so
many
other
reviewers,
I
was
a
loyal
customer
at
least
once
a
week.
I
order
the
same
thing
every
time.
I
always
ask
for
extra
sauce,
and
only
get
extra
sauce
about
25%
of
the
time.
I’d
be
happy
to
pay
for
it,
I
just
like
a
little
extra
sauce
on
the
pasta.
The
food
quality
is
also
hit
or
miss.
The
last
time
I
ordered,
the
delivery
took
a
while
and
when
I
happened
to
go
outside
to
take
the
dog
out,
I
noticed
the
delivery
guy
was
sitting
in
his
car,
on
his
phone.
He
apologized
and
said
he
didn’t
have
my
number
to
call
so
he
could
get
into
the
building,
and
he
couldn’t
reach
anyone
at
the
restaurant,
but
he
had
been
there
for
5
minutes.
When
I
unpacked
the
(cold)
food,
surprise,
again,
no
extra
sauce,
and
it
definitely
wasn’t
already
on
the
pasta.
The
salads
were
rotten,
and
finally
I
was
frustrated
enough
by
the
inconsistencies
and
feeling
like
we
were
wasting
our
money,
that
I
called
and
asked
to
speak
with
a
manager.
I
was
put
on
hold,
then
was
asked
what
my
call
was
about.
I
responded
with,
“food
quality
or
lack
thereof.”
I
was
put
on
hold
again,
then
was
told
there
was
no
manager
available.
I
said,
you
have
to
have
someone
in
the
building
who
is
certified
in
food
safety,
and
asked
to
speak
to
that
person.
Hold
again,
then
was
told
that
person
was
unable
to
talk
because
they
were
in
the
kitchen.
They
offered
to
listen
to
the
issues
and
have
the
owner
or
manager
call
me
back
the
following
day.
It’s
been
2
weeks
and
I’ve
never
heard
back.
We
continued
to
support
Mikes
because
the
food
is
decent
enough,
and
we
like
to
support
local
businesses
who
support
our
community.
Unfortunately,
Mike’s
has
made
it
impossible
to
continue
to
support
them.
