hot in there. And that’s saying a lot coming from me because I typically like it on the warmer side. The poor bartender was dripping sweat behind the bar which was another layer of unsatisfactory cleanliness. He couldn’t help it for the most part (could have used a cloth towel) but he was taking napkins to wipe his dripping sweat face and then preparing drinks. If it were a cloth towel or something like that I might have even overlooked this but that was actually nasty. However, our bartender/server did the best he could service wise- he was definitely overworked. He was also very kind, unlike the bartender who he took over for who had a headphone in and was listening to music/singing lyrics while serving us and tending bar. That was annoying. Oddly enough, it was the best outback sirloin steak I’ve ever had. It was perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned and was just really good (the only reason for 2 stars). The baked potato was very dry and not very good but the broccoli was fine and the bread was standard. We were looking for another place to eat on Tuesday night and drove about 25 minutes out of the way to get to a Texas Roadhouse just to avoid going back to this place that we ordinarily would have went back to again on our second night of travel. I would say do yourself a favor and don’t go here until they can get their act together.

Celebrated my man’s birthday with none other than Aussie’s own Outback. It’s every man’s place, you know with great ambiance etc but being pandemic times, we opted for takeout. Ordering was super easy, menu user friendly and available with like five options including grub hub and Uber eats. Takeout options were provided(payment and all, at driveup. Lovvvvvved it. Super helpful server. Plus, I was so impressed that when I asked for a birthday favor, as they’d usually do inside, they brought him ice cream with topping. Sweeeeeeeeeeet! Loving outback even more than I did before. And, by the way, the steak and salmon order, were as advertised, tender sweet, juicy and more than ample that what we show in the photos is only half a plate!!!!!!!!! A great place to grab a good, hot, delicious meal with great service. Thank you!!!!! Definitely will be baccccccck!

Dirty floors, cold food after long waits and bad service. I had two different servers one was good the other was weird and terrible. Some guy brought outside alcohol. I was given dirty plates for bread. The staff is literally sitting instead of cleaning. The epitome of bad Baltimore right in the heart of Canton. I can not say enough for this terrible Outback.

The floor is so greasey you have to hold on to the wall as you walk to the bathroom. The bar had several dirty dishes on the counter top and behind the bar in front of the alcohol bottles. The food was ok. It seems like places that serve the black community make no effort to maintain their appearance but, a few streets away at Harbor East I assure you it would be a different case. Needless to say, I will not return here.

We visited tonight for dinner after a long week of work. This wasn't our first visit here, but it had been a while since we had visited. The last time we ordered takeout, which wasn't as good as the in-restaurant experience. We stopped there for dinner between 7-8:30p. It was not crowded at all; many booths and tables were empty. Our waiter was Chris. He was welcoming and knowledgeable (the seasoning on the Prime Rib was an excellent suggestion from him), and he stayed close enough to check in without hovering. We ordered drinks: ☕ coffee and water for myself; Pinã Koala and water for my wife. The coffee was nothing fancy (but I wanted something warm), but the Pinã Koala was a hit drink🍸. We were served the normal brown bread & butter and skipped appetizers. She ordered the Prime Rib, seasoned, with loaded baked potato 🥔 and Aussie fries🍟. I wanted to break my normal order of steak 🥩 or ribs and tried one of their signature sandwiches: the Sweet Snook-of-mine (grilled chicken sandwich) w/loaded baked potato (see photos). Both entrees were delightful. In fact, I found my new go-to for next time -> this sandwich had a great flavor 👍, the chicken wasn't dry and was complemented by the honey mustard sauce, onions, tomatoes and cucumbers. We usually have leftovers and didn't get into the baked potatoes, but will enjoy those later this week. 😋😋😋 For dessert we ordered the Thunder and Lightning (see photos). It was delicious, but we were practically stuffed a few bites in. All together the meal was delightful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Let's start we were sitting 20 minutes before came to us. I had to ask for bread. The young lady service was rude and more focused on the other table of teens. My food was pink chicken I asked for a different meal was well done chicken and dry. They put both meals on receipt. Had to wait 30 minutes for the check and 10 to bring my card back

Outback Steakhouse did nothing to make us want to come back. Our actual server was okay she tried hard however she was very scattered and slow to bring items and take our initial order. It seems this restaurant relies on runners to bring out food and they were terrible. Just terrible. They did not bring the food out in a reasonable time, and our waitress was getting huffy about it. For a drink refill you could wait 15 to 20 minutes because the runners would just not bring things out. The food was mediocre for Outback. The 8 oz steak I got was the smallest steak I've ever received. It looked to be about a quarter of the size of the 12 oz "prime rib". We are not even sure it WAS prime rib, to be honest. The kids menu was embarrassing. The offered fruit side was nothing but a chopped up orange and 4 strawberry slices. (EDIT: Google asked me to identify my food pics, it is now that I realize that I got the wrong food. Instead of the Sirloin and Alice Springs Chicken, I got the Sirloin and Hot Honey Chicken. What??) The bathrooms were infested with fruit flies. We had never been to this location before and I don't plan on going back unfortunately.

Wonderful time, wasn’t busy and Lauren our server treated us like royalty. I don’t usually write reviews because I feel like people either do so when they are pleased or upset but this Outback is our local spot and we come often. Food is consistently good and the staff is always nice. But today I felt like Lauren unlocked the next level of care and service and I really wanted to say thank you. If you love Outback restaurants you will be really, really happy with this one.

Steak was blue despite medium order. Had a visitor at my seat at the bar as well, see attached photo. Sheesh.
