Wow. I'm impressed. The hubby and I are taking off for a week in Vegas next month and our hotel has a Smashburger in it. We were excited because we never had them and didn't even know we had a location this close to home - and it delivers! First off, I am thoroughly impressed with the fact that we put in our order on Saturday around dinner time and the food was at our door within less than 40 minutes. Granted we're not that far, but considering other delivery services and the quality of the food prepared. I was impressed. I will say I was somewhat hesitant based on other reviews and as a Local Guide and Google Reviewer I enjoy reading reviews and taking into account others experiences when visiting a place. However, I do not understand the poor reviews for this restaurant. Their menu is somewhat more expensive than other burger joints But there's a good reason for it because the ingredients they use the quality of the meats and the unique artisan inspired spin on what's become a simple sandwich is absolutely worth every penny. Also, the portions are quite large and more than satisfactory. If you plan on visiting and want a general idea on menu pricing, think about paying as much for your meal as you would a specialty burger in a Chili's, BJ's or other steakhouse type restaurant. Well I am a fan of the previously mentioned. I have to say that smashburger nails the taste test 100% and I feel is even better than the burger you'll get served steakhouse-style. We tried quite a few options so we had plenty of leftovers. I wanted to try the double bacon burger and the burnt tip barbecue Burger while my husband wanted the swiss cheese and truffle mushroom burger as well as the barbecue brisket burger. It was all insanely good and very hard to pick a favorite from the lineup. Additionally, they have some of the best tasting french fries I've had in forever and their onion rings are like deep fried funyuns in a twisted decadence sort of way. Lastly, we decided to try a couple shakes. He got the Oreo cookies and cream while I got the strawberry. Note- all of their shakes are made with real Häagen-Dazs ice cream. My shake was overall refreshing in the taste of the real strawberries and rich ice cream perfectly blended together in a shake that is probably the best I've had in Tampa Bay. It was absolutely the best choice after such a heavy meal to have some things so sweet and refreshing without being artificial and heavy. Oh and all, with delivery we ended up a little over $100 for the four double burgers with some extra toppings an order of onion rings, three orders of fries and 2 milkshakes. I'm including a generous tip in that receipt and have to say that for the quality of the food we received the quantity and the overall taste and care that was put into it and evidenced in every bite it was fairly priced and worth every bit! Very good and we will definitely be ordering again in the future. We're still looking forward to trying the Vegas take on what I will say is one of our new favorites. Highly Recommended!

Truffle burger great. Cobb salad bacon was soggy. Looks like everything was mushy and thrown on a nice salad. I waited along time for it . It was in 2 To go white styrofoam containers instead of 1 nice container to take home. Both employees were super nice. I had higher expectations for my salad.

Very good 🍔 2 of 3 times. 1st two times I ordered a double cheeseburger, no relish and everything else, and it was served with ketchup, mustard and mayo on it. This time, the girl was so confused when I said no relish because smash sauce has relish... I told her I've never had, or was offered smash sauce and just wanted what I usually get with ketchup mustard and mayo. Then she asked if I wanted pickles and I said yes, just no smash sauce or relish. She put the order in as a dry burger, no nothing. Then when I told he she misunderstood me, she fought me and insisted that's what I ordered. I guess I can't go here anymore because it's too confusing and complicated to get a normal cheeseburger 🍔 I wish I could get my tip back. Why are customers being forced to tip before service is even rendered? When I asked for a refund, she gave me the phone number. I think it's loud in there and the waitress can't hear what you ask for, then they tell you you're wrong.

I had the double BBQ burnt ends and my wife had the mushroom swiss with sweet potato fries. I don’t remember the name of the girl who took the order but she had red hair. She was very polite and friendly. The service was outstanding and we’ll definitely come back.

Pretty awesome burger. Recommend Colorado double patty. Perfectly cooked with tons of flavor and a kick of spice from jalapeños. Tots were hot and crispy. Not cheap but certainly a nice treat if you're looking for a great burger on the fly.

This place is very close to home for us but we always go to Culver’s instead. Today we decided to try it again knowing it’s $$$. It’s always at least a 15 min wait for food but we are ok with that for hot good food. Two burgers two onion rings and a fry $38. Burgers and fries were ok but the onion rings were ridiculous. Looks like they cooked one order and split it between two containers and no paper in the bottom to help catch grease. If this is the correct amount of onions rings for an order at least use the smaller fry containers so they don’t look so laughable. Value for money is 1 out of 10. We will continue to spend $10 less and get drinks at Culver’s!

Really delicious and juicy cheese burger that tasted like it was done on a BBQ. The onions, lettuce and tomato were fresh. And extra pickles made my burger the yummiest. I got the Smash Tots as well and they were delish. The service lady was very friendly and made sure my order was right. I was very pleased. Definitely will be visiting again.

I ordered the truffle mushroom burger, for starters the elderly women said "hey y'all" & I came in by myself & there was another woman in the lobby who idk. That was a definite red flag, I ordered a double truffle mushroom burger & fries. I asked if the fries were made with the fresh rosemary like I remember a year ago. Got home I saw no truffle mushrooms or anything grilled or smashed, just two regular patties with cheese lettuce and pickles. I can't make this up. Nothing I wanted or asked for, I took my time and was very clear and my order. I got the vibe they didn't care or care for me to be there. But no worries I definitely will not return because the fries were definitely not how I remember them. U need to change the sign to just Burger's.

My first time here and the burgers were excellent. The sweet potato fries were excellent. We got the Colorado single, double smoked brisket burger, bacon smash single, and avocado bacon club single. The only disappointment I had was nest of very finely cut onion rings. The flavor was there, but there was only what seemed to me like a 1/4 of the box full. It was a to go order, but they were smashed under other items in the bag and looked half eaten. I know that's not the case. I'm just saying details are important, either when I open the bag at home or what it looks like at the table. This wouldn't keep me from coming back at all. I just wanted you to be aware.

Tried 2 times in 2 weeks. First time 100% Burger was very good, juicy without being greasy and onion fingers very good. Second time they got my wife order wrong? My burger was very good this time also.

Let me tell you! I had the truffle mushroom burger and oh..my...gosh!!!!! I paired it with the rosemary tater tots... Wow! The flavors... The textures... Unbelievable! I have yet to try the ice cream but they have non dairy options that I'm definitely coming back for! Staff was pleasant and atmosphere was chill. We will be back! 🤤
