I have been here many times, always a phenomenal experience. They truly listen and care. You're not just a number here. Wait times can vary, but you're told that upon scheduling. I barely had time to sit in the waiting room before I was called back today!

Facility is nice and super clean. Staff is amazing and so pleasant. Overall my visit was nice and quick. Would defiantly recommend their services.

I had a 3:30 appointment and was not seen until almost 4:30. I do understand delays but did not appreciate the fact that I could not get any idea of when I might be seen when I asked after waiting 45 minutes. I think no effort to communicate with me was irresponsible on the part of the staff

I typically HATE urgent care centers, but this place was great! Came here for an injury and was seen quickly by the doctor. The blonde girl at the front desk was super sweet, and the nurse and doctor were super nice as well! I will definitely return if needed.

Love this place! It’s clean and everyone is professional and kind! anytime my boys are sick or something happens we come here because they’re attentive and fast vs the pediatrician office. I absolutely adore Ally at the front desk she is so sweet especially to my babies! and Ashley the dr is great and fast! Thank you guys!

After messing up the billing for a Covid test by sending it to the wrong Medical Insurance, we contacted the Billing Manager multiple times to provide the correct information, and the Billing Manager decided it was easier to send the bill to collection. Not even one reply or follow up to our attempts to correct it. Be aware...

This was probably the best urgent care I’ve ever been too. The staff was very friendly and caring as well as knowledgeable. If I didn’t live so far away I would come here every time I need an urgent care.

I absolutely love having this urgent care in my town. The staff and doctors are so kind. They take the time to listen and get the treatment we need yet they are always fast and efficient with appointment times. Dr. Alex is our favorite and she has taken such good care of me and my boys! She has gone the extra mile for my kids and I am so grateful!

Went in tonight with my 2 sons for COVID tests. They were very nice and took their time answering questions. Facility is spotless. One thing to know is the Covid tests are done at LabCorp so you just need to register on their website and get your results faster without waiting for a call. They will give you a paper explaining it. Thank-you and God Bless during this crazy time!

Came in for a bad cough. Examined thoroughly by Dr Hamed who had excellent bedside manners and I was x rayed on site. Medications sent electronically and I was feeling so much better after a couple of days.

Stay away! Took days to get results when we were told it would be the next day. No one answered the phone or returned messages. Went there in person and the only thing they said was that they were busy. The results we received were not correct, ended up going to the Cleveland Clinic and getting actual medical care. At the time of this post there are alot of 5 star reviews clustered around the same time frame with accounts that only have 1 review, doesn’t take a genius to figure that one out. For the sake of you and your family go somewhere else.

We’ve visited this location multiple times in situations where our primary or pediatricians were booked out. We have had excellent care and service here, and Allie is a phenomenal staff member. Her patience, knowledge & respect towards myself and my family are always top notch. Highly recommend !

Absolute worst urgent care my family and I have ever gone to. Diagnosis consistently wrong. Also started billing us randomly without formal warning or heads up!! Billing department DOES NOT call back but they will be more then willing to keep billing you. 350$ removed from our bank account in a week and a half with no warning bill is from over a year ago none the less. I DO NOT recommend going to this urgent care!!

The staff is super nice and they made it quick and easy, Allie (I think I’m spelling that right) definitely made me feel at ease, I’m not the biggest fan of doctors but I wouldn’t mind coming here again!

They get you in and our really quick compared to other urgent cares around the area. The staff are all very nice and always have helped my kids and I get better and actually have a correct diagnosis.

The nurses and doctors were so nice. I can in 30 min before they closed and they all helped me find a pharmacy that was open (being Sunday after 6). I would definitely recommend this urgent care!

