The pizza is normally good, prices are okay. Staff at this location doesn't seem to know or care about customer service. Very fast spoken, short, and dismissive on the phone. Perfectly okay and nonchalant about pizza being 25-30 minutes late. Wouldn't go as far as saying "rude", but definitely not speaking to people the way I'm sure they expect to be spoken to when they interact with businesses as a paying customer.

The tamiami trail location in port Charlotte is the best domino's I've ever been to. I was going to the kings highway location for the longest time. They have terrible customer service. I'm so happy I found this location. Management and there employees are so friendly. Keep up the great work!!!!

After being a life long customer of this store. Their manager Madison is a rude pos. This order online is fine. Call center is fine but when the online don't work and the call center transfers you to the store for the manager to tell you to call the call center and then hang up. Hey you pos they are the one that sent me to you. I hope the store fails and you get fired. With your sucky attitude and poor customer service it is doomed.

Pizza was good, why do my lava cakes look like smashed cookies? This is not how the lava cakes usually look like. This is not the first time either.

This time, a sandwich and the spinach and cheese bead both were very good. I'm going for extra feta. Next time, delivery could be a better

The food is good. But it is super inconvenient that they closed the drive up. So inconvenient that I took three stars away. I don’t want to have to park across the street at Walmart and get out of the car in this heat to go in to get my order. They always charge an arm and a leg for delivery and tip so I like to get it myself and go through the drive-thru. There are other restaurants with drive-thru’s. I will pick somewhere else to eat that has the convenience.

Consistency is so very important, and my local Domino's gets an A+++ every time I order. Pizzas arrive oven hot, in perfect condition and always exactly as ordered. Any of the non-pizza items are well prepared with perfect seasoning, containing fresh, well balanced ingredients. I have never experienced a delay or error with any order. IMHO, Domino's is always doing it right.

I asked them to make the wings we ordered extra crispy. He told me they were not allowed to. I thought that was the silliest thing I’ve ever heard. And so I ended up getting wet plain wings. Feels like I threw money away. I even offered to pay more money if they would run the wings through the oven again. The manager told me he couldn’t because I could cause a fire. The silliest explanation I’ve ever been given.

Gave this Domino's location one more chance on a fully cooked pan pizza... After 4 pizzas and telling the employee their pan pizza is never cooked and please bake well done... Sure enough, center still was doughy and crust not even brown... I will never give Domino's my business again, I will go back to the ma and Pa business in my area.

Buffalo Chicken Pizza, with Black olives and Artichoke. On par with Domino's quality chain and tasted great. Employees were nice, it was late night, and they weren't busy, got pizza take-out order out in 12mins. Charlotte Domino's has good food, service and atmosphere.

Still at 50/50 in consistency across the board. When I order from a chain there are certain expectations- one is that the did is going to be at least similar each time 😞

Do not order boneless wings. Waste of money. Picture speaks for itself. Receipt says $10.39 not including delivery fee and tip. Pathetic that dominos even calls these wings….

For some odd reason I never get what I ask for from THIS dominoes. Like never! 4 times now its as if they blatantly do this because I walk into make my order and I clear on what I want. I ask for Xtra sauce on my pizza because most times it's not enough. Im convinced just to spite me they put barely any. Pizza was dry and horrible

This location make s nice looking pizza (for Domino's) but for some reason we feel terrible stomach pain after eating only from this location. Not happy. And don't reach out. We aren't coming back even if it was free.

Incredibly rude girl on the phone on Friday Dec. 2, 2022.. At around 8:00 PM.. She rudely hung the phone up on my face when I was trying to order over the phone at the Local Pizza Shop in Port Charlotte near the mini Walmart.. She asked me to place the order online and I couldn't because I didn't have excess to the internet at the time.. She didn't care . I'll never do business with Domino's again..

Worst restaurant for Domino's ever in mankind manager is absolutely unprofessional and horrible. The pizza I was delivered with and always sloppy mess manager did not care was not able to do anything about my order for a $22 pizza with one topping absolutely horrible do not come here!!!!! You will get extremely sick!!!!

They do not honor the 2 minute pick up reward. Had to honk my horn after sitting at window for 5 minutes.

Ordered a pizza while shopping at Walmart next door. Walk into this Dominos 18 mins later and pizza not even started yet. Canceled order since sole reason for franchise pizza is speed and convenience.

This has never been the best Dominos in the area but it is the closest so I have gone with it. Today though takes the cake. Following the tracker, when it said my order was completed and ready for pickup, I pulled into the drive-thru. The person at the window tells me it's in the oven and it will be another 6 minutes! WTH

Normally. They are good. Today was not to good. Got a pizza with lots of bubbles spots on them. But the manager was very sympathetic with the problem, he had 2 pizzas delivered to replace the bad one. It still wasn't the usual good pizza. They explained there was problems today. So all was resolved. So I still believe this is a good spot for pizza. Just a bad shipment of dough that should've been caught.

The staff here is pretty young but they were very friendly and professional. The pizza was made fresh, stayed hot and was delicious.

Placed order at 11 this AM to be picked up at 6. Got there at 6. Couldn't find my order. Once they found it, they said it was not even in the oven at it will be 10 minutes. When I got home to sink my teeth into my pepperoni and jalapeno pizza, it turned out to be mushrooms, black olives and pineapple! 🤢 and for them to straight out the oven they are pretty cold!! I called and it was blamed on "new ppl". I am not in their delivery area, so I was told a GC will be sent to me by mail. 🤔🤔 Does anyone want this pineapple pizza??? And STILL NO GC 2 WEEKS LATER!! DISAPPOINTED DOMINOS

Good pizza, but check your order before you leave. Three times in 12 months they've messed up our order or just given us the wrong pizza... probably somebody else's pizza, which means somebody else also had to make two trips. Good pizza, though! Check your order before you leave.
