Last week, I had my first IV Therapy treatment and I am so happy I finally did it. This place is amazing 🤩 They treat you like a VIP since you come through the door. Starting with Kristine at the front door who took all my information and led me to this beautiful and relaxing area where you comfortably seat while you get your treatment. Then Julianne, the nurse, is so nice and really makes you feel very comfortable and during the treatment. I really liked that she took the time to answer all of my questions. Then, I had the pleasure to meet Ana, the Assistant Manager and Brianna, the CNA. They couldn’t be nicer to me. Brianna took the time to chat with me about all the services they offer at both of their locations. The process is not painful at all and it didn’t take as long as I thought, which is a good thing. As the days go by I can feel a big difference in my energy level, mood and focus; which I desperately needed. I would definitely keep getting this treatments often, worth every single penny … and the best of all is that I made wonderful new friends! 💯

Recommend 10/10. Impeccable cleanliness, comfort and service. Erica is the most beautiful, considerate, kind and accommodating practice manager. Rachel is the most skilled, kind and fun nurse. They are bothvery knowledgeable and trustworthy with their personable advice. The rest of the staff is thoughtfully selected, extremely kind and easy going, making the experience beyond comfortable.

Wonderful place! The atmosphere is incredibly calm, comfortable, and rejuvenating. I cannot understate how great the staff is as well. You are welcomed with smiling faces and pleasant staff throughout. And an extra shout out to the wonderful nurses Julianne and Winter! I initially had some trouble almost fainting (needle trouble) and have honestly never felt so well taken care of. I was just in town for a couple days, but if I lived there I would definitely be a regular. 5 stars!!

I was so happy with my facial and Erica. I was nervous about having a facial because I have sensitive skin but Erica went over everything with me. Listen to what concerns that I had. I was able to calm my fears. I am in love with a hydra facial and will be getting more. I definitely recommend going to this office

Just returned from Neurostrive. I received a “vampire facial” aka microneedling with PRP. The front desk was welcoming, helpful, just lovely. The nurse who did my blood draw just as welcoming and very informative. Marina.. very professional, informative, knowledgeable, and caring. I give Neurostrive five stars for overall five star service. I will be back! Thanks to all of the staff for making this a fun and even relaxing experience . Can’t wait to see the results!

Had an IV drip here the other day. Ashley at the front desk greeted me with a huge smile and was very happy to answer any of my questions. Julianne was the nurse who administered the IV. She was so knowledgeable and helpful guiding me on what would be most beneficial for my health. I can’t thank you enough Julianne. Will definitely be back again when I need that calming extra burst to get my body back on track. PS lovely spa decor!!

I have been to Neurostrive a few times now and every experience has been wonderful. Monica is awesome! I would drive hours to go to her. She has done filler in my lips and they always look beautiful. She has a soft touch and is a naturally sweet person. I highly recommend her. The staff there is also awesome. Always classy, kind and professional. Nothing but great things to say about them.

The moment I walked in I was blown away but the cleanliness and great environment they provide. It was important to me that I feel comfortable and trust that they know what they are doing. Eileen is absolutely hands down the best. Such attention to detail! Highly recommend Ocean Med spa!

Its unfortunate that Google doesn't allow for a reply to the response. But as a response, the client DID safely respect your protocols/pre-care instructions and confirmed in text message that they safely followed your protocols and would like to proceed with the treatment. The client was told to wait until the winter, which is absurd since she was following all the safety measures. You and the team made the client feel extremely uncomfortable from the very start. Upon cancelation, it was stated that the services would be returned to the cc. But it was not until I was notified by the client and called the office & demanded a refund that I received the return. This transaction has been a hassle and I would not recommend this institution to others.

This is the best Med Spa I have been to. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. The experience continues once you enter the treatment area. Soft lights, comfortable reclining chairs, calming music. Julianne ( nurse ) who starts the IV for the hydration treatments is wonderful. Always with a smile and positive words. The best thing about this Med Spa is the specials that are offered. Making it more affordable means I can go more frequently. This facility is a true relaxing escape!

Awesome place! Ericka was amazing. She took time to get to know me then upgraded me to a hydro facials . My skin feels super clean and she dealt with some cystic acne due to hormonal issues . She recommended future treatments as well. Ericka is extremely knowledgeable with a huge emphasis on customer service. I will return for sure!

