All of the workers were THE FRIENDLIEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET! The food was flavorful and hot and the atmosphere was very relaxing and chill. If I lived here I would come back again! I went to the Seven Hills location.

The friendly service, the chill vibe, and our little guy loving their music did it for us. Food was good - could may be better, but good. I enjoyed the fries the most.

Mouth-watering, delectable, juicy, crunchy, fantastic food. Tons of sauce options. Girlfriend likes the vegan options available as well. Definitely give this place a shot. Absolutely made my day delving into that deliciousness.

This is a pretty cool place right on Front Street, downtown Berea. I have a Gluten free diet and they cater exactly to my needs and tastes. Great chicken tenders, wings, fries, onion rings, with a variety of sauce to compliment them. This will be a regular visit for us in the future!

The three musketeers were behind the counter. Great service. Delicious gluten free fried food. The unsweet peach tea Arnold Palmer was perfect. It was even more delicious when I mixed a little with my beer. Nice twist on a shandy. I loved being able to eat fried onions and wings. My brother inhaled his sandwich. I have to say the G-Parm, Cleveland gold, and lemon dill ranch sauces were tasty. The blue cheese sauce I got the other day was on the runnier side. Tasty but it is not the best to open in the car.

Boss as hell. This place is absolutely amazing. From customer service to there menu and food. Legit top notch. As someone who travels for a living probably one of the best chicken places I've eaten in a while. Tender juicy all white meat. Seasoned beautiful you really don't need the sauce. But the handmade sauces just complement the chicken even more. I got the Cleveland gold and the jalapeños Buffalo 🤌. Definitely will be back.

Great little restaurant nestled deep in a college town. They've got lots of different local craft beer options and some delicious chicken/vegan options as well. Definitely recommend if you go to school here or are passing through!

Was treated like a real person here! Customer service has been slipping away everywhere but I was blown away by the people working here actually caring about my food and experience. The food was outstanding! Loved the onion rings, breaded mushrooms, and the chicken!!! The cauliflower mac n cheese's sauce was runny, but maybe it was just made and hadn't 'set', but was tasty. No issues and can't wait to go back!

In our ongoing journey of trying restaurants in our area, we happened upon Boss Chick N beer. A friend of ours, who has celiac's, has sometimes very few restaurant choices that have decent gluten free options and understands the importance of avoiding cross contamination. This restaurant popped up as number one in our area for being gluten free friendly with multiple options. Upon arriving, the employees greeted us immediately, pointed us to the menus and directed us to where we could sit with our party. We were all very impressed with the menu as a whole. It had a significant amount of gluten free options but also quite a lot of vegan friendly options. Everyone struggled to select a reasonable amount of things to try without over ordering. We all ended up ordering much more than we could realistically eat but I am happy to report that all the food reheated fairly well in an air fryer. For my meal, I choose a salad with grilled chicken, gluten free breaded mushrooms, and an order of the fried cauliflower wings with ranch. Grilled chicken was cooked well, the mushrooms were amazing, and the cauliflower wings are some of the best I have ever had. I also got to sample the tofu wings (usually not a fan but these were great), onion rings (they were freshly battered right there in the restaurant fresh), and the french fries (were a little well done but still had good flavor) Will absolutely come to this location again to sample more of the menu. It is a small dining room so it can't accommodate a very large party of they are busy. We had a party of 4 and had to move some tables around to sit together (employees encouraged this to accommodate us)

Employees were really nice. Great tenders + wings and fries . Free iced tea and great atmosphere. Best wing place I’ve ever been to! Had vegan options, parking was easy too. Also marked gluten items on there menu. I really recommend and hope you check it out.

In my search for Gluten Free restaurants, I found this gem! I was able to enjoy Gluten Free Chicken Waffles with apple butter & syrup. So, so delicious. This place is a must try for sure!!

If you get the chance to enter a Boss Chicken + Beer location where Michael and Jamaal are working, be ready to laugh more than you eat. If there is anything that this company does well, it’s hire people that make you enjoy the experience. I would recommend their gold sauce with a side of whatever these two individuals are chatting about. It’s pretty rare to walk into a restaurant not knowing the staff and walk out as friends.

My first time here ( will be many more tocome) great food and even better service,Randy,Aaron,Stacy and Verlane were super friendly and more than helpful. Great food and great beer choices...Will be making another stop here soon.

I had wings here that a friend ordered and they were uniquely flavored and very memorable. They were awesome! If I am ever back in this town I definitely want to return and order these wings again. We arrived as a group of at least 10 riders and were warmly welcomed by the staff.

The Chicken tenders are phenomenal! Fries are great but a bit salty for me. The wings are good and the sauces are definitely worth trying multiple.

I’ve been here multiple times. The chicken is always great, and I love the gluten free options. The onion rings were raw in the middle. I tried reheating them, but the middle stayed raw which was very disappointing.

Arguably the best chicken wing or chicken period we have ever had… Boss Chick N Beer in Berea… the sides, the breading, the meat, the staff, the beer… an immediate addition to our list of favorite restaurants. Thank you for being the 300th restaurant we’ve been to together. Please.. if you are in the area.. give this place a chance to show you how spectacular their service and food are.. we have authentically been blown away. We will be back.. SOON. Their biggest advocates are their staff.. truly amazing. Thank you so much!

Omg Best Chicken and sides ever!! We had tenders, rings, shrooms, pickles, sprouts and tots all exceptional!! Good value! Great guys all attentive, knowledgeable and funny. Love the ranch dill sauce and the garlic parm.

We absolutely love Boss! First and foremost, this is the only food establishment that we've been to in recent time where the employees are genuinely engaging and friendly. The food is amazing to boot and the entire back half of their menu is vegan an gluten free! They also carry a decent beer collection. The atmosphere is very fun and inviting. Will be back many more times.

Not only is the food amazing but what really makes this place are the people. They’re always so friendly and welcoming. The very first time we went, my husband and I were new to the area and while searching for a place to eat that was still open, we found them. We showed up close to closing and we were fully prepared to be turned away at the door only for them to insist that we stay. We chatted for a while and they told us not only about them and their business but also about Cleveland and the surrounding areas. We had great conversations over some great food and what I say is my favorite drink, their Peach Party Tea! Now every time our family or friends come to visit we take them there. We have many friends with diet restrictions and they are beyond accommodating to their needs. If I could rate them higher, I would!

My first experience at Boss Chick N Beer couldn't have been any better. The Berea location offered a great atmosphere, even better food, and exceptional customer service. Meghan and V treated me like I was a long time friend. Meghan was my server and recommended the Big Boss Salad, which was very flavorful, healthy, and filling. Despite closer locations to my house, I will be headed back to Berea thanks to the experience. Their staff over-delivered.
