So I called and the receptionist said there was no to little wait time...I'm here for a simple drug test. This is the fifth care now in as many days that say they don the test I need...and yet I sit for hours, and then I leave. I have been at this location now for over two hours, watching everyone walk in and get called first...some don't even finish their paperwork...I know it's not first come first served...but to let someone sit here...and sit..and this is day 5... I'd like to start my new job..don't promote services you don't have staffing for

Sign in online to get in quicker. It took 3 hours. Got there on time and the not so friendly girl at the front desk was calling me on my phone as I walked in. You’d think it’s close to seeing the dr already huh? Don’t hold your breath. Finally get you back in the room that has no air or any circulation of air and they shut the door and leave you there. All the while they have cool air conditioning blowing right outside your door. It took about an hour for the Dr who was very friendly to come in. Then it took another hr to get an injection and be released. So all in total 5 hrs once signing in online. I guess that’s probably the new norm now. It wasn’t due to lack of employees. They were hanging out all over the back office.

I had a visit on Sunday 11/4. The RN was very nice. However, my issue did not improve so I call back. I called on 11/7 to follow up because my symptoms were not improving. Two days later(11/9) received a call from someone with the name Chastity. She told me to return to the clinic as a new visit. So I asked, what about the follow up delay? She was rude and said “ I am just returning the call”. I would like to report her unprofessional attitude and for hanging the phone. I tried calling back around 7:45pm and it was the out of the office. Some individuals don’t like their job and provide horrible service making these clinic look bad. If the clinic is serious about their business they should review their staff performance.

I used web check in to check in at the Saginaw clinic. When the Fossil Creek clinic called to say I could be seen there sooner, I went. I waited 45 minutes in the lobby. When I was called to be seen, the nurse/medical assistant never checked my temperature and asked medical history questions that I had just answered 6 days earlier at the Saginaw clinic. Then I waited ONE HOUR in the exam room. I finally walked out and asked someone-who turned out to be the doctor on duty-how much longer I might have to wait. He said he would be in soon. Ten minutes later, he came in, spent no more than 2 minutes with me, confirmed what I already knew (sinus infection), and gave me a paper prescription for antibiotics instead of calling in the Rx, which meant I got to wait at the pharmacy, too. I’ve been to several Care Now clinics. This was BY FAR the worst experience I’ve had.

At the request of the owner, I will leave more feedback about my experience at CareNow. I was very impressed by the kindness of the doctor and her assistant who took care of my son's issue. They got the stars 🙂 It all went down hill after having to wait for four hours to get a call back from CareNow to come down to the office. Even after completing the forms at home, I was pleasantly surprised that I still had to fill out more forms when I arrived. We also had to wait another hour after we arrived to see the doctor. Outside of that, there were no mask requirements, even for those people who came in who were obviously sick and coughing. In regards to the desk staff, they were nice. It seemed that they were distracted by some large scale sharing of candy and snacks, laughing loudly, and being obnoxious. While I get that it is good to have fun at the office, doing it at the front desk in front of the waiting room is not professional. I'm not sure if this contributed to our extended wait, but anything is possible. I've used this CareNow for many years now and it has progressively gotten worse.

I love the Hurst location!! Great experience every time. The staff is always friendly and efficient! The only thing I liked about THIS location was the doctor and i only saw her for 2 minutes. The staff was too busy talking the whole time to take care of anyone. The lady at the front desk was on her personal phone most of the time I was there. My wait was 3hours but at the end they sent everyone back...I don't understand. Then I waited in the room for another at least 20min while I heard them talking outside the door. I only needed a doctors note to say I could work but I guess they were too busy talking about people to take care of anyone. Over 3 hours and $160 later I am one unhappy camper. 😡

This location is Always busy, but modern technology allows you to walk in, sign up for a visit, and wait for their call back. It may be 8 hours, but they will get back to you. The waiting room is warm and inviting, customers in the area seem to be respectful, so no drama in the waiting room. The nurses seem to follow a good regimen for taking you vitals, and getting you ready for the physician visit. Dr. Ines was very personable, as was the front office staff, and nurses that I interacted with.

Dont plan on doing anything else with your day if you have to deal with this place. I tried to get my DOT physical on 02/02. 1 person in the waiting room, and I was told 3-4hrs. So I checked in online on 02/03 at 1200pm. Got a call and was told it would be about 2 hours. Came here at 2.5hrs because I figured it would be any minute. Its now been almost 4 hrs since check in. I'm not sure why it takes so damn long here. Maybe they should remove the word "urgent" from the name...

