Yesterday
tried
the
home
delivery
for
$10
plus
a
$10
driver
tip
because
of
my
severe
back
pain.
The
order
was
checked
out
perfectly.
HOWEVER,
the
only
part
delivered
were
the
4-bags
with
the
cold
and
frozen
items!
The
other
14
regular
items
were????
M.I.A.!
Called
customer
service
at
store,
took
over
20-minutes
for
someone
to
answer
the
phone.
Was
transferred
to
curbside
dept.,
which
said
they
would
reship
the
missing
items.
Delivery
#2
had
only
5-items(only
1
of
each
item
type
missing
not
the
multiple
quantity
of
each).
The
5
were
charged
to
my
bill,
AGAIN!
9-items
still
lost
somewhere!?
So
much
for
easier!
Still
have
to
now
goto
store
anyway
and
get
this
all
straightened
out
and
increase
my
severe
back
pain
that
I
was
trying
to
avoid
in
the
1st
place!
So-far
I
wasted
an
extra
$20
and
45
extra
minutes
trying
delivery.
Now
I
have
to
waste
more
time,
a
trip
to
store
and
severe
pain
anyway!!
Previously
my
cashier
was
not
very
bright!
I
had
1
paper
bag
packed
with
the
tomatoes
put
on
bottom
of
the
bag,
1/2
gallon
of
milk
placed
sideways
completely
on
top
of
tomatoes,
then
rest
of
items
on
top
of
that!

Previously
I
also
had
a
cashier
pack
my
paper
bag
with
loaf
of
bread
placed
flat
on
bag
bottom,
then
a
head
of
lettuce
and
canned
items
put
on
top
of
bread,
then
rest
added
on
top
of
that!