This facility used to be great. We made an appointment for 11 am, almost an hour and a half later, my child still hasn't been seen. Meanwhile he is crying and in pain. What is the point of making an appointment?! Never again.

i went after several days of a sore throat and pretty bad cough. they told me it would be an hour wait, which is totally fine. i was going to wait this considering the awesome reviews they had. after i got my room i waited literally 45 minutes, people who had come in after me had gotten rooms and left. so after patiently waiting this long, the doctor finally comes in. they didn’t test me for anything at all, they looked in my ears and throat. the doctor said she would prescribe me cough syrup to take 4 times a day. so i leave and about 4-5 hours later i go to pickup my medicine. it wasn’t even called in yet so i call them back and ask them to call it in. they said they would as they were finally caught up for the day. i go back to my pharmacy the next morning and it still hasn’t even been called in yet. considering i was sick i was frustrated that i couldn’t even get my medicine. i call the urgent care yet again and they said it was electronic problems. i asked them to send it to a different pharmacy, and they did. i finally get to go pick it up and i was given amoxicillin capsules to take twice a day, but i was told i was gonna get cough syrup? the whole experience was a mess

Reasonably priced sports physicals. Staff always has been friendly, thorough in evaluation, and good at making sure my son is set for the season.

Hands down the best place i’ve been. Recently had covid and the cough didn’t go away, went to 3 doctors prior and all of them said i was fine and to just drink tea. no examination at all. i decided to go here and they immediately gave me an x-ray to check. no wait whatsoever, super friendly staff and they actually listened to me. 100% would recommend!

I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care to family and friends. Several of our family members have been to this urgent care for anything from covid testing to sports physicals. The wait is no where near as long as at our doctors office. The place is always clean, comfortable and everyone has been really nice an easy to talk to. They even asked ME if we needed a note for school. Very happy they're in North Ridgeville.

This was the absolute best health care experience I’ve ever had. The process was so efficient and quick All the staff were kind and knowledgeable The sign up process online and filling out paperwork beforehand was amazing and so user friendly. When I went it, the facilities were clean and new and I had the best care. Again the staff was incredible and so kind and the doctor was great. I will definitely be coming here again.

We did a walk in with our sick 3 year old and we're in and out! Ashley Langer was our NP she was very thorough with our daughter! She made the expierience a 10/10. My daughter can be a handful she made it extremely comfortable for her!! If we ever have to go back we will be requesting her!!

They have become my go-to urgent care provider because of how amazing their team is and how I always leave feeling satisfied that they listened to my concerns, ran the correct tests, and checked any prescriptions against the ones I'm already taking in case there would be interactions. Their lobby is always clean and doesn't give the feeling of a cold hospital waiting room. Their staff are very welcoming, kind, and helpful as well. They definitely deserve 5 stars!

We called and were told there would be a 30 minute wait. We arrived within 5 minutes and checked in. The waiting room was full with no available seats. My husband was left to stand and wait on a broken ankle. The receptionist then called out to everyone waiting that it would be at least 1 hour before they called anyone back. We ended up leaving without even receiving any medical treatment.

Getting an appointment was easy online. Was able to skip a lot of the paperwork. The staff and doctor were very nice.

I have gone to the North Ridgeville Urgent Care several times and each visit was a pleasurable experience. I was seen in a timely manner and all of the women who work there are extremely compassionate. I highly recommend this facility. Very competent and caring staff.

First visit went well. I remained ill and had to return. I was waiting at 8am to get in. The women who opened up never said hello, or have a seat. No greeting at all. Then I was told they would not treat me unless I left a credit card on file with them. I left and went to an Urgent care who is interested in treatment and payment not just payment. This place is close to home. My family will not go back to a place where they don't say hello just say credit card required.

I absolutely love this urgent care. There is never a long wait time always in an out. The staff is so wonderful and always greet you with a smile on your face when you walk through the door. The doctors really listen to you, they never make sure feel rushed and take their time to truly understand what's going on. A great example my daughter was feeling sick an Allie was so patient when it came time for my daughter to be tested for strep and allowed her to calm down and be ready for the swab. As a parent it is already stressful when our kids our sick to have this kind of patience from the staff always makes us feel at ease. A huge shout out to everyone at this urgent care you guys are doing an amazing job!

Fantastic experience at Health Express Urgent Care-North Ridgeville. The check-in process was super easy. Everyone who works there was awesome and genuinely cared. I am glad they are in North Ridgeville. Top notch care. I was in and out in 45 mins including stitches for a dumb kitchen accident.