I checked in on line. Arrived 20 min later upon notification. There was only one person at the counter and no one else in the lobby. I thought, great, just like I was told over the phone. It would not be a long wait. The question I pose today is, what is a reasonable wait time to be seen? Honestly. I waited 45 min. To clarify- I was taken to the “back” to wait for the doctor. I understand that there may be other patients in those “holding” rooms as well. Is there a “reasonable” wait time? Is the general consensus that the you wait as long as it takes? For the medical professionals that may respond, do you prioritize walking based on the illness/injury? I left my “ holding cell” because I had to go to work. I was at the doctor for back pain. I thought I could see the doctor and at least get a script for pain and maybe be 10 min late to work at the most. My total time in the office was 1 hour. I rated a 2 because the front desk receptionist was professional when she called me and when she refunded my copay.

It’s nice you can do everything on line including your appointment and wait at home until they call you to come in. Staff as quick and courteous. Nurse and physician were thorough with questions and exam. Very professional and I will use this facility again if needed.

I was involved in an accident, a week later and my leg was still painful and swollen. MD was very quickly correct with his diagnosis. Good choice, he made the decision, and scan for this issue. Probably saved me some money and painful time. I’m satisfied to say I will be walking pain free again. Five stars is the best but I also give you a very high five. That is service worth recommending.

I have always used care now on the advice of my primary care Md if they are unable to fit me in . It was disconcerting when the front desk clerk offered to not collect my copay so I could be free to walk out . I was told 1-1,5 hr wait. I waited for almost 4 hrs with no explanation from any staff . They came to the lobby several times to aid a person who was hurt but I was like a piece of stone sitting there in pain . The Dr was very nice and handled my case efficiently. I felt ignored while waiting there in pain .

Did the online check in, got the text 3 hours later saying, “ HANNAH, we're ready for you to come in - please proceed to the registration desk at Fossil Creek to finalize your registration. We'll see you soon!” I went in, where they proceeded to not be ready for me. I waited for 20 minutes, then had to leave for work. I don’t mind a wait, but why send a text saying you’re ready when you’re not?

Very friendly, courteous staff. Clinician was thorough and explained course of treatment and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this facility. ( I’m a retired nurse).

The first receptionist after three others to figure out how to use my insurance. They had an emergency show up but I was still seen and everyone was nice. I didn't wait longer than i normal expect to at a walk-in medical office. But thank you for helping me out!

This is the BEST urgent care I’ve ever been to. The staff is soo sweet, lighthearted, helpful and kind. The doctor was so wonderful, genuine and caring. Going to Urgent Care is never fun, but these people were so amazing. I want to be their friends 😂 100/10 recommend.

I went in a few months ago for treatment for a UTI and both the physician and nurse (both females) could not have made me feel worse. Somehow I expected females in medicine to treat other women with respect but apparently that's not the case here. I went there because it was the weekend and my doctor was of course closed. They both asked me multiple times if I was sure it wasn't an STD and acted as if me seeking help was annoying them. If they don't believe me then maybe they should run some tests, but even getting the urine sample was too annoying for them. Thankfully my doctor was able to help me that following Monday. Fast forward to why I'm posting a review now several months after the visit. I had visited this Care Now at least 3 times in the past 3 years before this specific visit. Each time I have provided an ID and filled out forms with my current address. Today I found out that they never updated my information in their system and kept sending my mail to my old address (from 3+ years ago). Because of this I was sent to collections for a payment that I had no idea was due. This was the first time I'm hearing about that payment and I found put from the collections company asking me if I wanted to pay it before they added it to my credit. Got this solved and will never return to this location.

The staff and doctor were just wonderful. It took a long time to get in, but that's to be expected at this type of facility. The staff are very upfront and open about the wait time. Wish I got the name of the sweet MA who took care of me. Very personable and just as sweet and caring as can be. Keep up the great team work guys!!

I scheduled myself online for 10:00am, so that's where my expectation stood for my appointment. I did not get to see the doctor until 3:30pm, however I did wait most of that time in the comfort of my own home until they called me into the office. So really the wait was long, but it was spent at home so I can't complain. The staff was efficient and personable. The MD was awesome and down to earth. I would definitely go back in the future, and do the online check-in again.

