Excellent Service! Although many places are struggling right now, they seem to have it all worked out. Very friendly front counter.

This was my first visit. Upon entering, the staff greeted me warmly and I was quickly seated. The restaurant was fresh, clean, and I liked the decor. The overall ambiance was pleasant. I ordered just the plain French toast with bacon, the house maple syrup and hot chocolate. If you’d like, you can order toppings and whip cream on the top. For me, the hot chocolate was too rich/sweet. Overall it was good and the price was very reasonable. I enjoyed myself and my breakfast! If you’re looking for a different type of breakfast menu, check out First Watch.

The Service was HORRIBLE! i walked out with bacon in my hand because no one came to check on us they walked passed and put the check on the table no how are u guys do u need anything wanna another drink. Want a to go box nothing. Asked for a manager and no one never came. This is the worst service i have ever had. Two thumbs DOWN DEFINITELY!! This was my first time visiting First Watch and it was very interesting. I like the set up and atmosphere. The food was ok, so I will definitely return again for a 2nd try when I'm in the area!

An elevated and healthier take on care breakfast classics. A little pricey for breakfast but the atmosphere is nice and the food is reliably good. Our server Bridgette was fabulous, friendly and attentive and made sure we knew all the seasonal specials.

Tasty business!! We hopped into the area for a wedding and are very big breakfast foodies. This place delivered! Super Cute on the inside and top-notch fresh food. We ordered the Parma Skillet and Chile Chorizo omelette. We both left full and happy! The house coffee is also really great 😊 They had gluten free options, including gluten free bread substitutes. 10/10 would recommend!!

This was just an overall terrible experience. We walked in and the restaurant was busy- so we didn’t expect not to wait for a table or for our food. Once we were seated, everything was dirty on the table. (See photos). Our server seemed to be in a terrible mood, slamming down glasses and never asking if we needed anything. He brought a disgusting pot of coffee to the table (so dirty) and I asked for a new cup and a new pot. He brought back the exact same pot full of coffee. He was beyond rude. I won’t post his name from the check because it would be inappropriate. Food was cold, but he never came back so we couldn’t request it be heated. We have dined there before, and the service has always been at least friendly. Just awful.

The food was amazing but seems to be a bit undercooked. My French toast didn’t look like how I expected but it was sooooo good, I finished every bite and usually I waste food. I also didn’t appreciate the food being undercooked I asked for my eggs to be over medium and they gave them to me over easy, and my waffle needed to be cooked more but it was delicious ! I also didn’t appreciate the guys attitude at the desk upon being seated, he looked quite irritated and had a unnecessary sarcastic attitude, when all we wanted was to be seated. (that’s why my food was take out because I would’ve sat down to eat had the host with the dreadlocks not been so rude.) great food next time just don’t rush my order! Thankyou

Traveling home to visit mom and I live in Houston, TX right now and we all decided (6 people) to go here for breakfast which was my mom, myself, & my brother & sisters. 3 people food came out and 3 people didn't and by the time the 3 came out 3 were done eating. Asked for a mgr several times to be told mgr is cooking. Long story but in short it was a terrible service experience and the mgr or employees never seemed to really care. We would never return here again and don't recommend this place at all.

Great food, and awesome service. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Wholesome simple breakfast, and you can really taste each individual ingredient.

Do not come to this location I am dairy intolerant and noticed my fritata had cheese when I ordered without it . I told the waitress about it and she went to the kitchen supposedly the chef said It did not , she kept trying to convince me I did not have it when I literally saw the cheese there ,when They finally changed it another waitress came super rude slamming the frittata on the table . Terrible service waitresses have attitude and are rude .

Had brunch today and the experience was wonderful. As we were seated by the hostess/waitress, (can't remember her name but the receipt said, "Layer"). She asked for our drink order as we sat down which I really liked the streamline of that. I ordered the classic eggs benedict with home fries and my wife got the Bacado Omlette with fruit. The food was delicious, we liked everything about the visit. Nice atmosphere, great service and great food!

Waitress was very absent and wasn’t friendly. Took over 40 minutes to get food and it wasn’t even busy. Other tables sat down and got food and left before we did. Our order isn’t even correct. We ordered eggs Benedict with salmon. The only saving grace was the woman at the counter who told us to not worry about. We essentially got coffee that we served ourselves.

I usually have no problems with this location. My last experience: Unable to do online order; ordered carryout in person; placed order and returned 65 minutes later. Order not ready and incorrect. Only after requesting several times was my order corrected. Quality and quantity were less than satisfactory.

This location is the worst First Watch I’ve ever been to, the food was disgusting my girlfriend asked for her eggs over well (fried hard) on her Market Hash, they gave her an under cooked over easy egg that busted when she tried to remove it, therefore her breakfast was thrown away. My breakfast was also ruined, my omelet was fried so hard I couldn't eat it with plastic utensils and the potatoes tasted like they were saturated in salt, after one bite I couldn't finish it and I threw it in the garbage. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I definitely will nevet return to this location again.

Good food and good service. I came to Orange Village to visit a store but the cold wind turned me around. I found myself at First Watch, hoping to find some good coffee. What I found was a good breakfast. I had the Crab Cake Benedict. While I wasn't a fan of the bread it was served, I did enjoy the rest of the dish. While I was paying the cashier asked me how I liked the Crab Cake Benedict and told me most people send that dish back. That is likely due to the fish flavor of the crab cake. While I did enjoy it, I'm almost certain there was no crab in it. Crab is sweet, the crab cake on the other hand was pretty fishy. Service wasn't lacking but it certainly wasn't special. The coffee was pure disappointment. I think an establishment like this should server espresso drinks; they don't. The coffee they serve is hot and caffeinated; if that's all you require. It may be good diluted with milk and full of sugar but it is bitter when consumed black. I'd probably come back, after I've had my morning coffee.

