The receptionist was lovely, I was immediately taken into the lounge and given tea to relax before my facial. My therapist was very friendly, professional and immediately made me feel comfortable. Treatment rooms are lovely and the bed was well set up. Treatment itself was very lovely and relaxing and my skin feels amazing. Would absolutely visit again. Thank you!

Completed a pregnancy pause treatment with Gina and found it extremely relaxing. I was always taken care of and walked out feeling very refreshed by the facial and the scalp massage was the best I've had across all other Endoto Spas I have visited. Will definitely be visiting again!

Receptionist and therapist (Valentina) were great. Valentina did exactly what I asked for in the custom massage. She checked if the pressure was ok and added more as I asked. I also like that she starts more gently and then adds more pressure as your body starts feeling more relaxed. I would definitely recommend :)

I've had many, many massages over the years (aren't I lucky?!) but I have to say this was the very best and most relaxing. That's saying something as I'd just come from a very stressful situation and was even running late but my massage therapist, Sami, was able to take me to a state of complete relaxation within minutes. The massage was given to me as a gift and I enjoyed it so much that I bought a spa package as a gift for someone else just two days later. I'm putting another Endota Crows Nest massage on my Christmas present list - family and friends, take note!

I went to endota to get a organic infusion facial and I absolutely LOVED it! The lovely lady that performed the treatment has the MOST gentle and soft hands, the whole experience was divine from the beginning till the end. I was so relax and happy that I got a voucher for my partner to try. 1000000/10

Absolutely loved the experience. My husband got me a voucher as a surprise and it was absolutely the best! Thank you Sally for squeezing me in at such late notice as well. Will be back!

Lovely service, nice and clean, however was gifted a facial and it was below average - just a bunch of creams and steamed towels on my face, didn’t feel refreshed, no extractions and face went back to being super dry the next day. Wouldn’t recommend, go to someone more specialised in skin revision etc.

I want to start off by saying I had an incredible experience at Endota Crows Nest. It’s definitely an amazing facility to stop by for a treatment or two or for some gift shopping. Inside is spotless with a calming ambience and a stand out quality team of professionals. Ming did my treatment and she’s very educated on the topic and was gentle and thorough from the greeting and consultation to aftercare. I highly recommend her. See you next time for another incredible treatment!

I had a massage & facial- most relaxing experience of my life! Valentina, my therapist, was especially incredible with my massage. I cannot thank her enough. She worked in perfect pressure & even worked out the knots in my problem areas. All while maintaining the most supreme relaxation. It was honestly just majestic. Thank you Valentina & the team at Endota Spa- from walking in to walking out, all the special little things. Amazing. Will be back for suuuure ! X

I was given a voucher and used it for a remedial massage. Underwhelming. No benefit. The receptionist made it seem like it was a hassle to bring up my details (maybe it was not her job?) and spent an inordinate amount of time pulling up the electronic consent form, which she claimed had been emailed (I even checked my junk mail - it hadn’t). The $155 50 minute massage felt like the $90 Thai massage up the road - she basically just lathered me up with oil and then kept poking at sore spots without seeming to know what to do. I’ve been having remedial massages for 20 years and this was not what I’d expected. I suppose the consolation was that I didn’t pay for it, although I’m sure the giver of the voucher would have preferred for me to have had a better experience. Maybe their other treatments are better, but if you’re given the choice, pass on the massage.

Such poor service. I book well in advance to get the time and date I need. Then they change my appt so they can squeeze more in - and don’t tell me. The day before I get a text with an earlier time. My email confirmation clearly shows what I booked. Play phone tag to get hold of them only to be told there’s nothing they can do. Ummm well for a start you could leave my appt alone and second you can move the person you gave my time to. Ridiculous. Not the first time they’ve done this. Will go to another one only to use my remaining credit and will then never step foot in there again. Rude. Ignorant. And frankly average products anyway. Have turned into a McDonalds business model. Go to Ella Bache. At least many of those are small businesses who care. Endota are too big for their boots. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

BUYER BEWARE: My son gave me a $120 voucher to be used at this Spa. Unfortunately, over COVID, this card expired. They offer the minimum amount of expiry time according to Fair Trade unlike many other companies that will honour an expired voucher. I have asked for it to be extended and after much discussion this was refused. This would not have taken anything away from them, but they have happily taken my son's money and NOT provided any service. Very unhappy with this outcome, and as I see many bad reviews on here, I'm not surprised. Don't buy a voucher from here. I actually don't want to give one star but have no choice.

Liked their treatment but dont like how they treat the customer. I bought a 3 years expiry voucher online and then bought a package in the shop and wasnt informed that expiry day of that package is 12 months. I was told that all terms and conditions are online so I should keep that in mind. Have been offered some credits but lost 2 treatments. It was expired a month ago. It would be nicer if we get sent a reminder or at least some confirmation email after purchase so we are more clear of what we have purchased and what is the expiry date. Everything is saved in their system and you cant really find out unless you call. I called on Monday, been told that they will review with manager and call me back next day. No one called next two days and I called but always go to voice mail. Went into store and was told receptionist on lunch and will call me after 30mins. I got an email instead later that afternoon. I replied to that email and eventually got owner to call me today. I am disappointed as a customer of them for many years.
