Large Boomer Jacks location with two inside bar areas and a huge outdoor patio section with its own bars as well. Service was good and food was good. I'll definitely be back to this location.

Always enjoy the bar food. I eat Keto this is a good one. Salad with their bacon cheeseburger patty. Update 05.2022 Hadn't been since the remodel. It's nice. Few 6 top tables with a fire in the middle. Great service.

We walked up and they opened the door for us! Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. Manager came by also. The chicken fried chicken was delicious but the fried fell right off. They replaced it and was delish! Will be back again

I have been to this location a number of times. It seems that things have taken a turn. Directly when it comes to the front end. While here, I waited about ten minutes. While waiting, an realizing that my server ( whom ever they were), were no where to be seen. I then took it upon myself to ask a server that walked by if she could help me. She then took my drink order. About 5 minutes later, my server came by with my drink. I then ordered food. My sandwich was good. So I attempted to take the time to enjoy it. While eating a man kept hanging out by multiple tables. Not only was he making me uncomfortable, but other guests. I found it to be interesting, so I mentioned it to my server. She knew him by name. As well it seemed by the manager ( photo given). He spent alot of his time chatting with the man and who he was with while I was there. When I had mentioned how it was uncomfortable to my server, she seemed the lack to care about the lack of boundaries that the man had. Which the manager had no problems with as well, by his interaction with him. All and all, the food was good. But, to wait for ten minutes and having to ask to just be served. And the manager not caring about his patrons, because his "friend" invading personal space was more important while people are eating... For my experience today, this blew my mind. How can the manager literally be more interested in having side conversations, then his guests. As for your companies response to the review. If all you do is state you apologize, and place your email in the response, for me to reach out... It will show how responsibility for how things are taken lightly.

Came with my friends and had a wonderful time! Love the deals but their cocktails are to DIE for!!!! I got an island girl and it was strong and sooo yummy! The food was gone before I could even take a picture !

Decent bar and grill style American food. Service isn’t great when we sat outside on a weekday lunch gathering. We had to find our own silverware since none was provided with my salad and the other meals. The atmosphere is the draw but usually we go next door to Bedford Ice House where we get better service and much better food.

Placed an order on the app for pickup and my southwestern egg rolls were extremely over cooked and didn’t come with the avocado crema, the mashed potatoes didn’t have the gravy, and I waited for 10 minutes before anyone helped me and I had to grab a girl from the bar who was carrying a bunch of glasses to help me. What made this experience even worse was that a guy walked up and when I asked if he was a manager and began to tell him the issue he seemed annoyed and just asked what can he do for me. Worst experience ever!

They were super busy when we went in for burgers. The southwest eggrolls were great! The wait between apps and food was a little longer than we would have liked but they were slammed. I only docked a star for atmosphere because the inside dining was so loud I almost couldnt hear myself think. it is a sports bar and all but ....wow... loud. everything else was fantastic!

So we had a fabulous day of riding country roads and were ending the night at Boomer Jacks in Bedford for a bite to eat. Minding our own business enjoying the fire, football, and hockey! Security and management approached us because Rick was wearing a vest (weather is getting cooler) with a Harley Owners Group patch and some humorous patches and told Rick he could not wear his vest there! We have frequented this establishment on several occasions both on the bike and in the car! We will NEVER give this establishment our business again!

I'm personally not a big fan of the food from Boomer Jack's; however, I accompanied some friends here, and we had the absolute best servers, Alexis and Abby!! Alexis was training and was very detailed with training as well as staying on top of everything we needed. They both were super friendly, ultra professional, and an absolute joy to have met! The most notable thing was 4 of us ordered drinks, food and of course had some special requests - Alexis without skipping a beat repeated it all back to us perfectly and without flaw before putting in our orders and with Abby's help raced it right out! These two gems made this experience perfect, and I'll definitely consider coming back just to see Alexis and Abby again! They are true assets to this establishment and are the epitome of world class service! 👏

Good service and prices. The daily drink specials are great. The only issue is they allow smoking on the patio and open up the garage door windows by the bar. The whole place reaked like cheap cigars when I was there. They need to make the first row of the patio non smoking.

Nice outdoor seating. If you’re lucky, you can get a fire at your table. The food isn’t exactly mouth watering but is fine enough. The downside is slow, inattentive service. I waited 30 minutes to get another drink. Waitress almost never came around even when I asked another waitress to call her. They also got my drink wrong after all that waiting. The place wasn’t packed in the least and there were many employees around so the poor service seems to be a choice on their part rather than something they’re forced into.

When we arrived there was no one at the front for over 5 minutes. I went to the restroom and came back still no one to help as my husband was standing there the entire time. Servers seen us but never walked over. More customers came in so I walked over to the double doors and tapped and noticed a manager and a sever there. The server came out to seat us. She wasn’t happy we asked for service. We gave drink orders and I placed a salad. The manager brought it out and that was great. The server brought my water but my husband’s beer took so long and we could see it was ready. After several minutes we asked another server to bring it. We placed our order and asked for fried pickles and they never came because she forgot to put them in. My husband wanted a second beer and our sever never came back. So he went to the bar and as he was waiting she visibly got upset he went. We were never sat with silver ware, poor overall service from Kirsten. The food was good service was the worst we have had to memory. We definitely love Boomer Jacks but will not be back to this location. PLEASE have your servers smile, act like they are servers or let them go.

