Went twice -- first time with no appointment for stitches and second time with an appointment to get them out. Both times, got very friendly and professional service. Staff seems to work well as a team and the clinic itself is also clean and welcoming. Prices were easy to understand and less than an ER. Parking is plentiful too. Was hoping second time with appointment would be on time, but another patient told me someone had just come in with a severe injury and got priority. So both times, had a very long wait. Given they have no control over who comes in, doesn't seem right to ding them for it. This clinic is relatively new and I highly recommend it. Their website is helpful for understanding what they offer prior to contacting them.

I went there for the first time for an infected finger without calling ahead. It has a sizable parking lot. The waiting room was clean and quiet with chairs and a TV on the wall. The check in process was quick and easy. I was called in after 10 minutes or so. A nurse showed me to a bright room, typical exam room in medical clinic. The PA Rashawn Sims came soon after, very professional and gentle. She treated my finger and sent ePrescription to my pharmacy. The whole process took less than an hour. Recommend.

My child had a fever for 3 days so it was time to see someone but it was Sunday. I was really glad to find this place online which also had the convenience of online scheduling. Everything seemed seamless but when I arrived at my designated appointment time the receptionist told me that the doctor stopped seeing patients an hour prior. No one called me in advance to explain, there was no text message or email follow up to say that my appointment was not going to be honored. The hours of operation posted online don’t reflect this either. Needless to say I was super frustrated after wasting that time when I could have found another place to go. The receptionist said it was out of their hands. Management needs to clarify this so others don’t waste their time, as I saw 4 other names after me and they will be turned away too.

Needed to make sure my son did not have a bacterial infection so made an appointment online, which was super easy. I also preregistered online and showed up for my appointment same day, after work. Convenient location, ample parking, attentive staff, clean facilities and darling was fine! Could not have asked for a better experience.

The provider Rashawn was quick, kind and very knowledgeable. The front desk Miranda was polite and friendly. Cynthia the PCT was gentle and fast with my vitals and intake.

The staff is excellent and friendly. I went in for a work related injury and no information to really give them, the staff transitioned from friendly faces to inspectors and problem solvers. They connected with my employer and did all the talking. My chronic anxiety was silenced thanks to the smiles , understanding and warm energy. I noticed that others there didn’t wait long to be seen. Tbh, I’m excited for my follow up appointment 😊 thank you all tremendously

If you aren’t feeling well and need to be seen by a doctor or nurse you can count on this place! Yes, they do take their time, but that is more than likely for the safety of the staff. So if you have patience you can be a walk in, be seen, and have a prescription sent into your pharmacy.

First time visit. Walked in with excruciating pain and this staff were both understanding and very sympathetic to my needs as well as my feelings. When I'm in excruciating pain it's like every minute seems like an eternity and help seems like "To the Moon and Back" so sometimes, PAIN may overshadow my being and it may very well get the best of me. I think anyone in the medical field understands that. And if they don't there's a broken link. God Help Us. From the receptionist to the nurse, Dr and x-ray tech, they were all professionals, pleasant and caring. After seeing the Dr., she was pretty confident of my diagnosis and was able to give me a dose of medication in office which helped calm my pain. I HIGHLY Recommend this specific location and would go back again if I needed Urgent Care.

If i could give negative stars i would. Came in back in August with a second degree sunburn with a swollen shut eye. Receptionist was rude and useless, didn’t even ask for any insurance information but i was in so much pain i didn’t notice. Was told the wait was an hour and i could wait in the car and theyd call when i was set to go. Good thing i didn’t believe them cause i got no call and almost missed the doctor when i came in to check. Doctor was of zero help too. I desperately needed oral steroid and he said I didn’t need them because i only had a first degree sunburn. I had blistering all over my body but under my clothes but he didn’t ask to see it despite me telling him it was there, so by definition i had a second degree sunburn. Then he actually recommended an otc topical cream that I was told by a different doctor that was dangerous to use on sunburns as severe as mine. And that was it. Zero actual help but copious medical incompetency. Now months later i get a bill for $185. So now i have to go through the headache of making them send the bill to my insurance they never asked to show proof of to begin with. They truly deserve $0 but my copay is the L im willing to take to tell all of yall to go somewhere else. Honestly there are so many other urgent care clinics, don’t make the mistake i did and try others first. WebMD is more useful than these hacks.

I recently went to Pysicians Immediate care! They were open on Thanksgiving Day which was great! the staff was friendly, the office was very clean, The doctor listened to my needs and asked questions She also advised me well. She was able to help me with my issue. I Definitely recommend them for any urgent care needs!

NP Shannon Lewis is a breath of fresh air. Great demeanor and talks through the visit with you instead of giving a super long monologue then asking if you have any questions after like some healthcare providers tend to do.