Clean offices , everyone is super polite and most importantly fast.

Everyone was nice but it seems as if i was a fluke since it seemed like my paper was misplaced and my 5pm appointment ended up as a 7pm it wasnt until i asked if there was an issue with my appointment since patients came in after me with appointments after me were getting in and out. When i did finally ask they got me right in back the dr was great and answered any question i had and got me finished quickly

I’ve been to the clinic on two occasions, both Covid related. My experiences have been very positive. Front desk personnel have been kind and helpful in a busy time with all the Covid testing. The facilities are new, functional and clean. The nurses were professional and responsive to questions. They explained the procedure I was to have and time for results to be discussed. The doctor in charge(Abe) was professional, compassionate and easy to talk to. I will definitely come here for future care if needed. It was a pleasure interacting with the doctor. He took time to answer any question. I will refer other people to this location to see this doctor!

We had to go get covid tests. We were able to make our appointment online and check in online the day before. We were greeted warmly, immediately upon entering. There were 4 other people waiting all reasonably socially distanced. The place was really clean. Everybody was incredibly friendly. I actually wish I could just use this place is by primary care. The 2 of us were in and out on a Saturday in less than an hour. 15 minutes of this was waiting for test results. The doctor didn't seem rushed or annoyed at our questions. Highly recommend

I was seen here on one of their virtual visit for a really bad cough. Jennifer the Physicians Assistant there, took so much time to rule out my issues and really make sure that I was getting all that I needed. After she came up with a treatment plan, she even suggested vitamins that could help in the long run. It is very hard to find this sort of experience in an Urgent Care setting. I highly recommend this facility.

Came for a Covid test on a Tuesday. Was told turn around time on results would be 2 days, from Ashley. Called on Thursday, no results. Called on Friday, no results. Called on Saturday, spoke with Rene, she said result was negative. I asked to have test results emailed. Rene said no problem, on the way. To date, I still have not received test results. The web portal access on the website is clunky, at best, and also lists no test results under my name. Is my test truly negative? I have no idea. Good luck.

Very friendly staff! They were up-front with us and everyone else who came in about being backed up, so we knew right away that we had a wait. The waiting room was comfortable with a good movie on, so we didn't mind. We weren't ill, so that probably makes a big difference. But everyone seemed very caring and compassionate.

Have not had great experiences with walk-in's in the ares so i was a little reluctant to try the new office in North Ridgeville. I am happy to day any concerns were unrealized. The staff --front counter to physician - were friendly, knowledgable and courteous. They actually listened to me, did not treat me like an idiot, diagnosed my problem and sent me on my way.....prescription sent to pharmacy and ready to pick up. I was impressed....and i do not impress easily. Would recommend to anyone!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My son is special needs and they took excellent care of him. We were seen right away and out the door with in 10 minutes. I signed up for an appointment online with out any problems.

I injured myself severely, and proceeded to urgent care , Immediately I was taken in and examined, sutured and on my way in 45 minutes. Extremely pleasant experience under the circumstances.

Staff was amazing! The receptionist was able to assist me with a picture I had of my Driver's License because I did not have the actual ID with me. The nurse and doctor were very gentle with a bad cut that I had on my foot and were able to give me some antibiotics to avoid infection. Overall great experience. The office is also very modern, clean, and organized!

Took my 4 yr old there for ear pain Dr Hohn said she was fine. I took her for a second opinion at Cleveland Clinic and she had a severe ear infection. Not sure how you can misdiagnose an ear infection. I would never go back!

I have to say I was appalled by the response I received when I called today. Response time was great and I gave two stars for that. I was given medical advice by a lady who called herself the “Provider” there but no name given. She told me things the contradicted my pharmacist on a medication as fact and after researching for two minutes I found she was wrong. I asked if I should come in anyways since I felt flu like symptoms, she said she hasn’t seen anyone with the flu yet and that it’s not in season. A close friend of mine was diagnosed with the flu last week.

Staff and doctor were amazing very fast and friendly cant say enough good things about this place