Great place to hang outside on the patio while surrounded by all you favorite sports on TV! Drinks good and inexpensive and food was spot on

Was seated quickly, but that's where it went down hill. Long wait time for service. Spoke to the so called Manager (Stephan) who acted like he couldn't be bothered. I wanted to like the place but I will not be back.

I've been to this location several times and have enjoyed sitting in the main restaurant but also sitting on the outside deck as well. The food is always plentiful, hot and very tasty. They have a little something for everyone on the menu. The wait staff are always courteous giving you time to decide. The food doesn't take long to get to your table and I've never had anything be incorrect or forgotten. The daytime during the week was a drastic change from the evenings and weekends but every time is still enjoyable for all. I personally enjoy eating here for the food/atmosphere but you can easily have a conversation over dinner without having to yell.

Pleasantly surprised! Great food, drinks & atmosphere. Get the monte cristo! Bloody Mary was top notch too (& on sale - Sundays). Would recommend for a chill time.

New girl was on her first day! She was extremely upbeat,sweet and helped us with choices on the menu! Food was really good as well!!

The wait time for a table for 7 on a Sunday during football season was surprisingly short. However we waited over an hour for our food and had to ask for refils. Food was good.

Coming in during such a rush with the cowboys game going on, Abby provided the most excellent service I’ve ever seen during a football game, she expressed it was her first time as a server and she did amazing. Our food was nice and hot ready to eat and came out delicious. We will definitely come back!

Loved their bar, half of it is on the inside, and the other half is on the outside patio. Definitely nice to sit at the patio and have a few drinks. Although the drinks were not strong at all. Also had the sample platter appetizer and It was on point! I’d definitely go back for the food, not to sure if I’d spend money on their weak drinks again though.

When Sean was the GM this place had such amazing improvements and we absolutely LOVED going here! Sadly Sean left, and his replacement is awful. You can tell the dynamic and atmosphere shifted. The wait staff and overall employees were happy under the old GM, service was better, people smiling, just an all around great establishment to walk into. Under the new GM no one seems happy and in fact, if you pay attention, they are miserable and he is rude to them. On the night I was there, he had staff walk out on him because they were fed up. I go here enough to notice that employee retention is severely lacking under him vs when Sean was there. Completely different vibe and it’s sad to see how poor management can ruin a place and employees in just a couple short months.

Traveling through town and stopped here for the first time. Got a table quickly for lunch. Menu has plenty of options and prices are fair. Lunch specials are even better priced. Server did a great job, was attentive and courteous. Food was delivered fast. I had a brisket melt and others had a burger and a Monte Cristo. No complaints from the table. Will stop in again while in the area.

Great people and great food! Had a delay with my meal but before I could say anything the manager brought it out, apologized, and said it was taken off the bill! Thanks a lot to Matt for his consideration in my experience. Our server Rauri was super sweet and kind :)

My whole family, neighbors and friends have been coming to this BoomerJack’s at this location for years. The atmosphere/ambiance is fabulous!! It’s just a shame the service has declined so much!! No matter how crowded or dead the bar is, the service is awful. You can’t get the bartenders or waitresses to look at you to even order another drink or food. The food is awful as well. This place could be a gold mine if they hired a good chef and hired people that actually wanna work. ;(

First time trying but will definitely be back. I got the brisket quesadilla and my husband got the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. Both were very good. Our server was sweet and very attentive. The menu is extensive enough that everyone will find something they will love. We went with a group of 13 and she had no problem taking care of us all. Great job!

This was our family's first visit to BoomerJack's and everything was great! Our server Marianna was friendly and attentive. The service was fast and the drinks were great. The manager that brought out our food realized there was mistake and quickly took care of it. Everyone enjoyed their meals!

Love the way the place has been rebuilt. Very modern feel to it. The staff was very friendly, prompt and courteous. I had the chicken fried steak and a couple Crown and Cokes. Food and drinks were very affordible. My mom visitex with me. She had endless soup and salad. We had a great experience.

Good atmosphere came for my birthday dinner and everything was good. I love their glazed salmon and the sweet potato fries are my fav. Sign up for their rewards and get a appetizer for $3-$5 and points per visit. Drinks and food was amazing will be back soon.

Nicely remodeled. Decent food. Would revisit. Only issue I had that a group of 8 of us were charged gratuity and were not told so. I saw it after I had already tipped n left. Didn't appreciate that because it was a little deceptive

Fried pickles were GREAT. Smoked brisket nachos were not very good. Try something else instead. We came here to watch the UFC fight, and are having a GREAT time. The atmosphere is great, and the service is good.

14oz Salt with a ribeye under it. Fresh out the freezer tortillas. Took the meat from my plate and that all I had left. Manager got frustrated when I wanted to send it back. Sticking to TX Roadhouse