Was very pleased with check in person and the Dr was great as well. However, at checkout I was billed $189. The girl at the counter let me know I had a deductible plan and the deductible hasn't been met. I let her know I had private coverage so there is no deductible. She said NO all UHC plans have deductibles. I am an insurance agent, so I just paid and left. I will return to speak to her and her manager when I get my refund. Kids... It would have been 1 star of the other two people weren't so good.

Staff is very pleasant but waited in examination room for 45 min to be examined. Waiting room was mostly empty and there seemed to be very little activity in the examination area. I did check in online so I expected them to be ready for me when I arrived. Aside from the wait the experience was great.

The staff was very friendly and was called in good time when I checked in for earliest time possible. The doctors are also very nice and treat you with consideration, concern, and respect. But one thing tho I’m diagnosed with herpes vesicular so I shouldn’t have my temperature checked with the instrument actually touching me.

Best urgent care to date! I went there today for a work related injury. Busted a nail and fractured finger on the hand I use to write and do most of my daily activities. So I cannot write with my right hand. The nurse/ X-ray tech came and help me fill up the paperwork. Everyone was absolutely awesome! Absolutely love everyone here in this location. I didn’t got his name or the female nurse assisting me also. I want them to know they did an excellent job, and even the doctor was super nice. I will absolutely go back here if I ever need some medical attention.

The wait was almost zero and they were all so kind. The doctor had a great sense of humor but was very efficient. X-rays we’re done quickly and I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

I took my grandmother there today and booked the appointment online as to reduce wait time! I was able to do all the paperwork online with only one small page to fill out when we arrived! Very user-friendly website! They gave us a call when they were ready for us to come in (it asks you your drive time to the clinic so they can figure that in when letting you know to head to the clinic in the online checkin paperwork!). Once we arrived we only had to wait maybe 5-7 minutes before we were asked to come back! Nurse was friendly and efficient while doing vitals and getting us ready for the doctor. The doctor we saw was the best part of the visit! She took her time and listened to my grandmas stories and had patience with her repeating things (she has dementia and repeats herself a lot) while also being very time efficient and just made the visit all around pleasant! I haven’t seen a doctor with good bedside manner in a long time! Thank you CareNow for making this doctors visit a positive experience!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went in today to get tested for flu/covid and turns out I have the flu. I did online check in so I didn’t have to wait in the building and to their credit when I got the call to come I was called back within 5 minutes of being there and 5 minutes after that the tech swabbed my nose for the test and told me it would take about ten minutes. I proceeded to wait in the room for the next 2 and a half hours with no update from anyone. Finally I opened the door and asked the tech that took my swabs how much longer it would be and left the door open to listen as she went to ask and heard the doctor say oh about 10 minutes. 20 minutes later and after opening the door again and leaving it open, Dr. Linzi Kramer finally came in to tell me I had the flu gave me my prescription and 3 hours later I was finally on my way. Dr. Kramer knew how long I’d been in there and I’m sure could see in my body language and tone how irritated I was and offered no apologies for the wait or anything. To be fair, the tech did apologize as I was leaving as I could tell she knew it was ridiculous too. Urgent should be taken out of this places name, go elsewhere.

Super friendly staff, which makes a huge difference these days! Online check-in made it very easy to get in and be seen quickly without having to wait in the office. MA and Dr. were wonderful. I definitely appreciate them and the experience. I will be back for anything else needed in the future!

Doctor’s need more experience, I will never use carenow from now on. They missed diagnose me twice. They charge me again even though I came back with the same with high fever, chills and pain on my lower back that I was complaining on my first visit and I told them that I might have kidney infection because the pain below my lower back all the way to my feet. They didn’t give me antibiotics even though I was running high fever and all that I mentioned above but they prescribed me prednisone instead, it took care my pain a little but not my higher fever. After 2 days from my first visit, I told them I still have the same issue but then again they checked me and this time Dr says I might having gallbladder issue but ended up transferring me to medical city to do ct scan. So I went. And guess what they found at the Medical City? I do have kidney infection, I was so sickly for 4 days and care now is a big joke, they should refund my money!

The nurse that was on call and showed me to my room, kept me informed and up-to-date to when The doctor would be there. She was very professional and very nice. Definitely made my appointment much better and will continue to use urgent care

Took forever to be called in and when they finally did waited another hour in the waiting room. The extent of cleaning the wound was them giving me an alcohol cloth to do it myself. Nurse put ointment on my open wound with his bare hands. CareNow use to be a good place to go for medical treatment but now I think I will go elsewhere. Also tried to charge me the co-pay for a specialist!