Beautiful calm spa/waiting room. Professional and personable staff who make you feel very cared for and the most important part! I love my fuller lips 👄.. no bruising or downtime at all. Literally was plump and go! The doctor was an expert injector and I’ll definitely be going back.

I went in to get an IV drip for the first time as I was extremely dehydrated. Winter, the nurse, was such a sweetheart and so soothing - offering snacks, water, and checking to make sure I was comfortable the whole time and trust me I was pretty anxious. The environment is so clean and a nice set up, and Eddie who I believe is the owner was also kind enough to bring over a blanket and get me in quickly. Thank you both!

I had a wonderful experience while I was there. I had my 1.5 year old with me for a little while and the staff was super nice and accommodating. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse practitioner treated me wonderfully. I was a little nervous at first, but the ladies quickly set me at ease. Absolutely a beautiful experience from start to finish! The girls on the phone were awesome when scheduling my appointment, and Erica was stellar with explaining all of my options to me, and going over their specials! Dr. K really went above & beyond with what I wanted! He naturally enhanced my features, and during the procedures he was caring, compassionate, & fun! The girls at checkout made sure I got my rewards, and I left with an awesome gift bag (with the best chocolates I've ever had!). It's my new go-to spot for injectables! Thank you! ❤️.

I visited Neurostrive when I was having a massive migraine. Thankfully they fit me in and I am so thankful they did. I received the migraine IV drip and added on the meds to help. I cannot express how much this was worth the experience, the price and the result. I will NEVER go to the ER with a migraine again. It takes hours and it's loud and uncomfortable. This place is the exact opposite!! The team there were so nice, professional but so caring of the pain I was in. I am thankful I gave them a try. I will definitely be back!!

It was my first time doing Botox and filler and Monica was amazing! Barely felt the Botox and she was so quick and precise. She made me feel totally comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted in regards to the filler. You can tell she takes immense pride in making them perfect and exactly what you want. I love my natural lip shape and just wanted a little plump and she made sure the shape was maintained. Can’t wait to see the before and afters! The spa was beautiful, clean, and so zen. I’m definitely going to have to try some of the other services like the IV treatments

This is the perfect place for your overall health and wellness. The Doctor is extremely friendly and knowledgable .You will get the top-notch service from the time you walk in the door. The entire staff is so pleasant and helpful. I have been coming to them frequently for the last two years and seen inedible improvements.

Neurostrive is a wonderful place. The office is gorgeous and the atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. Everyone is nice. Nurse practitioner, Monica, is excellent. She knows exactly what she is doing and she makes honest recommendations without being pushy. I never feel pressured by attempts to upsell. Instead, the team respects what I do and do not want to do. Prices are the best in town. The reliable, experienced, careful staff does a great job. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Men can go to the spa! Neurostrive Spa is the place to go. I’m an extremely busy professional and Neurostrive go out of their way to accommodate me. The staff is friendly, warm and professional. Marina does my laser hair removal. She is so easy to work with. The results are exceptional! Last time I was there I had some questions regarding my skin. She brought in Master Aesthetician Erica Gonzalez who recommended a custom facial. Amazing My skin looks polished and refreshed. Highly recommended this group

Ocean Med Spa is absolutely wonderful! Carrie the receptionist is sweet as can be and very accommodating. Eileen the esthetician is super knowledgeable, kind, and great at what she does. I had microneedling done for my severe acne scarring and my skin has never looked better. They aren’t pushy sales people, they’re women who want to make people feel beautiful. I have such a great experience every time. I get my laser and facials done with Kylee and I couldn’t be happier!! Everyone is so courteous and friendly. My facial has become something I look forward to every month. The whole experience is effortless and the results are instant. The best med spa around!

Ran an HOUR behind then tried to charge $15/unit for botox. The results were good or they wouldn't be getting 4 stars. The girl administering it was very nice, but definitely spilled some from the needle on to my cheek. The medical napkin didn't cover the entire table and she definitely used parts of the table that were not covered by the medical napkin. Not sure how sanitary that is when dealing with needles!! Again, good results, but I won't be going back. Not worth the trouble.

Everyone is amazing here. I go a few times a year for Botox. Monica and staff are brilliant and I never have a bad experience. Within a couple of weeks my face is as tight as an 18 year old and I am in my mid50s
