Spent almost $30 and we barely ate anything. Went there using drive thru. We were the only car. Our food was done fast and now I see why. They served us old fries and I ordered 3 classic roast beef’s and only got 2. My husband ordered chicken strips and they look like nuggets. I’ll never go back here to this location for awhile. I posted picture separately of the strips. I don’t see a photo option in review

General fast food place. It was clean and the employees were nice. My daughter loves the classic roast beef so we buy her one once in a while for a treat when we are out. I do like that they offer more condiments than most. They even have honey mustard for your fries.

I was visiting the USA for 2 weeks from South Africa and Arby's quickly became a favourite. The 5 meat sandwich was great but a little on the pricey side compared to the average fast food in the USA - definitely a good burger nonetheless. I will return to the USA and will continue to get my dose of curly fries from the menu

Our food was not hot at all! In fact, several people in the restaurant had the same complaint. We all walked in at different times, so no one was waiting long for their food. Also, who ever heard of a rubin on Bread. Any rubin I ever had in my life was grilled! That really makes a huge difference. Will not be returning. Food costs too much to have to eat it cold. 😠

Usually I don’t have a bad experience here, but I have to say, the last two times I’ve been here some of the staff has such a bad attitude. The girl on the intercom was nice, but not the person at the window today. He did not once respond to me saying hello or thanking him, just slammed the window in my face.

Food was good but I ordered online and still waited 25 mins at the drive thru but didn't complain. Employees were very friendly and gave my son a free milkshake. They did forget the auju sauce for the swiss french dip sadly.

This Arby's is updated inside. The older lady who works the counter was very friendly and helpful as I had not been to Arby's in a long time. She also kept busy cleaning the entire time when there weren't customers. I recommend downloading the app for discounts as this place has gotten pretty expensive. The beef sandwiches seem way skimpier on the meat than when I have been there in the past. The reuben is always good and the jalepeno poppers are awesome.

A young lady was serving the drive thru while 3 other employees stood around, one on her phone! The beef and cheddar had the tiniest amount of cheese on it, that I will not go back to this place. It was my first and last visit. Not much Arby's sauce either. I will stick with North Ridgeville and Avon Arby's...THEIR sandwiches are amazing!

I mean it's fast food. It's not good most of the time. No flavor in the meats. I mostly go every blue moon for the occasional milkshake which are pretty good.

Had a craving and just had to go...food is always good. Employees at drive thru were awesome , even as the storm took out their computer system and power.

I was unable to give a review with the QR code, but I wish I got the name of the woman who took my order and gave me my food! She was under visible stress with a line of cars, anger customer infront of me, and employees talking wild in the background. She was so sweet, quick, and took her time to check my bag and make sure everything was there. Shout out to her!!

Had a large group order, went in and placed order as to not hold up drive thru and make sure order was correct. As I walked out the door one of the employees came out to double check that I had everything because she thought something might be missing. Seriously! Great service 👏

The staff was so kind, friendly, polite and quick. Amazing service especially for a fast food spot.
