I have been to 4 nursing homes and rehabilitation centers and I must say this was the best one all around. The social service department which only had one person who was mrs. Renee Rath was the greatest. She truly cares about people and goes out of her way for people. The activities department always has things for people to do. The kitchen department always serves your food hot and always works with you if you don't like something they will fix you something. The medical department is great . They get your medicine on time and Mrs Phyllis gets you to your appointments on time. Mr. Justin who is the administrator is the greatest. He goes out of his way to help you out. He has an open door policy where if you need to talk to him you can go see him. If you have a problem he will get it done.m. I truly love this program and I'd I ever have to to come back to a nursing home I hope it's this one.

Today is my sister Darlene A. 3rd day there for OT & PT. I would like to give a shout out to all the receptionist when you first walk into the facility. They are Awesome!!!! I would like to thank the nurses and staff who is helping my sister get better!!! I am expecting her to be there for a few weeks. I like to thank the nurses who are making sure my sister medications are given to her properly each day before going to radiation treatments!! A big shout out to the kitchen staff. My sister loves to eat!!! My church family and I will be checking in on my sister mostly every day!!! Keep the good work up...

The first thing I noticed before I was allowed to enter the patient/ residential area was the check in system. I felt it showed a high degree of protection for all concerned. Secondly, the staff I met was very pleasant and helpful. The facility appeared very well maintained.

I am a patient at this phcility and the way the staff speak to and neglect us is wrong. I have went days without being washed up or changed ,light stays on no one likes to answer and my poor room mate how she is treated getting yelled at and never changed not to mention always getting food I'm allergic to I'm trying to transfer please don't send for family here day shift is way better than night shift and the weekends nothing gets done if you do have family here pop up and check on them.

My sister is staying here. Autumn Lake is by far the BEST place we have used. The staff is so friendly and very professional. My sister is getting the best case ever. Also, they have 24/7 visiting hours. Awesome.

Took really good care of my wife..mookie loved the staff there.and it was clean.keep up the good work.

My sister has been at this facility for 3+ years. Much of the staff has remained the same, despite covid. Care has been good because I have remained involved. The staff does for my sister what I can not. I am thankful for each and everyone on of them.

When visiting my aunt for holidays, the staff weren't to friendly. My aunt didn't have any lunch at 1:00pm. I ask to speak to who was in charge and no was available. My cousin had to buy lunch because the facility didn't provide it, I was told they ran out of food. How is this possible when caring for aging adults?

I never had a job that welcome me as a team member and feel like family and also made me feel appreciate it see ing the hard work and effort in my work. That I put out everyday . And I feel good to work at Autumn lake health care homewood is the best place to work at thanks to all and I also appreciate you for showing the love back number 1 I love it here 😍

Well I wrote a review sometime ago and needless to say their wad a little fund's that went my way for doing it. Herr iam still at this facility for 2 and a half years when I w a s only suppose to be here 90 days. As I speak I am with out my pain medication cause this place is incompetent to renew your meds . And I just got out of surgery. My entire leg has been amputated and since being here had to have 3 surgeries cause they fail to do the wound care. Their is absolutely nothing good here. They don't change my bed. The meals suck. If u only knew what goes on at this place. But I'm not going to be quiet no more. And it's starts at the top

Very nasty facility. My mother in law was on hospice care and the nurses never gave her pain medication throughout the night or Day Shift. She fell 4 times and hit her head which was told to the family by my mother in law”s roommate….NOT THE NURSING STAFF!!! The day shift nurse supervisor had to alert the doctor about the fall and head injury. PLEASE DO NOT PUT UR FAMILY IN THIS INADEQUATE FACILITY!!!

The staff was very friendly, the patients seems to be very well pleased.

My visit was amazing with my loved one! Facility clean and smells clean and fresh. My dad was clean alert and watching westerns on tv! He is doing much better now than he was when he arrived and he voice and laugh is stronger! Our family is very pleased with his progress!

Nice and clean smells wonderful compared to some that I've been in like Future care facility,,some smell but this one is good would recommend a loved one here been to another one of you all in Catonvil excellent care and clean too. .

The front desk lady was so courteous and friendly, so also is the Manger. The environment was kept so neatly.

Hi I went to this facility out Towson and I love it it's nice and clean pleasant workers the atmosphere is awesome it's some elderly are by there self no family or friends my heart pour for them

I do not know the exact date my mother went in there from Franklin Square but what i do know is from that moment on the kindness helpfulness explaining things to where we understand going out of there way to make her feel comfortable has been outstanding. I have to give an EXTRA shout out to Patrick Summers Yamaira Sanabria-Rivera Antoine Crawford and Michelle Dakins for going Above and Beyond to help my mother out as well as myself !!!!! I couldn't have asked for a better group of people/staff then what we are receiving. So if your wondering where somebody you love needs to go for rehab as well as other things please make sure you check here at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Homewood Center 6000 Belona Ave. : ) .

This place is poorly managed and the residents are are not properly taken care of it is definitely not Covid friendly. the staff is constantly changing and it gets worse and worse. My relative do not always get fed, nor do she always get her medication. The only reason I haven't moved her is because she is elderly and feels like if we switch environments it will not be good for her health . But I hate this place always have.

This has some very nice people but a awful building the wallpaper is pealing and there are flys I went there to see my grandma very nice staff but like I said the buildings Foundation is crack the floor are filthy I have no hate to the staff though
