I had brought a Kenmore vacuum to Tony ages ago and he did a great job fixing it, so I brought 2 more Kenmore for repair. He did a great job with both vacuums and tried to get new parts for the older vacuum to fix the cord reel and hose (not the original problem) but the parts are unavailable now. Still he did a great job with the problems I brought them in for and they're both working great again. Highly recommend!!

Professional people, great pricing, fast service and convenient hours. The store location is easy to find and they have a large variety of products!!! When I brought my vacuum in it was fixed fast and the price was very reasonable. Hopefully I won't have to go back anytime soon but if I do, I will be bring it back to Oreck of Lyons.

Honest and Reliable and like it says in the ad " family owned", ALL THIS IS TRUE!!!! I'm so thankful that there are still places like this around because I still have accidents with my vacuum cleaner. And it's ALWAYS more economical to repair rather than buy "brand new" everytime you have an accident. Thanks Oreck of Lyons!!!!