My family reserved a time for lunch on line for Father’s Day waited an hour outside as advised , after 15 more minutes went in to check a table was empty. when my niece asked about it , got an unfriendly response from the hostess followed by improper face making and rolling eyes and talking to another waitress visibly which was uncalled for as we waited as requested outside , and the table was available for while already ! although the some of the order was mixed resulting in having my husband ( who we were celebrating Father’s Day ) eating his meal after all were done , our waitress was a sweet and very nice and we do understand it’s a busy day , but I still do not feel the hostess behavior was appropriate

JUST FOR THE ORANGE LOCATION - the service is appallingly bad! Been there now 2 times, first 2 times, extremely slow. 3rd time today, ended up leaving after having no one bring us a single thing or coming over to our table in 35 minutes! We were seated outside, and I went inside after over 15 minutes to find any waiter to let them know to send someone to serve us. Still waited another 10 minutes, no one came. Got up to leave when waitress came to recover the menus - not with the pot of coffee, no water, or anything that she should have brought us in the first place - and apologize that she didn't know we were seated there! There were 2 other tables of people who were served outside - we were not invisible! Then she asked if we still wanted to order. I asked if we stayed, how long before we actually get food - 20 minutes! We sadly left without the absolutely delicious meal we know they serve. The waitress could have said after all that that she would expedite our order, bring coffee, anything, instead of the nothings she offered, even the feeble apology was lame. Really too bad - the food at First Watch is delicious, creative, wonderful options. And the cooks in the kitchen go to great lengths to create the great food - the servers screw it up! Obviously, this particular First Watch has a problem! I will look to go to the other one in town and hope for better than this! the answers to the food choices are from the first 2 times - we ate nothing the 3rd time.

The food was excellent but the restaurant is very noisy and it was difficult to hear my husband seared just on the other side of the table. Also, service was very slow. The check out took a good while because a previous diner has returned to the restaurant to take issue with an item on his bill that he had been told was removed.

Waited almost 2 hours for a table to eat and was ignored by front desk when asked how long. It was just my sister and I so not a big table. We left and had a lovely lunch at another restaurant. They never paged us with a table ready. Never ever will go there!!!

Order family for two, I received lettuce instead of hash browns, powdered eggs and no cheese in eggs as requested. Manager admitted he packed my breakfast and gave me a refund for potatoes. However this business should hire staff that takes the order correctly and go over items at pick up before sealing bags instead of stating everything is there. She was over the phone as well as in person. Very disappointed with my order plus the strawberries in oatmeal were bad. No butter on toast.

Tami was our server and she was amazing! Our meals came out and the eggs were not prepared correctly (this happened at another First Watch too - not sure if this is a training or QC issue but over easy eggs shouldn’t leave the kitchen when they are over cooked - the yolks were fully cooked)!

The food was good but not great. The service that was there was excellent. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Even when they got an order wrong they were very quick to correct it. The problem with the service was there was no one working at the register and some poor elderly. Man's stood there for a long time before anyone told him he could have a seat. And there was a line to wait to check out. They are obviously a little understaffed at least on that day but otherwise a great place to eat.

This chain is one of the best breakfast joints we have around the outer CLE area. They have brunch style drinks, and a wide variety of food. It's slightly expensive but not terrible. We had two breakfast dishes and a small sangria pitcher for $50. The food can be on the light side depending on what you get, but i always feel good about eating there as long as I don't carb load on pancakes. My mom is pretty picky and she enjoys going but we aren't bored as more adventurous eaters. Always be prepared for a 20+ minute wait up to an hour, but i recently found out they have online "call ahead" which shortens the wait i think. There are nearby stuff at this location, including a small playground, you can visit while you wait. They use text alerts.

We ordered bacon well done, and it was served limp, and far from done. The “toast” wasn’t even toasted and was cold, and we ordered water but it was never served. It was Mother’s Day, and crowded, so to be fair, maybe it was an off-day. We were told with a sense of pride that they don’t have a microwave, which is what we suggested for the bacon. Still, why not use a fryer for the bacon? Don’t tell me they don’t have a fryer. Maybe not. Their food is more wholesome than most for breakfast, which is why we like First Watch. But I looked up at the ceiling, and saw stains and missing tiles, which means to me that the place is not being maintained. I gave four stars instead of three, like I would have, because the waitress was exceptionally nice, and smiling, and sincerely wanted us to be satisfied, to the point, where she brought out more bacon which we took to go. My only other warning to those looking for a quiet place, this is not it. It was very loud, and a lot of screaming kids did not make this a relaxing breakfast as we were looking for on a Mothers day.

We enjoyed a late Saturday breakfast here - it’s in Pinecrest with ample parking and the wait time was shorter than other places. The food was ok, nothing exceptional. The service was a bit slow for the time of day.

First off, they pour your coffee, then tell you it's 4 bucks a cup. So if your having something else cover your cup. Second eggs Benedict good, but not very warm when I got em. Would have said something if my wife's breakfast hadn't been perfect, and we didn't have an otherwise great morning . So, next time - refuse the coffee unless you want it, and remind em to bring the eggs Benedict on a hot plate, and still hot. Then it'll be a perfect brunch.

The cook got lazy with the eggs. It's simple, mix and then cook. Instead, the cook started cooking the eggs sunny side and then started mixing. If Waffle House can handle this, then a "finer" establishment should insist on it.. The rest of the meal was fine and our waitress was professional.. Note: In the photo, I added Ketchup to the eggs so I could eat them.

Ordinarily I like First Watch, but this was extremely disappointing. Ordered the Cobb salad with Romaine only and the lettuce was wilted, brown, and old. Didn't eat much and wasted the salad and my money.
