We
stayed
at
the
Cambria
Hotel
in
Madeira
Beach,
Florida.
The
hotel
is
in
an
excellent
location
and
the
rooms
were
clean.
My
big
disappointment
is
that
the
pricing
of
the
rooms
fluctuates
on
a
daily
basis.
I
booked
our
room
two
months
in
advance
and
unfortunately
it
happened
to
be
at
the
high
end
of
their
pricing
structure.
I
checked
the
price
the
day
before
arrival
and
the
total
price
was
almost
$300
less
than
what
I
originally
booked
for
our
5
night
stay.
I
was
inside
my
cancellation
time
so
I
thought
I
would
be
able
to
negotiate
when
I
checked
in
(I
also
checked
a
few
hours
before
we
arrived
and
the
price
was
still
lower)
but
when
I
arrived
to
check
in
the
price
was
back
up.
I
had
taken
screen
shots
of
the
rates,
so
they
did
comp
me
the
valet
parking
rate.
Big
lesson
learned
for
me
is
to
continuously
check
rates
and
cancel
and
rebook
when
there
are
rate
changes.
Also
they
charge
$25
valet
parking
per
day
which
is
a
money
grab
because
the
parking
garage
is
part
of
the
hotel
so
there
is
no
need
for
valet
parking.
We
stayed
5
days
and
were
told
we
would
have
the
room
made
up
on
the
third
day
which
was
fine
with
us.
We
phoned
to
ensure
we
would
have
the
room
made
up
on
the
third
day,
and
it
didn’t
happen.
On
the
fourth
day
I
went
to
the
front
desk
to
ask
for
the
room
to
be
made
up
and
all
that
was
done
was
fresh
towels
and
garbage
emptied.
Also
the
roof
top
pool
(which
looks
very
inviting)
is
not
heated
-
it
was
ice
cold.
For
the
price
I
paid
to
stay
at
the
Cambria,
I
was
very
disappointed
in
the
service.
We
spent
2
weeks
in
Florida
and
stayed
at
Choice
hotels
each
night
and
this
hotel
was
by
far
the
most
disappointing
and
expensive.
