Please make sure your Animal Caretakers are keeping the cages clean and at the bare minimum, make sure they have food and water. Parakeets were eating their feces on the ground because there wasn't enough seed, only empty shells.

Hands Down the best pet store I have ever been too! Huge selection, friendly staff, and they even have service for shots and grooming for dogs. They price match too, so I am done with Chewy.

Very disappointed with this place... had a 9:30 am grooming appointment for my dog and was walking in the store and felt like was no one in there... Started yelling hello, hello... but still no one responded. Finally, they start showing up and the groomer started acting like she was upset that we were there... Talked with the manager on the way out... and he showed didn't care either, keeping his hands in his pockets the entire time and telling me to just leave. Not surprised that there was no one customer in the store or no one showed up while I am writing this...

Nice store, friendly staff willing to help you find the right product for your pet. Specific pet products may not be available because they only carry certen branded products in their store. I suggest calling them first before visiting to make sure your regular brand is something they carry.

I just love going to the pet store! Everyone is so nice, if you need help, they will go with you to find or help you with what you need! Just awesome folks! Love visiting the kittens and kitties a very nice lady helps rescue, fix them up , gets them spayed and neutered, tested for all types of stuff then gives them a cute story on how she found them and helped them! Thanks Chris for doing all you do for the kitties and NOW posting dog pictures to get them a home, too! There are also a few exotics, like Geckos... The babies are ADORABLE! Only get one if you plan to keep it FOREVER!! THEY ARE FAMILY, Too!!!!

I used the curbside pickup because the 33# bag of dog food was more than I can handle. The young clerk who brought the bag to my car was very nice and when I commented on the heavy bag, she just laughed and said it was her workout for the day! She was such a pleasure.

The two young ladies working were beyond helpful and friendly. Always such a positive interaction at this store. Very clean also!

I won’t take my dog here again for grooming. When I called to make appointment I said I wanted the deshedding deluxe package which included ear cleaning toenails cut teeth brushing brushed/combed out bath . I explained that they can’t cut her hair because of type dog she is. The gal I spoke to said she was making notes and was going to explain everything to the gal that would be taking care of her because she was not going to be there. When my boyfriend took her in , they had no idea what she was there for but did bath her brush her hair but did NOT deshed her. We had to do that ourselves after she got home! Didn’t even get a bow or scarf !! WOW was all I could say about this place. Very poor service

Showed up at 8:25pm to use the self wash station for my dog, and they already shut it down and cleaned it up so they turned me away. I didn’t know clocking out on time was more important than customer service, especially considering how much money I spend there. They lost my business.

The store manager, he was on the sales floor—not in a back office somewhere, but out there helping people. He answered all of my questions and gave me great help. He was also kind, knowledgeable, and very approachable.

This store, the manager and Amanda made up for what the Berea store was unwilling to do. They not only had what I needed, but they even took a return from Berea and sold me the dog leashes I wanted. In addition to that they accepted the Pets Supplies Plus flyer with a 10% coupon, which Berea refused to accept. Since my car dealer is just around the corner from this store, I will definitely go back to this store when I need supplies. Thank you for a good experience.

Grooming salon used to be 5 stars, now it's not even a 1 star. Sign outside door says $10 for nail trim, go to pay and receipt says $14. At least 4 of nails were not even cut.

Took my, very nervous and anxious, Doberman in for a nail trim. Could not get her past the carpet at the front door. The manager was so kind and tried to help me coax her to the grooming salon. When nothing worked, he got Denise, the groomer, to come to Mocha for the nail trim. Denise was awesome with my nervous baby. She talked to her calmly and even stayed with her afterwards to get to know her. I can not thank these 2 employees enough for their understanding and compassion. Highly recommend this store, and we'll definitely be back on a regular basis. 👍

The employee who helped me know what to purchase for an 8 week old little puppy, was very knowledgeable and showed me what items were safe for a little puppy and what was not. She never high pressured me into purchasing anything specific. I greatly appreciated her help and her wise suggestions. I would recommend this store very highly!

The store manager, Roger, has been consistently great and helpful. He was very kind when our dog passed two years ago. Today, also, in helping with my purchase of a large bag of kibble and helped loading it in the car. The young woman at the register (8/12/22) then proceeded to give me 15% off. It's so nice to see caring people in retail. I'll be back.
