I was SO HAPPY to see that Pearl Nails & Beauty is back in business after the long lockdown in Sydney due to Pandemic Era!! Such a consolation that our local reputed Pearl Nail is back!! Thank you😊 They followed all the the Covid guidelines very well before they started to do the service!! The check in with the QR Code Checked the Temperature too Customers had to wear the masks as well!! It is such a pleasure to visit them, as the TEAM is so friendly & polite as usual!! The team , the staff go out of their way to look after us!! I appreciate that to the utmost!! I like how they followed the hygienic guidelines just as before!! That was awesome. Very convinced!! Never going back. Staff ignore you and lie to you! After returned after the 10 minutes they asked me to wait, I sat for a further 45mins and all they did was wrap my nails in foil. While waiting I asked if they had the SNS brand of dipping powder, to which they replied they only have 1 brand. This was a lie. After asking again they showed me their OPI brand powder to look at in their jars and I found SNS myself. I also sat watching them work on 2 other peoples nails who arrived after me. One lady even asked me how long do you need the foil on as she obviously noticed I’d been there a while. I ended up walking out with my nails in a mess to which they finally said they would do my nails. I refused and was offered no apology. Why should I have to get upset to get any attention. Pathetic service. If you need me to come back in 30 minutes or an hour just ask. Don’t keep me sitting waiting for 45 minutes which foil and acetone on my fingers.

It’s really hard to find your go to nail salon but Ive finally found this lovely store. Jenny is the wonderful owner of Pearl Nails & Beauty who has maintained an extremely organised store that is mostly appointment-based. Every time I walk in for service, all customers seem to be local and regulars who leave the store with a full smile on their face. Im happy to have experienced the same. It is quite rewarding to have the owner book you in and personally take care of you with her most experienced and reliable team. I love to give credit were its due and support small businesses during this nightmare of an economic recession. I have always wanted a trusted salon that provides a service/ advice that goes beyond my expectation or what I had in mind in the first place. Please see their latest master piece on my nails😊

I was quoted $95 for shellac pedicure and infills over the phone yesterday. When i showed up to my appointment today, the manager charged me $105. This is very disappointing as i did not have any nail replacements. Ever since the new management took over, they raised the prices more than everywhere else and always charge more than quotes provided. It is very shifty and i highly DO NOt recommend.

Painful pedicure experience - When they used a nail drill to remove the old shellac, the drill cut into the skin of my toe, caused the toe to bleed. It was a deep cut and painful. No compensation, they only put a bandaid on after I requested it. They didn't sanitise the nail drill between use, even after it cut into my skin, I'm just hoping now that I don't get any infection based on their hygiene standard!

After paying for shellac infill entire set then the next day the pinky acrylic nail pealed off, visited back the store & they didn’t want to fix it unless I’ve stated that I was at the shop yesterday & they’ve fixed it straight away. On the second day another nail cracked right through the nail & they refused to fix it due to their booked appointment despite my reasons of taking 30 mins for each trip & that wasn’t considered at all. I had to fix it elsewhere for a cost. Never would visit them again at any cost. ZERO Recommendations

This place is amazing and I usually do my nails on and off but ever since going to this place I have been a frequent customer. The staff are helpful and friendly. They have been very skilful with all the designs I have requested for my nails and have done them wonderfully and I always leave with a smile on my face. Also a massive shout out the Jenny who in a short span of time has understood what I like and gives amazing advice on what would look good and always turns out better than I expected. The girls at pearl nails are absolutes delights and keep up the amazing work.

Recent quality of the nails have significantly degraded. Been going here for several years. The last three times have been with poor quality where edges weren't covered, tips weren't filled down etc. Last visit took over 2 and a half hours for manicure (with tips) n pedicure with SNS.

Went to this salon for the first time a few days ago. I don’t tend to get my nails done very often so I was a bit unsure of what services/products were best suited for me. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They did a great job and I am very happy with my nails.

Very friendly staff. Best to book although Jenny will try and fit you in if you haven’t. I checked out some other places but this is the best by a long way. Nails always look great!

I recently started getting my nails done again so I was on the hunt for a permanent place that I liked. The first place I used were terrible. The second place I used were good but not great. Then I walked past pearl nails in Carlingford and asked by chance if they had time to do my nails. Loved the whole experience. The manager dotes on everyone, offers drinks and the nail artists are great. I have been back twice now and am happy to say I have finally found my permanent nail shop! Happy lady right here 💕

Always amazing service. Great value for money. Gets busy, booking in advance is a good idea. Jenny (Manager) is the most calming influence and runs a tight and caring salon!

Vinnie and his team are so lovely. They always do an amazing job here and genuinely take time and care with their work. Never had a bad experience and I’ve been going here since they opened years ago. Will never go anywhere else! Thank you!
